Abstract

Data Mining is the process of extracting information or something interesting from the data in the database so as to produce valuable information using techniques such as clustering, estimation, description, and others. Based on observations at AB Mart, there were 44 product items whose data was not revealed. This problem will be solved using data mining analysis. The purpose of this research is to apply market basket analysis to the sale of goods at AB Mart with the a priori algorithm. This research uses a clear structure of the framework, namely problem identification, literature study, data collection, calculation & analysis of association rules with a priori algorithm, forming association rules and making reports. The results of the sales transaction of AB Mart in August resulted in or generated relationships between shopping product items where the% purchase of Pepsodent was 115%, Frisian Flag 96%, Sugar 96%, Indomilk 93%, and Nasi Jempol 91%. The conclusion of this research is using Weka software with a priori algorithm which produces an association relationship between pepsodent goods and the number of transactions purchased

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) merupakan suatu sistem yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan bagi manajemen dalam menentukan strategi untuk mencapai tujuan administrasi rumah sakit. Masih terdapat permasalahan di RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh, terkait SIMRS yang belum berjalan dengan baik, seperti SIMRS yang belum bisa mencetak SEP langsung dari SMS sehingga menghambat pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan teknologi dan aspek manusia dengan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (simrs) di RS Meuraxa Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 orang dan metode pengambilan sampelnya adalah Total Sampling. Instrumen penelitiannya adalah angket dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 responden, 14 orang (46,6%) memilih faktor teknologi baik dan 16 orang (53,4%) memilih kategori buruk, 12 orang (40%) memilih faktor manusia baik dan 18 orang (60%) memilih miskin. sedangkan sebanyak 7 orang (23%) mempunyai kategori sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit baik dan sebanyak 23 orang (76,4%) mempunyai kategori sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit kurang baik. Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit untuk memberikan pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada petugas untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas sehingga menjadikan rumah sakit berkualitas

Abstract

The generation and processing of SIMRS is a responsibility of every hospital. Improvements in operational reporting, decision-making speed, problem-identification accuracy and speed, strategy formulation ease in managerial implementation, work culture, transparency, unit coordination, system understanding, and cost reduction administration are all necessary for the successful processing and development of SIMRS to enhance and support hospital health service processes. There has been no integration between the Balimbingan Hospital's SIMRS processing and the financial and administration department from 2018 to 2021. In light of these issues, it is critical to examine the challenges encountered by Balimbingan Hospital in 2021 while implementing the Hospital Management Information System in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study employs a descriptive model with a System of Action unit of analysis and is qualitative in nature. It takes the form of a case study. Presented findings from an investigation of the implementation and utilization of SIMRS at Balimbingan Hospital in Simalungun Regency through the use of participant observation and in-depth interviews. People who are familiar with the issues under investigation and can provide insight into the current state of affairs are called "informants" in this study. The analysis and discussion led to the conclusion that the Balimbingan Hospital SIMRS is an application of a hospital service management system. The implementation of this system has full support from management and all employees. The goal is to help the hospital improve its services by integrating the entire flow of service processes. The only section that needs to be done manually is the Finance and Management section, but other than that, everything else is done using the system. Additionally, in the event of issues with the internet network, particular measures can be taken, such as establishing a secondary network via a more reliable cable or wireless technology, or establishing a modem connection to the server as a backup, and designating specific IT officers to deal with SIMRS issues.

Background: The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between business expectations and the results and effectiveness of the use of the hospital management information system at Rantauprapat Hospital in 2024. The research method used is analytical and descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. We hope that the results of this study can provide insight into hospital management in improving the effectiveness of the use of management information systems. This study uses an analytical descriptive approach with a cross-sectional method. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by respondents at Rantauprapat Hospital. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between business expectations, performance expectations, and the effectiveness of SIMRS utilization. This method is used to understand the impact of these variables on the use of hospital management information systems. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between business expectations and performance expectations on the effectiveness of SIMRS utilization at Rantauprapat Hospital. The results of the chi-square test obtained the value of Exact Fisher with Exact. Sig (2-sided) of 0.001 or smaller than (α0.005). Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between business expectations and the efficiency of SIMRS utilization in the outpatient installation of Rantauprapat Hospital, Labuhanbatu Regency
