Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover (1) the principal’s plan for improving educational quality; and (2) the challenges and solutions for executing the principal’s strategy at Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim Muara Enim High School in South Sumatra. A descriptive qualitative technique was used in this investigation. The school principal is the focus of this study. Data were gathered through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data triangulation is used to determine the validity of the data. Milles and Huberman’s interactive analysis was employed as the analytical model. According to the research, the principal’s plan at SMA Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim Muara Enim South Sumatra has a reference, especially by looking at the 8 National Education standards. Attempts to increase the quality of education for school principals via collaboration in the health sector (PMI and local public health center); public universities; tutoring; state apparatus (civil and military resort command); and the surrounding community. Teachers who did not support and limited communication were hurdles. Teacher training and online communication are the necessary solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principal's leadership as educational supervisors in fostering and improving the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SD IT Robbani Indralya Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. In this study, the data source or object of this research was the principal and teachers at SD IT Robbani Indralaya Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The data was collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis using the Milles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data display, verification, and measuring the level of data credibility using data source triangulation techniques. The results showed that the leadership of the Principal of SD IT Robbani Indralaya Ogan Ilir South Sumatra was included in the open leadership category. The professionalism of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at SD IT Robbani Indralaya is quite good, this is shown by the fulfillment of several competency standards such as pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence.

Abstract

Weather is a physical process or event that occurs in the atmosphere at a specific time and place, as well as its changes over a short period in a particular location on Earth. To produce weather forecast information, there is a series of processes that must be carried out until the weather information is conveyed accurately. The stages involved in the feature extraction process are carried out first. This process is carried out to obtain specific characteristics or features from a dataset. After the feature extraction process has been completed, the next step is to predict the weather based on the input images. To classify the weather on Earth using various algorithms, one of which is the Machine Boltzmann. The pattern recognition method used is Machine Boltzmann as an application of a simpler and more complex method. Generally, the weather prediction system using Machine Boltzmann consists of several stages, namely image acquisition, greyscale processing, segmentation/location using Sobel edge detection, classification using the Machine Boltzmann method, and finally producing output in the form of weather class results. The classification process in this research involves images of clear, cloudy, and rainy weather as inputs. The output of the system is the determination of whether the input weather image falls into the category of clear, cloudy, or rainy weather. The results of the study show that the classification of weather based on captured images has the highest accuracy for clear weather, with a percentage of 73.33%. For cloudy weather, the success rate is equal to the error rate, which is 50%, while rainy weather was not recognized at all.

Abstract

Asesmen berbasis perkembangan merupakan pendekatan penilaian yang menekankan proses pertumbuhan anak secara holistik dan berkesinambungan yang mencakup keenam aspek perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penerapan asesmen berbasis perkembangan dalam pendidikan usia dini yang berjumlah 22 orang anak di TK Pertiwi Indralaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TK Pertiwi telah menerapkan asesmen melalui observasi naturalistik, catatan anekdot, dan portofolio. Secara persentase, aspek perkembangan anak berada pada kategori baik sampai sangat baik, yaitu: kognitif (BSH 40,90%, BSB 31,81%), bahasa (BSH 36,36%, BSB 50%), motorik halus dan kasar (BSH 45,45%, BSB 54,54%), sosial-emosional (BSH 40,90%, BSB 36,36%), dan moral-spiritual (BSH 50%, BSB 50%). Asesmen digunakan tidak hanya untuk merancang pembelajaran yang adaptif, tetapi juga sebagai jembatan komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua. Penerapan ini selaras dengan Kurikulum Merdeka dan teori perkembangan dari Piaget, Erikson, Vygotsky, dan Gardner. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, pelatihan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi dalam dunia pendidikan usia dini khususnya pada sumber wawasan dalam menerapkan asesmen berbasis perkembangan yang efektif untuk menilai proses perkembangan anak
