Abstract

Abstract. Technological developments have made it easier for the community to collect donations online through crowdfunding platforms. According to Indonesian Millennial Report, millennials allocate their funds for social activities, such as donations, as much as 5.3 percent of their income. This study aimed to analyze factors that influence millennials to do onlinedonation through platform Kitabisa.com.This study selected a sample of 120 respondents of active muslim students of IPB University and TAZKIA Institute. This study used descriptive analysis and logistic regression method. The results of this study showed that the platform effectiveness and platform innovation are two main factors that influence millennials in donating online through the Kitabisa.com. Abstract

Law No. 11/2006 on the Government of Aceh (Aceh Government Law) has mandated Aceh Qanun No. 11/2018 on ShariaFinancial Institutions. A thorough and integrated regulatory infrastructure must support the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions. The Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions regulates that all Sharia Financial Institutions operating in Aceh must transition from the conventional to the Sharia system. However, in reality, many norms still need to be synchronised with national rules so that Sharia Financial Institutions do not run optimally. This study aims to map and harmonise legal issues and purification of Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions in the future. The method used is normative juridical with a qualitative approach and uses secondary data. The study found that first, the mapping of Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions still has articles that overlap and need to be more technical with the inclusion of the year that has passed. In addition, an article includes administrative sanctions that are not implemented. Then, there are ambiguous norms that cause multiple interpretations. Second, Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions needs harmonisation with higher laws and regulations. In addition, several Governor and Regent Regulations and other technical rules are required to maximise the implementation. Third, purification is needed by revising articles that overlap with the rules above and harmonising them with national regulations in Islamic finance.

Abstract

Desa Girimulya adalah daerah penghasil kopi, sehingga setiap tahun memproduksi kopi dan mengakibatkan penumpukan limbah kopi. Limbah kopi di Desa Girimulya belum bisa dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Limbah tersebut menjadi tumpukan sampah di beberapa tempat, serta menimbulkan masalah serius di sekitar lingkungan Desa Girimulya. Salah satu aternatif untuk mengelola limbah kopi adalah dengan mengolahnya menjadi kompos. Pengabdian masyarakat untuk limbah kopi dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi melalui pendekatan diskusi lesehan. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah kopi. Pemberian materi disampaikan oleh narasumber/ahli di Bidang Pertanian bersama Tim PKM dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi langsung pembuatan pupuk kompos dari limbah kopi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh masyarakat sekitar dan para pemilik pabrik kopi di Dusun 2 Desa Girimulya Kecamatan Pacet. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat mampu memahami proses pembuatan limbah kopi menjadi kompos dibuktikan dengan cara mengikuti tahap-tahapan pembuatan kompos.
