Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online promotion on purchasing decisions for online grab transportation services in Pagar Alam City. The population in this study were 75 respondents in Pagar Alam City. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is simple random sampling, which means that members of the sample and the population are taken randomly without paying attention to the existing strata in the population. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis and t test. The results of the simple linear regression test in this study indicate that online promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase online grab transportation services in Pagar Alam City so that it can be seen that the simple linear regression equation is Y = 7,789 + 0.277 X. Where the constant value is 7,789 and the value The linear regression coefficient of online promotion has a positive effect. If the online promotion increases by one unit, the purchase decision will increase by 0.277 units. The results of the t test where the significant value is 0.000, which means it is smaller than 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap ROA PT. Bank Danamom Tbk periode tahun 2015-2018, jenis penelitian yang digunkan adalah penelitian Asosiatif, metode analisis data yang digunkan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear bergandadan pengujian hipotesis. Dari analisis data di peroleh hasil bahwa perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial ini artinya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, karena tingkat signifikansi uji hipotesis dibawah 0,05 atau sig 0,000<0,05. Berdasarkan analisis Regresi didapatkan nilai konstanta α = -1.508 dan koefisien b1 = 1.113dan b2 = 0.217, sehingga persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah : Y = -1.508 + 1.113 X1 + 0.217 X2. Persamaan regresi yang telah diperoleh dapat dipergunakan untuk memprediksi nilai variabel independen dan variabel dependen yaitu nilai konstanta sebesar -1.508 artinya bahwa jika semua variabel independen benilai nol, maka ROA pada bank Danamon Tbk bernilai sebesar -1.508. Perputaran Kas (X1) mempunyai koefisien regresi sebesar 1.113 artinya setiap kenaikan Total Asset sebesar 1 satuan maka ROA Bank Danamon Tbk naik sebesar 1.113 dengan asumsi faktor-faktor yang lain tetap. Perputaran Piutang (X2) mempunyai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.217 artinya setiap kenaikan perputaran piutang sebesar 1 satuan maka ROA Bank Danamon Tbk naik sebesar 0.217.

Abstract

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a tool used by businesses to understand customer demands and behavior in order to deliver the best possible customer service, preserve current relationships, and boost business success. In order to understand how customer engagement and customer relationship management affect business success in digital banks, a study was done. The research population consists of 3.9 million digital bank users in total. 400 samples were acquired after simple random sampling, which was then used to calculate the Slovin formula at an acceptable level of 5%, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed. In this study, there are two independent variables: customer engagement and customer relationship management. The dependent variable is business performance. The results of this study suggest a tight connection between customer relationship management and customer engagement and the operational success of digital banks. The purpose of this research is to present data that the management of digital banks can utilize to make various decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of digital marketing, tourist attractions, and tourism services on tourist satisfaction, loyalty, and word of mouth, with brand trust as a mediating variable. A survey of 255 visitors to Mount Dempo, South Sumatra, was conducted using a quantitative approach and analyzed with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results indicate that digital marketing, attractions, and services significantly influence brand trust and satisfaction, which in turn drive loyalty and positive word of mouth. Furthermore, brand trust mediates the relationship between the three exogenous variables and the outcome variables, highlighting its strategic role in building long-term tourist loyalty. These findings support the Expectancy–Disconfirmation Theory, emphasizing the importance of aligning digital narratives with on-site experiences. The study contributes to both theory and practice by demonstrating the integrated role of digital promotion, attraction development, and service quality in fostering trust-based sustainable tourism. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan motivasi sebagai variabel Intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai dinas komunikasi dan Informartika Kota Pagar Alam yang berjumlah 65 orang . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh staf dinas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis) untuk memahami hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa motivasi kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang efektif dalam memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional maupun budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan kata lain, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai hal ini membuktikan bahwa bahwa Gaya Kepemimpian dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Pagar Alam.
