Abstract

The concept of Islam in marketing is elastic. Everything can be done unless there is a prohibition and this is only in the smallest parts. This is one of the causes lately, experts in marketing are interested in the concept of Islamic marketing. In the aspect of brand image, Islam has its own uniqueness that is able to attract customers not only materially but also emotionally, so that customers will always be loyal to brands that have that Islamic image. This paper is library research that aims to produce a concept in Islamic marketing that is sourced from the study of grand and middle theories or previous empirical research. This paper tries to synthesize theories based on appropriate theoretical concepts then harmonize with the concept of Islamic marketing and will produce research findings

Abstract

We can get education anywhere, both at school, within the family, and in the community. However, the most basic education is education that is obtained in the family environment, because family is the first education experienced by children. There are three types of parenting styles, namely authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting. Every family has different parenting styles in educating a child. The parenting pattern must be in accordance with the child's needs so that the child can develop properly and optimally, so that the achievement in the learning process that will be experienced by the child will run more optimally. In other words, the family's parenting pattern can affect children's learning achievement. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of parenting style on the students' fiqh learning achievement of class VIII Madrasah TsanawiyahNegeri 1 Kolaka? The research objective was to determine whether there was an effect of parenting style on the students' fiqh learning achievement of class VIII Madrasah TsanawiyahNegeri 1 Kolaka. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The independent variables in this study are parenting styles (authoritarian parenting = X1, permissive parenting = X2, and democratic parenting = X3), and fiqh learning achievement as the dependent variable. Sampling in this study using the Simple Random Sampling technique. From this study, it can be concluded that the results of the calculation of the T test for each variable X indicate that the significance value for the effect of authoritarian parenting (X1) on fiqh learning achievement (Y) is 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value is -3.464> t table 1.972. . The significance value for the effect of permissive parenting (X2) on fiqh learning achievement (Y) is 0.003 <0.05 and the tcount -3.041>ttable 1.972. The significance value for the effect of democratic parenting (X3) on fiqh learning achievement (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount value is 4.663> t table 1.972. Furthermore, the results of the F test found that the significance value for the effect of the variable X on Y is equal to 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Fcount 17.588>Ftable 2.65. From the results of the two tests above, it is said that there is an effect of parenting styles on the students' fiqh learning achievement of class VIII Madrasah TsanawiyahNegeri 1 Kolaka. The contribution of parenting parents to student achievement in learning was 21%.

Abstract

Impulsive buying behavior is part of consumptive behavior that makes purchases without planning (spontaneous) driven by the human desire that becomes unlimited desire. In the perspective of Islamic economics, consumption is allowed as long as it has benefits for consumers with attention to the good and bad as well as the halal and haramnya a product consumed. This study aims to determine the consumption in Islamic economics, consumption behavior in Islamic economics and Impulsive Buying Behavior in Islamic Economic Perspective. Data collection is literature review or literature, with normative descriptive data analysis technique to study about Islamic economic theory related to impulsive buying behavior. The results of the analysis and discussion that impulsive buying behavior in Islamic economics is based on the buying behavior of mashlahah desire to fulfill the desire of needs that bring benefit and blessing to the consumer. Abstract

The development of Islamic finance began at the beginning of the coming of Islam which at the time of the Prophet saw. by implementing a payment system for zakat, kharaj, fai, and ghanimah and establishing Baitul Maal as the center of the state treasury. The Baitul function increases the experience of development as banking functions today. During the reign of the Abbasid dynasty using a check system and currency transfers can be done at the Baitul Mal institution. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of the Islamic finance of the Messenger of Allah, to complete the future of the Khufaurrasyidin and reach the golden peak during the Abbasid Dynasty. This research is a type of literature research that aims to describe the Islamic financial system during the early arrival of Islam until it reached its peak in the reign of the Abbasid dynasty. Data on the development of the Islamic financial system is appropriate in the work of scholars, researchers and historians who write about the development of Islamic finance until the future of Islamic packaging. The conclusion of this study about the development of Islamic finance is based on the development of the Baitul Maal which was first established by the Messenger of Allah. Seeing the storage of the state and continuing in the chaos of the Rashidin Baitul Maal was built in several areas during the reign of the Baitul Maal Abbasid Dynasty the enactment of Dinar and Dirham as a means of transnational transactions.

Abstract

The home ownership financing system used by Bank BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka and BNI KCP Kolaka is generally the same financing system, because it has its own value from the community. And from each side, the Bank has several approaches to customers where the Islamic Bank approach is religious because it is a banking financial institution whose operations and products are developed based on the Qur'an and hadith. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the Home Ownership Financing System at BNI KCP Kolaka and BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka?, What is the difference between the Home Ownership Financing System at BNI KCP Kolaka and BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka? and What are the implications of different Financing Systems for customers? The purpose of the study was to determine the Home Ownership Financing System at BNI KCP Kolaka and BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka, to find out the differences in the Home Ownership Financing System at BNI KCP Kolaka and BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka and to find out the implications of the differences in the Financing System for customers. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the subject of the Home Ownership Financing System in Conventional and Islamic Banks. Then the research procedures carried out include intensive observations (observations, documentation, and interviews) about the Home Ownership Financing System in Conventional and Islamic Banks. The research instruments are in the form of observation sheets or notebooks, interview guides, voice recorders, documentation sheets, photographs and required documents. The results showed that the Home Ownership Financing System in Conventional and Islamic Banks. It has several differences, namely in terms of contracts, installment calculations and the interest system because conventional banks use an interest system while Islamic banks only use a buying and selling system (murabahah).

Abstract

There are two Sharia Banks in Kolaka Regency, namely BNI Syariah Bank KCP Kolaka and Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCP Kolaka. The determinants of customer satisfaction include service quality and customer experience. To attract the hearts of its customers, every company, especially the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank, must always provide and pay attention to customer satisfaction. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank? The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was a simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach. Determination of the number of representative samples that depends on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 based on the results of a questionnaire with a total of 65 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Accidental Sampling method, which is a sampling technique based on chance. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, the data in this study are direct answers assisted by questionnaires or questionnaires given directly by customers to be filled in according to the actual situation. Data analysis techniques through the SPSS 0.20 program are Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions Test, and Statistics. The results showed that by using a questionnaire or questionnaire, researchers obtained research results by showing that partially the Service Quality Variable (X1) had no positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y) with a Sig value. Of 0.154 while the Customer Experience Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y) with a Sig value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the Service Quality and Customer Experience variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Customer Satisfaction Variable.

Abstract

The research explores the understanding and implementation of Islamic business ethics among batik traders in the Setono Batik Wholesale Market. Employing a qualitative approach, the study combines normative theological, sociological, and phenomenological perspectives to collect data from primary sources (traders and buyers) and secondary sources (relevant literature). The findings reveal that while most traders in the market comprehend Islamic business ethics inspired by the Prophet Muhammad's trading practices, some remain unaware of these ethical principles, especially those with lower education levels. The study shows that the principles of Islamic business ethics, encompassing qualities like honesty, trustworthiness, transparency, and spreading good, are predominantly embraced by traders, although a few still prioritize profit-seeking over the pursuit of blessings and a favorable afterlife in their business dealings.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the development strategies for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) from the perspective of Islamic economics in Kolaka Regency. It is a descriptive study that narrates the condition of MSMEs in Kolaka Regency. Data collection involves observations, interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis following the steps of qualitative research analysis, such as data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and SWOT analysis. The research findings suggest that the appropriate development strategy for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Kolaka Regency supports an aggressive growth-oriented approach.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dalam prespektif ekonomi syariah di kabupaten kolaka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menguraikan secara narasi tentang kondisi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di kabupaten kolaka.  Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi data dan triangulasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dilaksanakan meliputi analisis deskriptif yang berpedoman pada langkah-langkah analisis penelitian kualitatif seperti reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan juga analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang sesuai untuk diterapkan pada kabupaten kolaka adalah strategi yang mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth-oriented strategy).

Abstract

Horongkuli Village, Toari District, Kolaka Regency is known as a village that has many coconut trees and is also a producer of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) in Southeast Sulawesi. However, in recent years, the production of coconuts into VCO has been hampered because it is not balanced with effective production and good marketing, so that people have switched to other jobs even though the natural resources of coconuts in the village are very abundant. This study aims to increase public understanding of the potential for coconut production while fostering small-scale industries regarding VCO production. This research is a community service research using a descriptive qualitative research method, namely by providing counseling and coaching to the people of Horongkuli village. The results of the study show that through intensive training and ongoing support, residents have improved their VCO and cooking oil production capabilities, as well as their marketing strategies. This initiative has raised awareness of the importance of home industries, encouraging local entrepreneurs to utilize the abundant coconut resources available to them. Ultimately, this program has the potential to strengthen the local economy, improve farmers' livelihoods, and contribute to sustainable agricultural practices, creating a more resilient and prosperous environment for coconut farmers in the area.
