Abstract

Products that precisely meet consumer needs have a greater potential for acceptance. Likewise, products that align with consumer preferences stand a chance of being embraced by consumers. The appropriate pricing exerts an influence on consumer decisions when making purchases. This study aims to delve deeper into the impact of product and price combinations on purchasing decisions. Employing quantitative methods, this research involved 124 respondents, all located in Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 29. The findings of this study underscore the positive and significant influence of both product and price variables on purchasing decisions. Additionally, it highlights the importance of combining product and price to enhance the likelihood of purchase decisions. Contrary to the assumed linear relationship, this study reveals a non-linear combination between product and price. The significance of this research lies in uncovering the non-linear relationship between product and price and its impact on purchasing decisions. It challenges the notion that good product quality always comes at a high price, suggesting otherwise.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, technology-based work facilities, and salary systems on employee work motivation at PT. Elektrindo Sarana Abadi. In a volatile economy, companies must maintain the stability and sustainability of their operations. The workforce is a key element in achieving organizational goals, and an adaptive leadership style, adequate work facilities, and a fair compensation system greatly influence work motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method using SmartPLS ver.4. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were employees of PT. Elektrindo Sarana Abadi. The study results show that digital leadership style, work facilities, and salary significantly influence employee work motivation. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on work motivation. These findings underscore the importance of developing leadership training programs to improve managerial skills and employee motivation, periodic audits and improvements to work facilities, and adjustments to salary structures and incentive systems so employees feel financially valued. In addition, implementing a regular performance evaluation system and the use of feedback from employees for continuous improvement are highly recommended. The study concludes that flexible and adaptive leadership approaches, adequate work facility support, and a fair compensation system are crucial in increasing employee motivation in an increasingly technology-connected work environment. Further research is suggested to explore other factors influencing work motivation and expand the research object to different industry contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of job demands and job resources on turnover intention, with work engagement as a mediating variable at PT Prinal. The retail industry faces high turnover rates, posing a significant challenge at PT Prinal despite the industry's enormous potential. The study involved 250 employees of PT Prinal, using a non-probability sampling technique. Analysis was conducted with SmartPLS v4.1.0.5, utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) techniques to test the hypotheses. The findings show that greater job expectations dramatically reduce employee engagement and increase the likelihood of leaving the position. The job demands at PT Prinal are generally counterproductive, as demonstrated by how they diminish employee engagement. On the other hand, more excellent job resources considerably raise employee engagement at work and lower the intention to leave. Since job demands and job resources directly affect turnover intention, work engagement plays a role in mediating the interaction between these three variables. These results highlight how crucial it is to manage job expectations and resources to boost work engagement and increase employee retention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at BCA Kelapa Gading. This research was conducted using the PLS-SEM method with the SmartPLS 4.0 program. This study applied a quantitative research design with a survey approach. The number of respondents in this research was 100. The research variables included motivation (X1), work environment (X2), work discipline (Z), and employee performance (Y). The results of this research show that motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, work discipline does not play a mediating role in the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, although it has been proven to be a partial mediating variable in the relationship between work environment and employee performance. This study highlights the practical importance of creating a supportive work environment and enforcing discipline policies to sustain performance improvements in the banking sector. The findings suggest that management should prioritize environmental interventions over motivation-based strategies alone. Future research should expand across multiple branches and incorporate objective performance metrics to validate these findings and explore additional mediating variables that may influence the motivation–performance relationship.
