Abstract

THE EFFECT OF SKJ 2018 EXERCISES ON FITNESS PHYSICAL OF MADRASAH ALIYAH JA-ALHAQ FEMALE STUDENTS IN BENGKULU CITY By: Oetari Lismana Student Reg. ID: 17190079 Thesis of S1 Physical Education Study Program The University of Dehasen Bengkulu, 2021: 141 Pages This study aims to determine the effect of SKJ 2018 exercises on improving the physical fitness of students at Madrasah Aliyah Ja-alHaq in Bengkulu City. In this study using the method of Preexperimental Design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, it can be noted with certainty the difference in results due to the treatment given. The population in this study were students who took extracurricular activities at Madrasah Aliyah Ja-alHaq in Bengkulu City as many as 30 people and the research sample used total sampling, namely the sampling technique by taking all members of the population as respondents or a sample of 30 people. The statistical analysis used in this study was the t-test to test the hypothesis that there is an effect of the 2018 SKJ exercise on improving the physical fitness of the students of Madrasah Aliyah Ja-alHaq in Bengkulu City. The results of the t test calculation analysis turned out to have a significant effect on the results of physical fitness. The calculation results state that the final test with the calculation of the value of tcount 8,758 > ttable 1,699 with a level of = 0.05 means that there is a significant effect between X (SKJ 2018 exercises) and Y (physical fitness improvement) with an increase of 9.1% Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it is stated that there is a significant effect between the SKJ 2018 exercises on improving the physical fitness of Madrasah Aliyah Ja-alHaq students in Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of arm muscle strength to freestyle swimming speed in SPC Swimming CLUB swimming athletes. This research method is Correlation research. The research sample totalled 20 people. The instruments used in this study were the Pull Up Test and 50 metre swimming speed. Where the results of the study there is a contribution of arm muscle strength to swimming speed in SPC Swimming CLUB athletes, that arm muscle strength to swimming speed in SPC Swimming club athletes is 89.62% which means it contributes to swimming speed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of agility to dribbling ability in soccer games at Club Suguh FC Seluma. This type of research is correlational research. The research sample amounted to 30 people. The instrument used in this study was the Ilionis agility test to measure dribbling ability in soccer games. Where the results of research and discussion, the researcher concluded that of the 30 people at Club Suguh Fc Seluma who had Agility in soccer games as many as 3 people (10%) had a Good category. A total of 10 people (33%) have a Medium category. A total of 8 people (27%) have a Lack category and a total of 9 people (30%) have a Very Lack category. Then continued again with the Dribbling Ability test which was attended by 30 people at Club Suguh Fc Seluma having Dribbling Ability as many as 14 people (47%) had a Good category. As many as 4 people (13%) have a Medium category and as many as 12 people (40%) have a Very Poor category. From all the research tests carried out such as Agility and Dribbling Ability carried out at Club Suguh Fc Seluma it can be concluded that: Agility and Dribbling Ability tests obtained rtabel of 0.361 because the correlation coefficient between rxy = 0.82> 0.361 and a contribution of 67.24% which means that the Contribution of Agility and Dribbling Ability tests in Soccer Games at Club Suguh Fc Seluma is significant and large.
