Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : a) Untuk mengetahui eksistensi perempuan dalam transformasi sosial di   PT. Multi Usaha Raya kabupaten Sorong. b) Untuk  mengetahui yang melatar belakangi perempuan bekerja di  PT. Multi Usaha Raya kabupaten Sorong. Metode   yang  akan  digunakan  adalah  metode  penelitian  kualitatif  deskriptif  yaitu  metode  penelitian  yang  memerlukan data berupa  kata-kata  atau  kalimat  secara  lisan  ataupun  tulisan  serta data  perilaku  yang  dapat  diamati. Jenis  penelitian  yang  digunakan penelitian  terapan  dan  penelitian  dasar  atau  murni. populasi  dalam penelitian ini  seluruh karyawan perempuan pada  PT. Multi Usaha Raya di kabupaten Sorong. sedangkan teknik  penarikan  sampel  dengan  mengunakan  metode  random  sampling yaitu  sebagian karyawan perempuan pada PT. Multi Usaha Raya yang di anggap mewakili populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. analisa  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  analisis  deskriptif  kualitatif  secara  analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh karyawan perempuan di perusahaan PT. Multi Usaha Raya merupakan ibu rumah tangga. Meski harus bekerja perannya sebagai istri dan ibu dalam keluarga tidak mereka abaikan, dari dini hari mereka sudah harus bangun untuk menyiapkan seluruh keperluan suaminya sebelum berangkat bekerja dan anaknya sebelum berangkat sekolah seperti menyiapkan pakaian seragam dan sarapan untuk anak dan suaminya, setelah itu membersihkan rumah lalu mulai untuk berangkat kerja pagi harinya hingga petang demi keluarga mereka.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap pemidanaan pelaku tindak pemerkosaan oleh ayah tiri perspektif hukum pidana Islam (Studi Putusan Nomor 08/Pid.Sus/2016/PN BR)”, sub masalah 1). Bagaimana pertimbangan hakim dalam memberikan sanksi terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pemerkosaan oleh ayah tiri pada putusan nomor 08/Pid.Sus/2016/PN BR? 2). Bagaimana tinjauan hukum pidana Islam terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pemerkosaan oleh ayah tiri pada putusan nomor 08/Pid.Sus/2016/PN BR? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, karena bertujuan untuk mengetahui norma-norma dan kaidah-kaidah hukum yang dilakukan oleh para praktik hukum terutamanya dalam kasus-kasus yang telah diputuskan, sebagaimana yang bisa dilihat dalam perkara tindak pidana pemerkosaan oleh ayah tiri yang menjadi objek penelitian. selain itu penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan, dilaksanakan dengan menghimpun kepustakaan, baik itu primer maupun sekunder. penelitian lapangan tersebut dilakukan pengamatan, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1). Majelis Hakim dalam menjatuhkan hukuman kepada terdakwa melihat beberapa pertimbangan yang memberatkan dan meringankan sehingga terdakwa dijatuhi hukuman penjara selama 10 tahun. 2). Pandangan hukum Islam perkara tersebut dibagi menjadi dua hukuman yakni jarimah hudud dan jarimah ta’zir, hal tersebut Islam menetapkan ancaman kepada ayah tiri yang melakukan pemerkosaan terhadap anaknya, sehingga dijatuhkan hukuman yang paling tinggi yaitu hukuman rajam pada jarimah hudud dan Hukuman mati pada jarimah ta’zir. In this study, the authors conducted research on the conviction of the perpetrators of rape by stepfathers from the perspective of Islamic criminal law (Decision Study Number 08/Pid.Sus/2016/PN BR)", sub-problem 1). What are the judges' considerations in imposing sanctions on the perpetrators of the crime of rape by a stepfather in decision number 08/Pid.Sus/2016/PN BR? 2). What is the review of Islamic criminal law against the perpetrators of the crime of rape by a stepfather in decision number 08/Pid.Sus/2016/PN BR? This study uses a qualitative approach, because it aims to find out the norms and rules of law carried out by law practitioners, especially in cases that have been decided, as can be seen in the case of the crime of rape by a stepfather which is the object of research. In addition, this research uses literature and field studies, carried out by collecting literature, both primary and secondary. The field research carried out observations, documentation and interviews. From the results and discussion of this study indicate that 1). The Panel of Judges in sentencing the defendant saw several aggravating and mitigating considerations so that the defendant was sentenced to 10 years in prison. 2). The view of Islamic law is that the case is divided into two punishments, namely jarimah hudud and jarimah ta'zir, in this case Islam establishes threats to stepfathers who commit rape against their children, so that the highest punishment is imposed, namely stoning to jarimah hudud and death penalty to jarimah ta'zir

Abstract

صار لفظ النشيد الإسلامي لغة العصر، فالناس يحبون ويتداولون الأغاني الدينية من كبار السن حتى الأطفال فمن الضروري في العصر الحاضر أن يكون مفهوم فن النشيد من منظور إسلامي، حيث يصبح العديد من الناس عبيدًا لحرية لا يمكن أن يسيطر عليها الوعي الذاتي للإنسان، ويبدو أن الناس مغمورون في عالم الترفيه المفرط ويخالفون الحدود التي حددتها الشريعة الإسلامية، فأراد الباحثون أن يبينوا مفهوم النشيد، وموقف الحديث النبوي من النشيد، والآثار الحكمية للنشيد في الحديث النبوي. والمنهج المتبع في هذا البحث هو المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي، وذلك بجمع الأحاديث المتعلقة بالغناء والموسيقى وهما جزء من النشيد. والطريقة المستخدمة لتحليل البيانات هي دراسة مكتبية وطريقة تحليلها وصفية. ونتيجة البحث تشير إلى أن مفهوم النشيد وأحكامه واختلاف العلماء فيه قد ورد في الأحاديث النبوية بيانه. وهذا البحث له آثار لفهم القيم الحقيقية للفن الإسلامي وخاصة لجيل المسلم الذي يواجه مشاكل الحياة الحديثة المعقدة، حتى يصبح جيلا متحضرا ومتأدبا.الكلمات المفتاحية: النشيد، الغناء، الموسيقى ABSTRACTIslamic Nasyid is a contemporary issue. People are increasingly liking and enjoying religious songs, from parents to children. In the modern era, the concept of art in an Islamic perspective is needed, where many humans become slaves to freedom that a human's self-awareness cannot control. Humans seem to be immersed in the world of excessive entertainment and violate the boundaries that the Shari'a has determined. Therefore, the author wants to explain the essence of nasyid art, the view of the Prophet's hadith on nasyid and the legal consequences of nasyid in the Prophet's hadith. This study is a literature review, classical and contemporary. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by collecting hadiths related to songs and music as part of nasyid. For data processing, the methods used are library research and descriptive analysis methods. The study results indicate that the understanding of nasyid, the law and the differences between the scholars in it has been explained in the hadith of the Prophet. Therefore, this paper has implications for understanding the actual values of art, especially for the millennial Muslim generation who face complex modern life problems to become a civilized Muslim generation.

Abstract

Monitoring the condition of the plant becomes very important. This is caused by the large number of disease attacks and lack of treatment. In addition to the considerable distance for plant treatment, the structure of plant parts affected by the disease needs to be classified. High disease caused by leaves can result in panel failure. So that the delay in the process of diagnosing the disease causes the disease in plants to become severe. This study aims to utilize drone technology and display it in image form to detect disease on plant leaves. We use a neural network to process the results on the image. Neural Network is one of the most effective algorithms in modeling the relationship between input and output data. The results of the study, namely the accuracy of detecting diseases on leaves, taking images from drones reached 99.63

Abstract

This study focused on female circumcision as a sacred practice among the Bugis-Makassar community, intertwined with various cultural and religious beliefs. It drew attention from both Islamic law and Bugis-Makassar cultural perspectives. The objective was to explore scholars' views on female circumcision and its connection to Bugis-Makassar culture through a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicated that within the context of Islamic law, female circumcision can be interpreted based on hadith and Sunnah, with varying opinions among Islamic scholars regarding its status as obligatory, recommended, or permissible, while some even oppose it. Despite these differing views, in communities like Bugis-Makassar, female circumcision is seen as an important cultural and traditional heritage. This practice was often accompanied by traditional ceremonies and religious rituals involving family and community. However, there were varied approaches to female circumcision within the Bugis-Makassar society, where some maintain this tradition with pride.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan korelasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1). Apakah ada kontribusi daya ledak tungkai terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter pada mahasiswa pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga FIK UNM, (2). Apakah ada kontribusi kecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter, (3). Apakah ada kontribusi daya ledak tungkai dan kecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter pada mahasiswa pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga FIK UNM. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga FIK UNM angkatan 2018, jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan tehnik random sampling (secara acak) atau tanpa pandang bulu. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dan korelasi melalui program aplikasi SPSS versi 22,00 dengan taraf signifikan α0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Ada kontribusi yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter pada mahasiswa pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga FIK UNM, sebesar 55.7%. (2). Ada kontribusi yang signifikan kecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter pada mahasiswa pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga FIK UNM, sebesar 51.7%. (3). Ada kontribusi yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai dan kecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter pada mahasiswa pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga FIK UNM, sebesar 64.5%

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jayapura play a crucial role in local economic growth and job creation but continue to face challenges in implementing effective branding designs as part of their marketing strategies. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of digital branding design training using the Canva application in enhancing the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Jayapura to create appealing and professional visual content. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys of training participants to measure their satisfaction levels and comprehension of the material provided. The study results indicate that most participants were very satisfied (45%) and satisfied (35%) with the training, while 10% were neutral, and only 10% were less satisfied or dissatisfied. The training positively impacted participants' abilities to design branding content relevant to the needs of the digital market, potentially increasing the appeal of Jayapura MSME products in an increasingly competitive market. The findings highlight the importance of continuous training for MSMEs to strengthen digital marketing strategies and support local economic growth and competitiveness. In conclusion, branding design training using Canva has proven to be an effective solution to help Jayapura MSMEs create attractive visual content, enhance branding skills, and support digital marketing efforts.

Abstract

The PAUD school mapping geographic information system (GIS) is an innovative Android-based application designed to efficiently assist users in finding the closest route to PAUD schools. By leveraging GPS technology, this system displays a detailed geographic map that guides users effectively through their surroundings. At the core of its functionality is the Dijkstra Algorithm, which ensures the calculation of the shortest path to the desired location, making navigation straightforward and reliable. The design process employs UML (Unified Modeling Language) to create a clear structure and user-friendly interface, enhancing the overall user experience. Developed in Java and supported by the Android Studio platform, this GIS provides essential information about PAUD addresses, their statuses, and available facilities. This comprehensive approach allows users to make informed decisions about educational opportunities for their children. The system has undergone rigorous testing to validate its effectiveness. This practical application demonstrates the system's capability in real-world scenarios and highlights its role in improving access to early childhood education. Furthermore, the PAUD mapping geographic information system is a valuable community resource. By delving into geographic data and providing actionable insights, it aims to bridge gaps in educational access. Ultimately, this GIS is an essential tool for parents and educators, facilitating informed choices and enhancing the journey toward quality education for young learners. Its integration of modern technology with educational accessibility makes it an ultimate resource in fostering early childhood development.

Abstract

Service quality is a crucial factor in increasing customer satisfaction, especially in the competitive restaurant industry. However, the challenge in maintaining service consistency, especially in the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness, is a problem that is often faced by restaurants, including Eva Permata Restaurant. This research fills the knowledge gap by exploring the implementation of service excellence based on the SERVQUAL dimension (reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness) to improve service quality. The qualitative descriptive methodology is used through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews with informants that include managers, employees, and regular customers. The results of the study show success in the dimensions of assurance, tangibles, and empathy, while the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness require improvement, especially in operational management during crowded conditions. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the SERVQUAL literature in the restaurant industry and offers practical solutions in the form of strengthening SOPs, competency-based training, and the use of technology. By strengthening areas that need attention, this research can be a strategic reference to improve customer satisfaction holistically in the restaurant sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of corporate governance, financial transparency, risk management, and corporate reputation on Gen Z investor confidence. Using a sample of 300 Gen Z investors, the research employs multiple regression analysis to assess the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal that all four factors significantly and positively impact investor confidence, with corporate reputation and financial transparency having the strongest influence. The results highlight that Gen Z investors value companies that demonstrate ethical governance, transparent financial practices, strong risk management, and positive reputations. The study offers valuable insights for organizations aiming to attract and retain Gen Z investors, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high standards in governance, transparency, risk management, and corporate image.
