Abstract

This study examines the relevance of the Jawami’ al-Kalim hadith concept in spreading Islamic wisdom in the information age. Jawami’ al-Kalim refers to the principle of conveying Islamic teachings concisely yet comprehensively. Using literature review and content analysis methods, this research evaluates digital da'wah strategies that apply the Jawami’ al-Kalim principle. Primary and secondary sources are analyzed to identify best practices in spreading Islamic messages through digital media. The results show the effectiveness of utilizing social media, developing online educational content, and collaborating with Muslim influencers. These strategies allow Islamic da'wah to reach a wider audience, build solid online communities, and respond to contemporary issues. Although facing challenges such as misinformation, this approach opens new opportunities to strengthen religious education and positive inspiration in global society. In conclusion, applying the Jawami’ al-Kalim principle through digital technology is an important step in ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of Islamic da'wah in the information age.

Abstract

 This study aims to identify and analyze environmental values in Tafsir Al-Misbah based on the perspective of Quraish Shihab. Tafsir Al-Misbah is one of the works of Qur'anic interpretation that is comprehensive and relevant in answering various contemporary issues, including environmental issues. Using a qualitative approach and content analysis method, this study explores verses related to environmental themes and how Quraish Shihab's interpretation provides a contextual view of human responsibility in protecting nature. The results of the study show that Quraish Shihab through Tafsir Al-Misbah emphasizes the importance of moderation, moral responsibility, and balance in human interaction with the environment. Values such as nature conservation, resource sustainability, and prohibition of overexploitation are elaborated in depth in this interpretation. This research is expected to contribute to developing environmental awareness based on religious values, as well as supporting environmental conservation efforts that are in line with the principles of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The role of Islamic Religious Education is crucial in shaping the character and morality of Generation Z through the effective use of technology. Islamic Religious Education aims to develop students with strong faith (iman), piety (taqwa), and ethical behavior (akhlaq) in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study employs a library research method, with its primary reference being Tarbiyah fi Zaman al-Fitan by Ali al-Hadadi. The book emphasizes, through various quotations, the importance of children as both a blessing and a trust, and includes a Hadith that states a righteous child is one of the deeds that continue to benefit a person after death. The study discusses the integration of various forms of technology in Islamic education, including visual, audio, audiovisual media, and the internet. The findings reveal that Tarbiyah fi Zaman al-Fitan advocates for the use of technology to make learning more engaging and efficient. Key aspects highlighted in relation to technology’s influence on Generation Z include contextual understanding, character education, inclusive approaches, digital moral education, the enhancement of soft skills, and the active involvement of parents and the wider community.
