Abstract

Kelompok Tenun Kembar Sari Jembrana telah berdiri sejak tahun 2017 dan terus mengembangkan produksitenun Songket berkualitas tinggi dengan memadukan teknologi modern dan keterampilan tradisional.Kelompok ini juga memiliki komitmen untuk melestarikan dan mempromosikan budaya tenun SongketBali, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat setempat melalui pengembangan bisnis. Saatini, kelompok Tenun Songket Kembar Sari Jembrana sedang menghadapi tantangan dalammengembangkan inovasi produk dan memasarkan produk mereka, terutama pasca pandemi COVID-19yang berdampak pada penurunan permintaan dan penjualan secara langsung. Permasalahan pengemasanproduk, hal ini dapat diatasi dengan membuat desain kemasan yang menarik dengan memedukan teknologiAugmented Reality. Permasalahan pemasaran produk, dapat diatasi dengen teknologi digital marketingdalam pemasaran produk tenun songket. Pelaksanan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula dengan topikInovasi Pengemasan Produk Tenun Songket dengan Teknologi Augmented Reality Bagi Kelompok TenunKembar Sari Kabupaten Jembrana terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan antara lain : identifikasi permasalahan,pelaksanaan kegiatan, pendampingan program, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Secara umum pelaksanaankegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula ini berjalan sesuai dengan rencana, hal tersebut dibuktikan denganhasil kuisioner mitra program ini menjawab puas dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Luaran programpengabdian masyarakat pemula ini adalah peningkatan pemberdayaan mitra, publikasi di prosiding SeminarNasional ber ISBN, publikasi media elektronik, dan video pelaksanaan kegiatan.Kata Kunci : tenun songket, augmented reality (AR)

Abstract

The company’s inancial performance is a description of teh condition andachievements o a company in its business activities. Currently, in carrying out itsbusiness, companies are required to be able to fulfill their responsibilities notonly to shareholders but also to stakeholders by presenting non-financialinformation in the form of economic, social and environmental performance.Therefore this study uses the variables corporate social responsibility,environmental performance and green process innovation as independentvariables and the company's financial performance as the dependent variable. Sothe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate socialresponsibility (X1) on environmental performance (X2) and green processinnovation (X3) on company financial performance (Y) empirical studies onmining companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. The population in this studyamounted to 47 companies. The sample determination technique used purposivesampling to obtain a total of 54 samples. The data analysis technique used isdescriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regressionanalysis, t-test analysis, F test and determination analysis. The results of theregression model analysis show Y = -1.165 + 0.432X1 + 0.115X2 + 1.301X3.The conclusion obtained is that corporate social responsibility does not affect thecompany's financial performance. Environmental performance has a positiveeffect on the company's financial performance. Green process innovation has apositive effect on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Covid 19 pandemic has a huge impact on the Cepaka Village Community, starting from the closure of the tourism sector for foreign tourists, SMEs with low orders, culinary selling products with a low cost strategy, jogging tracks and bicycle tracking which are crowded with domestic tourists, cannot provide economic benefits, so does not give value to farmers who own rice fields that are traversed by cycling tourists or tourists who jog and take selfies as well as the financial behavior of rural communities that tends to be consumptive, causing the Cepaka Village community to not be economically prosperous. The focus of this activity is carried out based on this grouping, namely Creating, packaging / packaging tourism villages by involving all existing potentials, and involving the village community. Management / governance of UKM and services that will be the core products of tourism villages and the impact of tourism villages, and Carry out assistance activities for community financial institutions in cooperatives, LPDs, traditional markets, waste banks and BUMDES of Cepaka Village.

Abstract

Cepaka Village has a lot of potential that can be developed and managed by BUMDes. This business unit managed by BUMDes requires good management and accountability in its financial reporting. One form of accountability is to prepare financial reports. This community service program or PKM is carried out to assist in financial reporting of BUMDes business unit activities. The form of PKM carried out is in the form of assistance related to the preparation of financial reports. This activity was attended by all BUMDes managers. The results of the evaluation carried out after implementing the PKM show the understanding and ability to manage and report the finances of the Cepaka Indigenous BUMDes business unit.

Abstract

This community service is carried out in collaboration with Triatma Jaya High School in the context of assisting in the preparation of performance-based budgets. The aim is to provide school administrators with the ability to prepare performance-based budgets and improve the quality of their financial reporting. This activity was attended by three units of SMK, including Triatma Jaya Badung Vocational School, Tabanan Triatma Jaya Vocational School and also Triatma Jaya Singaraja Vocational School which in its implementation were represented by three people each consisting of the Principal, Deputy Head and also the school treasurer. The method used in the community service program uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, which is a method that prioritizes partner involvement in the use of a series of systems, where the series functions to create a more effective prototype. After the dedication, partners understand and understand more about performance-based budgeting and excel-based financial management. this can be seen from the results of the pretest an average score of 60 and after training and mentoring the pastest score is 90.
