Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang kondusifnya iklim organisasi di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Pariaman. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi persepsi pegawai tentang iklim organisasi dengan indikator : aspek kehangatan, aspek inovasi, aspek kerjasama, aspek keterbukaan, aspek dukungan dan aspek tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai pada tempat penelitian sebanyak 71 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dikarenakan populasi pegawai yang sedikit, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh (sampling jenuh) sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah yaitu, verifikasi data, pemberian skor setiap jawaban, klasifikasi, tabulasi data, dan menghitung rata-rata (mean) jawaban yang dierikan responden. Kemudian mendeskripsikan data yang sudah diolah dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi pada tempat penelitian sudah baik dan kondusif dengan skor (4,12) dilihat dari data berikut: (1) Iklim organisasi dari aspek kehangatan kondusif (3,83). (2) Iklim organisasi dari aspek inovasi kondusif (4,08). (3)Iklim organisasi dari aspek kerjasama kondusif (4,35). (4)Iklim organisasi dari aspek keterbukaan kondusif (4,14). (5) Iklim organisasi dari aspek dukungan kondusif (4,11). (6) Iklim organisasi dari aspek tanggung jawab kondusif (4,23).

Abstract

The learning model is a way that can help teachers achieve the target of student learning completeness. Without implementing a learning model, teachers will experience optimal learning outcomes, impacting student learning outcomes. This research aims to improve students' social studies learning outcomes through the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model. This type of classroom action research uses the Kurt Lewin model, which consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The main subjects in this research were class IV students at SD Negeri 200220 Padangsidimpuan, totaling 26 students consisting of 14 boys and 12 girls. The data collection instruments used test items and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative descriptions. The research results show that using the NHT model can improve student learning outcomes. As evidenced by the pre-cycle learning results, ten students completed with an average of 65.96, a completion percentage of 38.5%, in the first cycle of meeting 1, 14 students completed with an average of 69.80, a completion percentage of 53.84%, cycle I meeting 2 obtained 15 students who ended with an average of 70.19, a completion percentage of 57.7%, cycle II meeting 1 accepted 19 students who completed with an average of 76.34, percentage of completeness 73.07% and cycle II meeting 2 obtained 22 students completed with an average of 81.15, a completion percentage of 84.6%.

Abstract

In the series of criminal justice proceedings, the issue of detention is one of the most essential matters concerning the freedom of human rights, because every detention of a person suspected of being involved in a criminal incident is a temporary restraint on his freedom and ndependence. So that in this study the problems are, first, whether the implementation of the provision of guarantees, whether in the form of people or money, has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the legislation? Second, what are the judges' considerations in granting detention postponements for defendants within the jurisdiction of the Padangsidimpuan District Court? The methods used are library research and field research. After the data was analyzed using hypothesis testing techniques based on induction and deduction methods. Then it can be concluded that if we look at the developments in the practice of granting bail in the jurisdiction of the Padangsidimpuan District Court as stipulated in Article 31 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, then in determining whether or not the request for bail with a guarantee submitted by the suspect or defendant to the detaining agency can be granted.

Abstract

In a company selection one way to get capable and competent employees in accordance with their work, because the selection problem is an important problem in a company to assess the competence of new employees because if a company has employees who do not have this competence will endanger the company is in its development, because this competence is a basic characteristic of someone who allows it to provide superior work performance in certain jobs, roles or situations, so the selection problem cannot be underestimated in a company, because of the mistakes in making a selection we will not find employees who have competence in their fields, for that selection is very necessary in a company, in conducting the selection there are procedures that must be followed by the human resource development team so as not to run away from the actual concept, Because both of these aling related to each other that must be considered by the leadership of the company, because it will have an impact on employee performance at PT, Karya Murni Sentosa. The problem faced by PT, Karya Murni Sentosa is the low work performance of its employees, because they do not have the competence in accordance with their fields this is caused by errors in employee selection. The selection system that has been carried out so far still uses a closed system even though it has received employees at the job fair, but during the interview it still chooses its relatives. In this study, of the two independent variables studied, both of these variables both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Karya Murni Sentosa namely selection and competency variables. The population in this study was 18 employees, where all populations were directly sampled using total sampling techniques.
