Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of differences in figure eight and dribble "z" pattern exercises on dribbling skills in soccer games at Club Ani Soccer Mataram. The design used in this study was an experimental research type with two-group pre-test and post-test. The population in this study were all Mataram U23 Ani soccer players in 2021, totaling 20 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique is one of the sampling techniques in which research determines the performance of the sample by determining the specific characteristics of the age of junior players 19 to 23 years. Divided into 2 groups, 10 players in group A who practiced figue eights and group B 10 players used dribble z peterren training. The sample determination in each group is done by random (random) by drawing from the results of the dribble ability ranking which is paired with rank one with two, three with four, five with six and so on, and it is determined that the first one is taken in the figure eights exercise group and the second in Peterren's Z dribble exercise group. Data analysis using the t-test formula (t-test). The results of data analysis show that the t-count value is 11,455> t table, 1.729 with a significant level of 5%. On this basis, the null hypothesis (Ho) which reads "There is no effect of figure training and z pettren dribble on dribble skills at Club Ani Soccer Mataram in 2021", "Rejected". While the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which reads "There is an effect of figure eights and dribble z peterren t training on dribbling skills at Club Ani Socceer Mataram in 2021", "Accepted". Sehinngaaa can be concluded. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1. There is an effect of figure eights training on the dribbling ability of Ani soccer Mataram club players in 2021 2. There is an effect of dribbling training on z peterren's dribbling ability in club players Ani soccer Mataram Year 2021 3. There is a difference in the effect of figure eights training with z Peter dribbling training on the dribbling ability of the Ani soccer Mataram club players in 2021.

Abstract

Background: Electrosurgery is a common and effective technique for removing skin lesions and achieving hemostasis in dermatologic surgery. However, managing patients on antithrombotic therapy, especially geriatric patients with comorbidities, presents a significant challenge. This case report highlights the importance of meticulous pre- and perioperative optimization in such patients to ensure safe and successful outcomes. Case presentation: A 69-year-old male patient with a history of congestive heart failure (CHF), Non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), type 2 diabetes mellitus, and hypertension presented with a nevus exhibiting cornu cutaneous. The patient had been on long-term aspirin therapy. The case discusses the complexities involved in deciding whether to discontinue aspirin, weighing the risks of bleeding against the potential for thrombotic events. After a three-week delay and consultation with an internist to address elevated coagulation parameters, the electrocauterization excision was performed successfully. Conclusion: This case underscores the critical role of multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based decision-making in the perioperative management of geriatric patients on antithrombotic therapy undergoing dermatologic procedures. It emphasizes the need for individualized risk assessment and optimization strategies to balance the competing risks of bleeding and thrombosis.

Abstract

Abstract

Background: Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common form of skin cancer, and its incidence is steadily increasing. While surgical excision remains a cornerstone of BCC treatment, achieving complete tumor clearance while preserving healthy tissue and ensuring optimal cosmetic outcomes can be challenging, particularly in the facial region. This case report underscores the importance of individualized margin assessment in BCC excision. Case presentation: We present the case of a 52-year-old male with a nodular BCC on his left cheek. The lesion was excised with a 5mm margin under local anesthesia. Histopathological examination revealed incomplete excision, with residual tumor cells at the peripheral margin. The patient underwent a second excision with wider margins, achieving complete tumor clearance. Conclusion: This case highlights the limitations of standard margin guidelines in BCC excision. Factors such as tumor subtype, location, size, and patient characteristics should be considered when determining appropriate surgical margins. The use of intraoperative margin assessment techniques and adjuvant therapies may be beneficial in select cases.

Abstract

Several prominent reports have highlighted the unsatisfactory level of anti-corruption transparency for the private sector in Indonesia. Hence, the anti-corruption vision is still an aspect that deserves to be campaigned for to form an advanced and just civilization. This study aims to obtain a pattern of knowledge in predicting the level of transparency of disclosure of fraud violations based on a data mining approach. The classification function algorithm in this study is a decision tree which is then compared with other classification function algorithms, naive Bayes, and k-in. The sample in this study is 141 companies combined in the construction, mining, and banking sectors, which are on the IDX for the 2019 period. As a result, the decision tree algorithm provides the second-best performance in predicting the level of corporate transparency, namely an accuracy of 70.92% and an AUC level of 0.740. Then in terms of different tests, the decision tree algorithm is in the same cluster as the algorithm with the best performance because the t-test results show no significant difference. Based on the pattern generated by the decision tree algorithm, the elements of opportunity, pressure, and arrogance are considered key factors in predicting the level of transparency of disclosure of fraud violations. One of them can be interpreted that a company that is supervised by a minimum of four independent commissioners means company tends to be predicted to be more daring in disclosing anti-corruption information in its annual report to the wider public data mining algorithms utilizing the advantages of each agency's internal data volume to map anti-corruption cultural socialization strategies in private sector companies.
