Abstract

This study attempts to describe the evaluation of the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with cipp model. This study using a qualitative methodology descriptive. case with the approach. The data collection techniques used in this research is a questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analysis using a method of triangulation and obtain information or data from various sources to verify the data. The research results be concluded that the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with a model cipp was going pretty good.

Abstract

Seperti yang kita ketahui dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak kasus tindak pidana pernah melibatkan konsultan pajak, contohnya kasus penggelapan uang pajak dan penyuapan oleh oknum konsultan pajak. Kejadian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masih ada konsultan pajak yang berlaku tidak sesuai etika dalam menjalankan profesinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sifat machiavellianisme, etika dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap pengambilan keputusan etis konsultan pajak. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), tinjauan literatur dari tahun 2018 hingga 2023 digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara sifat machiavellianisme, etika dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap pengambilan keputusan etis konsultan pajak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sifat machiavellianisme memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan etis yang dilakukan oleh konsultan pajak, sedangkan etika dan tanggung jawab sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan etis yang dilakukan oleh konsultan pajak.

Abstract

The DSN-MUI Fatwa acts as the main guideline in ensuring that Islamic financial products and services are in accordance with Islamic sharia principles, as well as being an important instrument in encouraging product innovation and increasing public confidence in Islamic finance. So this study aims to determine how much impact the DSN-MUI Fatwa has on the Sharia Financial System in Indonesia. The technique used in this research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. In this study, the articles obtained were 30 articles indexed by Sinta. The results of the analysis show that the impact of the DSN-MUI Fatwa on the Sharia Financial System in Indonesia.
