Abstract

PT Bali Ranadha Televisi (Bali TV) is the only local television broadcasting institution located in Bali. This study aims to explain the strategic management of Bali TV broadcasting programs in maintaining its existence as a local television station in Bali. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods with broadcast program strategy management theory and analysis using Niche theory in media ecology. The research results obtained are (1)Bali TV program planning is consistent to create a local broadcast program that implements its vision and mission, (2)Bali TV produces its programs internally around 90% and 10% are the result of cooperation with other parties, (3)The execution of the Bali TV program has broadcast 47 dominant local broadcast programs including information broadcast programs, and (4)Supervision of broadcast programs is not measured by program rating research reports, program evaluations are obtained from audiences and advertisers. Abstract

Based on the KPID Bali website in 2020, PT Bali Ranadha Televisi is the first and only private local television broadcasting institution in Bali Province that is still active and persists in broadcasting local programs. The agency established a local television broadcasting station called Bali TV. The purpose of this study is to determine the business strategy of the local broadcaster PT Bali Ranadha Televisi. This qualitative research uses Niche Theory Analysis in Media Ecology. The results of this study are: 1) There are 6 types of local broadcast program content on Bali TV, 2) The target of audiences are from children to adults, 3) The capital used by Bali TV is human resources (HR), income from production costs of broadcast programs, advertising revenues, broadcast programs, and additional off-air programs, 4) Bali TV is referred to as a generalist media because it has various sources of life support.

Abstract

The existence of the Kertalangu Tourism Village as a tourist attraction became increasingly visible when the tourism village received the Nusantara Tourism Village Promotion award in 2022. However, it appeared that the lack of care and maintenance causes damage to tourism support facilities. The results of the pre-survey are that most of the respondents intend to return to Kertalangu Tourism Village with influencing factors, namely the feeling of security and the uniqueness of the tourist village, and 83.33 percent of respondents stated that they get what they want when visiting Kertalangu Tourism Village. Data analysis in this study was the SEM application accompanied by the VAF test on 91 respondents. All variable models in direct hypothesis testing obtain positive Path Coefficient values. In the indirect hypothesis, tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant mediating role in the effect of destination image on revisit intention and the effect of tourist experience on revisit intention.

Abstract

Seeing the unequal conditions of establishing access to bank services in certain areas, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued a program entitled Laku Pandai. BRI has the largest number of Laku Pandai agents, known as BRILink agents, compared to other bank agents. The purpose of this research is to discuss the role of satisfaction in mediating the influence of perceived ease of use and benefit perceptions on BRILink Agent loyalty. Benefit perception is the condition of a person who believes that using a certain technological system can improve his or her performance. Satisfaction is defined as the feeling of pleasure or disappointment that a person feels when obtaining performance results from a product or service. Loyalty can be described as a continuous process of establishing repeat purchasing relationships over the long term. This research is a type of quantitative research that is associative in nature. The population of this research is BRILink agents located in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this research can provide an empirical contribution regarding the relationship between the variables of perceived ease of use, benefit perceptions, satisfaction, and loyalty for the development of consumer behavior theory. BRI Denpasar Branch management can improve the ease of operating technology on BRILink services.
