Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji minat mahasiswa Universitas Satya Terra Bhinneka dalam upaya mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif dan pengembangan industri lokal. Ekonomi kreatif sebagai sektor yang dinamis memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan nilai tambah dan memperkuat perekonomian daerah melalui produk dan inovasi lokal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan literatur review dengan mengolah teori terkait perilaku konsumen, ekonomi kreatif, dan peran generasi muda dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki minat yang signifikan untuk berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dengan berbagai cara, termasuk dukungan terhadap produk lokal, pengembangan ide kreatif, serta partisipasi dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman mendalam, akses terhadap modal, dan minimnya dukungan institusi pendidikan. Pembahasan menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara perguruan tinggi, pemerintah, dan pelaku ekonomi kreatif untuk memperkuat peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan dalam mendorong industri lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi guru PAUD dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan anak usia dini melalui pendekatan ekonomi sederhana. Literasi keuangan di usia dini penting untuk membekali anak dengan pengetahuan dasar tentang pengelolaan uang yang akan membantu mereka membuat keputusan finansial yang bijaksana di masa depan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi partisipatif terhadap 10 guru PAUD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan ekonomi sederhana berbasis permainan dan aktivitas interaktif meningkatkan pemahaman anak terhadap konsep-konsep dasar ekonomi. Guru melaporkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengajarkan literasi keuangan setelah pelatihan, meskipun tantangan dalam penyediaan sumber daya dan media pembelajaran masih ada. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini mengonfirmasi bahwa pendidikan literasi keuangan pada anak usia dini sangat penting dan perlu didukung dengan pendekatan yang tepat dan media pembelajaran yang sesuai.

Abstract

The digitization of payment systems is an important pillar in accelerating global financial inclusion. In Indonesia, the implementation of the Indonesian Standard QR Code (QRIS) by Bank Indonesia has accelerated the use of cashless payments, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. Although the initial adoption rate has increased rapidly, the main challenge lies in the continuance intention of micro-businesses, which are more sensitive to costs, risks, and business margins than other business segments. Previous studies have emphasized the initial adoption aspect, so that retention factors in micro MSMEs have not been explored in depth. This study develops an integrative model that combines Expectancy Theory and the variable of Trust to explain the intention to use QRIS sustainably among micro businesses. Expectancy Theory is used to capture rational motivation based on perceived value and expected outcomes, while Trust is included as a crucial factor given the high perception of digital transaction risk in the micro business segment. This study aims to examine the structural relationship between business expectations, valence, instrumentality, trust, and the intention to continue using QRIS. The research results are expected to contribute to the development of theory through the formulation of a more contextual technology acceptance model for micro-businesses. In practical terms, the findings of this study provide strategic recommendations for regulators and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) in designing interventions to increase the retention and sustainable use of QRIS in the micro-business sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of guest lecturse in improving continuous learning in business law courses for students in 2023 in the Entrepreneurship Study Program at Satya Terra Bhinneka University. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quantitative correlational survey method. The quantitative correlation approach is used to determine whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. In this study, data processing was carried out using SPSS version 26.0. The sample of this study was 162 students of the 2023 class of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Satya Terra Bhinneka University. The research data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis prerequisite tests include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, hypothesis tests include simple regression analysis. The results of the study show: There is a significant effect of Guest Lectures on Employability skills of students in the 2023 class of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Satya Terra Bhinneka University by 65%.
