Abstract

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, changes in routine have affected students’ psychological development. This study aims to determine elementary school students’ mental health during the Corona Pandemic. The benefit of this research is as a basis for efforts to prevent and overcome unexpected psychological conditions in students. This research is a descriptive quantitative study using a survey method. The population in this study were 148 students aged 9-14 years. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. This study used the Indonesian version of Strength and Difficulty Questionnaire for Children (SDQC) arranged by Robert Goodman. The result showed that the condition of the students was in the "abnormal" category which was indicated by a condition that was less good than the condition in general. There were 17 (11.49%) students in the abnormal category on the disruptive behaviour subscale, 11 (7.43%) students on the hyperactive-inattention subscale, 10 (7%) students on the emotional subscale, 5  (3%) students on the indifference subscale, and 2 (1%) students on the relation problems subscale. Overall aspects of measurement show that the students show a state of "abnormal" status in one or two aspects and it means that students have good mental health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengembangan LKPD yang berkualitas dan adanya kebutuhan LKPD dengan berfokus pada proses pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik guna menumbuhkan karakter gotong royong sesuai dengan perkembangan kurikulum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan LKPD model PjBL untuk menumbuhkan karakter gotong royong pada materi nilai Pancasila kelas IV SD dan untuk mengetahui kualitas LKPD yang dikembangkan. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan tipe ADDIE. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 3 validator terdiri dari 1 kepala sekolah SD dan 2 guru kelas IV bersertifikasi sebagai expert judgment serta 28 peserta didik kelas IV SD sebagai subjek dalam uji coba produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) LKPD model PjBL untuk menumbuhkan karakter gotong royong pada materi nilai Pancasila kelas IV SD dikembangkan menggunakan 5 tahapan ADDIE yang terdiri dari Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, dan Evaluate. 2) Kualitas LKPD menggunakan model PjBL pada materi nilai Pancasila kelas IV SD memperoleh rata-rata skor validasi sebesar 3,83 dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa LKPD efektif untuk menumbuhkan karakter gotong royong peserta didik dengan persentase sebesar 60,1% dan meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan tingkat efektifitas dalam kategori tinggi (N-Gain Score 0,77)

Abstract

This research was motivated using media, namely LKPD, which does not fully support the learning process and the low empathy character of students. This study aims to develop student worksheets using the reflective pedagogical model to grow the empathy character of natural resource material for grade IV elementary school students and to determine its quality. This study uses the ADDIE-type Research and Development (R&D) method. The object of this study is the LKPD using the reflective pedagogical model to grow an empathetic character. The results of this study show that 1) LKPD uses a reflective pedagogical model to grow the empathy character of natural resource material for grade IV elementary school students was developed using ADDIE, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. 2) The quality of LKPD using the reflective pedagogical model to grow the empathy character of natural resource material for grade IV elementary school students gets an average score of 3,69 with very good criteria. LKPD developed using a reflective pedagogical model can grow empathy character. This is proven by the percentage increase of 37% from the limited trial results. Therefore, LKPD using a reflective pedagogical model to grow empathy character can be widely tested.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of developing quality LKPD, and prioritizing student-centered learning in order to foster a character of curiosity that is in line with curriculum development. The purpose of this study is to develop LKPD using the project-based learning model on the meaning of Pancasila material for grade IV elementary school. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) type ADDIE. The data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. This study used 4 certified grade IV elementary school teacher validators who acted as expert judgment. In addition, 25 students participated in the product trial. The results of this study indicate that 1) The development of LKPD using the project-based learning model for the meaning of Pancasila material for grade IV elementary school was carried out using ADDIE steps including: Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate. 2) The quality of LKPD using the project-based learning model for the meaning of Pancasila material for grade IV elementary school obtained an average validation score of 3.79 with the category "very good". The results of limited trials show that LKPD is effective in developing students' curiosity character with a percentage increase of 70% with an N-Gain Score of 0.84 in the high category and LKPD improves learning outcomes with a level of effectiveness in the high category (N-Gain Score 0.82).

Abstract

This study was inspired by the low level of independence and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at Jongkang State Elementary School in the 2025/2026 academic year, as obtained from interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This study aims to improve the independence and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at Jongkang State Elementary School in multiplication and division using the PBL model. This research was a classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this research are fourth-grade students at Jongkang State Elementary School in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study shows that 1) The application of the PBL model, which was implemented through problem-solving steps, was able to improve the independence and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at Jongkang State Elementary School in multiplication and division. 2) The use of the PBL model can improve students' independent attitudes with an average of 41.21 at the initial stage, to 57.79 in cycle I, and increasing to 78.97 in cycle II. 3) The use of the PBL model can improve students' independent attitudes with an average score of 59.39 with a mastery level of 39.28% at the initial stage, increasing to 65.95 with a mastery level of 60.71% in cycle I, and further increasing to 76.78 with a mastery level of 82.18% in cycle II. 4) The use of the PBL model was effective in improving students' independent attitudes and learning outcomes, as seen from the N-Gain Score for independent attitudes of 0.6 in the ‘moderate’ category and a percentage of 63% in the ‘quite effective’ category. The N-Gain Score for student learning outcomes was 0.5 in the “moderate” category with a percentage of 58% in the ‘quite effective’ categories.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of independent attitude and learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Jongkang in multiplication and division of whole numbers up to 100,000. This condition was identified from interviews with classroom teachers, learning observations, independent attitude questionnaires, and analysis of student learning outcomes. The learning process, which is still abstract and lacks concrete media, causes students to depend on teachers and friends. Therefore, this study aims to improve students' independence and learning outcomes through the use of the Stamp Game media. This study is a two-cycle classroom action research (CAR) with the research subjects being fifth-grade students at SDN Jongkang in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data collection techniques included observation, independent attitude questionnaires, learning outcome tests, and documentation, which were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the study show that: 1) the use of the Stamp Game media was able to improve the independence and learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN Jongkang in multiplication and division; 2) Students' independence increased from an average score of 43.97 at the beginning to 53.68 in cycle I and 69.31 in cycle II; 3) Students' learning outcomes improved, as indicated by the average score of 59.68 with a mastery level of 36% at the initial stage to 66.79 with a mastery level of 56% in cycle I and 74.79 with a mastery level of 84% in cycle II; 3) The effectiveness of using the Stamp Game media was reinforced by the results of the N-Gain Score analysis with a high category (0.7) for independent attitude and a moderate category (0.6) for learning outcomes.

Abstract

The background to this research is the results of teacher interviews, research observations, and the distribution of questionnaires to fifth-grade students at Karitas Nandan Elementary School. Preliminary data indicated that students' average curiosity was still low, and their learning outcomes on the human respiratory system did not meet the school's learning objective achievement criteria (KKTP), which was 75.00. This study aimed to improve curiosity and learning outcomes for fifth-grade students at Karitas Nandan Elementary School through the application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to the human respiratory system. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were fifth-grade students at Karitas Nandan Elementary School in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques included quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the application of the PjBL learning model can improve student curiosity and learning outcomes. The average student curiosity score at baseline was 53.48 (low), increasing to 65.03 (moderate) in cycle I, and then increasing again to 75.51 (high) in cycle II. Meanwhile, the average student learning outcome score at baseline was 69.29, increasing to 74.67 in cycle I, and increasing again to 80.33 in cycle II.
