Abstract

Education is not only the responsibility of teachers or educational institutions, but also the responsibility of society, especially the family environment, because before stepping into the wider and more general external environment such as the school and lecture environment, education starts from the smallest community, namely the home. The results of parental education are the first and foremost thing in influencing children's education from childhood until they go to college. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the family environment on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is quantitative using SPSS 27 software. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the family environment (variable X) on learning motivation (variable Y) in STIA LAN Jakarta Polytechnic students.

Abstract

The era of Globalization has an impact on the acceleration of technology which affects business transaction media and buying and selling patterns of the community, this encourages people to use business transaction media using the internet in the form of sites and buying and selling application systems or more formally known as e-Commerce and triggers consumptive behavior, especially millennials and Gen Z, but the lack of literature makes a research gap found, namely the Research Evidence Gap. The method used in this research is quantitative by using the SPSS statistical software tool version 27, with a sample of 31 students at Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta. Data is collected through a questionnaire containing questions about online shopping patterns, ease of access to use and payment on online shopping applications or websites, alternative choices of online shopping applications or websites, online shopping methods, frequency of purchases, factors that influence the emergence of consumptive behavior in students of the Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta human resource management study program of the apparatus class of 2022. After statistical processing, the result of simple regression analysis is Y = ax + b or Y = 8.516 + 0.429, the T test (Hypothesis), namely T count worth 3.440 is greater than t table worth 2.04523, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of variable x (the influence of e-Commerce) on variable y (consumptive behavior) and the test of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0. 290 This value shows that the influence of the e-Commerce variable on the consumptive behavior of students is 29%, while the rest (71% of student consumptive behavior) is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berisi kajian hermeneutika Milk al-Yamīn ditinjau dalam sudut pandang islam dan pemikirian syahrur dapat disimpulkan bahwa Milk al-Yamīn menurut islam terdiri dari dua konsepsi dasar antara lain; Pertama. Milk al-Yamīn sebagai Budak Seksual; Kedua, Milk al-Yamīn sebagai Istri. Ketiga, Sedangkan menurut syahrur penyamaan istilah “milk al-yamīn” dengan “ar-riq” oleh sejumlah mufasir di masa klasik disebabkan oleh konteks masa itu adalah masa di mana sistem perbudakan menjadi bagian dari konvensi internasional. Sementara konvensi internasional di masa sekarang telah dengan tegas melarang adanya perbudakan. Oleh karena itu, Syahrūr mengatakan term (milk al-yamīn), meskipun terulang sebanyak 15 kali dalam at-Tanzīl. Namun ia melihat syarat-syarat sahnya perkawinan misyār (zawāj al-misyār) adalah bukan seperti syarat-syarat perkawinan resmi pada umumnya, karena tujuannya bukanlah menjalin hubungan kekeluargaan, meneruskan keturunan dan membina keluarga, tetapi murni hubungan seksual, dan ia tidak termasuk kategori perkawinan resmi meskipun pada saat yang sama ia tidak haram. Bagi Syahrūr, hal itu adalah salah satu kasus milk al-yamīn kontemporer, dan ia menyebutnya dengan ‘aqd ihşān sebagai ganti dari istilah “perjanjian perkawinan misyār” atau perkawinan mut’ah (zawāj al-mut‘ah).

Abstract

This paper examines the relation of intellectual capital relations in consumer behaviour with social media to the effectiveness of the marketing mix. Sampling as much as 98 responding with the type of sampling quota, data collection techniques with the questionnaire and interviews. The test coefficient of Path in PLS-SEM is used in this study to contribute data from the analysis of the path of consumer behaviour by using social media. Results found that variables of consumer behaviour and social media advertising have a significant effect on the marketing mix, whereas intellectual capital as a liaison variable is not significantly influenced by consumer behaviour and does not significantly affect the marketing mix. Total direct and indirect influence of consumer behaviour variables 54.4% and social media variables at 40.8% to the marketing mix

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the LISCORE model implementation in scientific writing using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) in higher education. This study used mixed methods with students at a private university in West Papua as subjects. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and product documentation: student journal articles. Data analysis was conducted by combining qualitative and quantitative findings to provide a holistic view of the learning process and outcomes. The results showed that the implementation of the LISCORE model was very effective with an average score of 93.12 in the very good category. The LISCORE model can improve students' critical and systematic thinking and skills in scientific writing. These findings indicate that the LISCORE model is an innovative learning model and can be applied to improve the quality of scientific article writing learning in higher education. Therefore, the LISCORE model is recommended for adoption in research methodology and scientific writing courses, especially in the context of higher education in West Papua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan model LISCORE dalam penulisan karya ilmiah dengan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods) dengan subjek mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi swasta di Papua Barat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi produk: artikel jurnal mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggabungkan temuan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk memberikan pandangan holistik tentang proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model LISCORE sangat efektif dengan nilai rata-rata 93,12 dalam kategori sangat baik. Model LISCORE dapat meningkatkan pemikiran kritis dan sistematis serta keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model LISCORE merupakan model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran penulisan artikel ilmiah di pendidikan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, model LISCORE direkomendasikan untuk diadopsi dalam mata kuliah metodologi penelitian dan penulisan ilmiah, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi di Papua Barat.
