Abstract

Abstract  The purposes of the study are to analyze: (1) characteristic of strategic partner and change agent roles, talent management and managers performance, (2) influence of strategic partner and change agent roles to talent management and its impact to managers performance. Four hundred hotel managers in Bali were participated in this study by using proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM. The result shows that: (1) strategic partner and change agent role, talent management and managers performance are in enough category, (2) positive and significant effect between strategic partner and change agent roles to talent management and its impact to managers performance. Keywords:Strategic Partner Role, Change Agent Role, Talent Management, Managers Performance.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) karakteristik dari mitra strategis dan peran agen perubahan, manajemen bakat dan kinerja manajer, (2) pengaruh mitra strategis dan peran agen perubahan untuk manajemen bakat dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja manajer. Sebanyak empat ratus manajer hotel di Bali berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mitra strategis dan peran agen perubahan, manajemen bakat dan kinerja manajer termasuk dalam kategori cukup, (2) pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara mitra strategis dan peran agen perubahan untuk manajemen bakat dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja manajer.Keywords: Peran Mitra Strategis, Peran Agen Perubahan, Manajemen Talenta, kinerja Manajer.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze the determinants of entrepreneurial intention by examining the effects of creativity, self-confidence, entrepreneurial training, subjective norms, entrepreneurial attitude and perceived control. This research was conducted on student majoring in business at private university in Bali with a population of 7,246 people. The sample is 379 and data is collected using a questionnaire that returns 279 with a response rate of 62.56%. Testing the research model using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS 7.0. The results show that creativity, self-confidence can significantly affect entrepreneurial attitude; entrepreneurial training can significantly affect perceived control; subjective norms, entrepreneurial attitude and perceived control can significantly influence entrepreneurial intention. This study finds the role of creativity, self-confidence and entrepreneurial training as determinants of entrepreneurial intention among business students in Bali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the stakeholder’s roles and contributions in brand management of village tourisms in Bali and India. A descriptive qualitative research conducted in village tourisms in Bali, Indonesia with village tourisms in Andra Pradesh, India. In-depth interviews and discussions were conducted with twenty key informants involved in the management of the respective village tourisms. The findings are the stakeholders play an essential role in branding village tourisms to be able to build a good image of the destination. All activities offered in village tourisms indirectly become the brand of the village. This brand is expected to increase tourist visits, strengthen the image and keep the village tourisms sustainable. The brand of village tourisms is an important thing to be considered by visitors in selecting the destination, so every stakeholder must contribute to create good brand image.Keywords: roles, stakeholder, branding, village tourisms, image

Abstract

This study studies the factors that influence consumers in using make-up services at Dalung Badung's Kha Bali Wedding and to find out the dominant factors in choosing make-up services at Kala Bali Wedding Dalung Badung. The method used in this analysis is the purposive sampling method. The researcher took a total sample of 84 respondents which were the results of 7 x 12 items representing. The results of this study prove the fact that the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions using make-up at Dalha Badung's Kha Bali Wedding are the hallmarks of Dalung Badung's Kha Bali Wedding, the strategic location of the company, the payment system, the price according to quality, the choice of location, reference from relatives / family, have used make-up at the company, choose the product that you want. The next factor is the package diversity factor and ease of information.Keywords: factors considered by consumers.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are actions of consumers to want to buy or not on the products offered. From various factors that influence consumers in determining the purchasing decision of a product, usually consumers always consider product quality and price. The problem raised in this study is whether product quality (X1) influences purchasing decisions (Y) on Yoghurt Republic products in Legian. Does the price (X2) affect the purchasing decision (Y) on Yoghurt Republic products in Legian. How big is the influence of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) on Yoghurt Republic products in Legian, and which independent variable has the dominant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) on Yoghurt Republic products in Legian. The population in this study amounted to 120 respondents with a minimum age of 15 years. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test data, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and test analysis of the dominant variable influential (β). The results of the analysis show the regression results of Y = 4.963 + 0.466 X1 + 0.206 X2. The conclusions obtained are product quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect partially on purchasing decisions (Y) indicated by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive at 0.466 with a tcount = 7.893> t table = 1.661 with a sig = 0,000. Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on purchasing decisions (Y) indicated by the regression coefficient b2X2 which is positive at 0.206 with a value of t = 2.520> t table = 1.661 with a sig value = 0.013. The magnitude of the influence of product quality and price on purchasingdecisions is 67.5% and the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. The independent variable that has the dominant influence on purchasing decisions can be seen from β (beta) is the product quality variable which is equal to 0.575 while the price variable is 0.184.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of motivation, labor discipline, and work environment toward employee performance at LPK Monarch Dalung-Bali. The sampling technique used in this study is census technique taken from all employees at LPK Monarch Dalung-Bali as many as 38 people. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 15.0 for windows. The results showed that 1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPK Monarch Dalung-Bali. 2) Labor discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPK Monarch Dalung-Bali. 3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPK Monarch DalungBali. The advices in this study indicate that the company could be defended and improved the motivation, labor discipline, and work environment in increasing employee performance. The improvement of employee motivation had better do by giving the salary based on the competence, workload, and achievement. The improvement of labor discipline should be done by increasing the understanding of employee on the regulation in company. Furthermore, the improvement of work environment could be done by adding ventilations and plants around the room to get a fluent air circulation and make the employee more comfortable to work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Motel Mexicola Restaurant Seminyak. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. The respondents taken as samples are people who have been consumers of Motel Mexicola Restaurant with the age of the respondents at least 17 years old with a total of 65 respondents. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression with the regression equation: Y = 1.479 - 0.525X1 + 0.244X2, it can be seen that the two independent variables, namely service quality and store atmosphere, have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Motel Mexciola Restaurant Seminyak. Judging from the value of R Square = 0.810, this means that the magnitude of the influence of service quality (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at Motel Mexicola Restaurant Seminyak is 81% while the remaining 19% is explained by other variables which are not researched in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of human capital on the effect of entrepreneurial education and individual value on entrepreneurial intention. This research was conducted on students majoring in business at a university in Bali with a population of 7,246 people. A sample of 379 and data was collected using a questionnaire that returned as much as 279. Testing the research model using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS 7.0. The findings show that entrepreneurial education influence human capital, and individual value has an effect on human capital. Entrepreneurial education can influence entrepreneurial intention. Individuals could an effect on entrepreneurial intention, human capital can influence entrepreneurial intention. This study also found that human capital was able to partially mediate the influence of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention. Human capital was almost not able to mediate individual value on entrepreneurial intention. This study shows evidence of the importance of entrepreneurship education and individual value for creating competitive human capital in generating entrepreneurial intentions. These findings also provide an understanding of developing entrepreneurial intention models with an entrepreneurial education system and value strategies that shape the competitiveness of human capital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price and promotion on consumer ticket purchasing decisions at the Garuda Indonesia sales office, Puputan Denpasar Branch. Respondents in this study were all passengers who came to transact at the Garuda Indonesia sales office, Puputan Denpasar Branch. Total respondents in this research amounted to 94 people. In this study using statistical analysis through a computer program SPSS (Statistical For Social Science). The results of the instrument test in this study showed valid and reliable data. The results of this study indicate that product, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer ticket purchasing decisions at the Garuda Indonesia sales office, Puputan Denpasar branch
