Abstract

Work Family Conflict (WFC) is a dual role conflict between family and work that arises because a person or employee bears two roles at once, where the role has pressure and does not have balance in carrying out the second role. This study aims to determine the influence of work-family conflict on work stress and employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study include work-family conflict, work stress and employee performance. The samples that used in this study were 88 operational and service division employees at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Tbk, Center. This research uses descriptive analysis and path analysis which is processed using SPSS version 22.The results of the study with path analysis show that the direct effect of the Work-Family Conflict variable on the Job Stress variable is 0.899. The result of the direct influence of Work-Family Conflict variable on the variable Employee Performance is -0,357. The result of the direct effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance variables is-0.456. While the effect of the total effect of work-family conflict, work motivation and employee performance is -0.766. It can be concluded that the indirect effect of Work-Family Conflict variable on Employee Performance with the intervening variable of Job Stress is -0.409. Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Job Stress, and Employee Performance АBSTRАK Work Family Conflict (WFC) adalah konflik peran ganda antara kelurga dan pekerjaan yang muncul karena seseorang atau karyawan menyandang dua peran sekaligus, dimana peran tersebut memiliki tekanan dan tidak adanya keseimbangan dalam menjalankan kedua peran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari work-family conflict terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi work-family conflict, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 88 karyawan divisi operasional dan servis pada PT. Bank BRI Syariah Tbk, Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 22.Hasil penelitian dengan analisis jalur menunjukan bahwa pengaruh langsung variabel Work-Family Conflict terhadap variabel Stres Kerja sebesar 0,899. Hasil pengaruh langsung variabel Work-Family Conflict terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan sebesar -0,357. Hasilpengaruh langsung Stres Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan sebesar-0,456. Sedangkan pengaruh total pengaruh work-family conflict, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan sebsar -0,766. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung variabel Work-Family Conflict terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan variabel intervening Stres Kerja sebesar -0,409. Abstract

This research based on the importance of Human Resource Management to improve the performance of employees who may be affected by a Learning Orientation and Organizational Commitment. This research was conducted at Bank X BUMN Branch of Brawijaya Malang where is ranked four of the top ten largest banking assets in Indonesia on 2017 and have opportunities to potential clients in the city of Malang, so companies need to be able to improve the Employee Performance in order to compete with competitors. This research aims to know and explain whether there is a partial influence between Learning Orientation on Employee Performance, and Organization Commitment on Employee Performance, and simultaneously influence between Learning Orientation and Organization Commitment on Employee Performance. This research is quantitative research and the research type is explanatory research. The number of samples in this study was 55 persons of permanent employees in Bank X BUMN Branch of Brawijaya Malang with purposive sampling technique. Collecting data method on this research using questionnaires. The measurement scale in this research is Likert scale. This research using descriptive statistics analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with a classic assumption test. Data on this research is processed using SPSS 23 for Windows. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank X BUMN Cabang Brawijaya Malang di mana berada pada peringkat ke empat dari sepuluh besar total aset perbankan terbesar di Indonesia tahun 2017 dan memiliki peluang nasabah potensial di kota Malang sehingga perusahaan perlu untuk dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah ada pengaruh secara parsial antara Learning Orientation terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh secara simultan antara Learning Orientation dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 55 orang karyawan tetap Bank X BUMN Cabang Brawijaya Malang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Abstract

This research have an intend to acknowledge and explain the effect of Employer Branding to Turnover Intention with Mediated Job Satisfaction at PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Juanda International Airport Branch Office. The type of research that has been used is explanatory research, the sampling technique that has been used was Probability Sampling with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The data collection technique has done by using distributed questioner to permanent employees of PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Juanda International Airport Branch Office with 55 respondents. The data analysis technique that has been used in this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis.The result of this research show that employer branding variable (X) has a significant and negative effect to turnover intention (Y) in the amount of -0.341 or 34.1% with а score significаnce аs big аs 0.035 (0.035<0.05). Employer brаnding vаriаble (X) hаs а significаnt effect to job sаtisfаction (Z) in the аmount of 0.774 or 77.4% with а score significаnce аs big аs 0.000 (0.000<0.05). Job sаtisfаction vаriаble (Z) hаs а significаnt аnd negаtive effect to turnover intention (Y) in the аmount of -0.396 or 39.6% with а score significаnce аs big аs 0.015 (0.015<0.05). Abstract

This study аims to determine the effect of stressor level of emрloyees of РT.РLN (РERSERO) Аreа Mаlаng to work stress раrtiаlly аnd simultаneously. The tyрe of this reseаrch is Exрlаnаtory Reseаrch which exрlаins the cаusаl relаtionshiр between stressor vаriаbles is individuаl level, grouр level аnd orgаnizаtionаl level through hyрothesis testing. This study used а sаmрle of 50 resрondents drаwn from the emрloyee рoрulаtion of РT. РLN (РERSERO) Аreа Mаlаng. Sаmрling using the Census technique is the tyрe of sаmрle selection using the entire рoрulаtion to be а reseаrch sаmрle. Result of this research is Stressor individual level, group level and organizational level indicate the level of stress that is small, so makeWork stress also small. These three levels are significantly influenced by Work stress. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) also the difference of motivational preferences and difference of the motivation influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) between Gen-X and Millenials. The type of this research is explanatory research with comparative study using quantitative approach. Data collection methods are using questionnaire and written documentation. Variables in this research consists of independent variable and dependent variable. Employee motivation as independent variable and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as dependent variable. The sample used in this research were 65 respondents from employees of PT Temprina Media Grafika Surabaya that randomly selected used cluster sampling technique. The result showed that there is a difference of motivation preference between Gen-X and Millenials employees. Employee motivation variable have significant influence toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Gen-X and also Millenials. The next result, showed that there is a difference of motivation influence to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) between Gen-X and Millenials, and also difference of the dominant Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on each generation. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan penelitian komparatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi tertulis. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas dan terikat. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah motivasi karyawan (X), sedangkan variabel terikat adalah organizational citizenship behavior (Y). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 responden dari PT Temprina Media Grafika Surabaya yang dipilih secara random menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan preferensi motivasi karyawan antara karyawan Gen-X dan Millenials. Variabel motivasi karyawan (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (Y) pada karyawan Gen-X dan juga Millenials. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh motivasi karyawan (X) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (Y) antara karyawan Gen-X dan juga Millenials, begitu juga dengan sikap organizational citizenship behavior yang mendominasi masing-masing generasi. Abstract

This research was aimed to learn and explain the effect of Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as mediator variable at Sahid Montana Hotel, Malang. The type of research that has been used was explanatory research, sampling technique used was saturated sample, which the entire population was used as the sample. The data collection techniques were conducted by using questionnaires distributed to employees of Sahid Montana Hotel, Malang with 58 respondents. The data analysis technique that has been used in this research was descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research showed that Job Satisfaction variable (X) has a significant effect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Z) in the amount of 0,622 or 62,2% with significance value of 0,000 (0,000 <0,05). Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable (Z) has a significant effect to Employee Performance (Y) in the amount of 0,506 or 50,6% with significance value of 0.000 (0,000 <0,05). Job Satisfaction variable (X) has a significant effect to Employee Performance (Y) in the amount of 0,424 or 42,4% with significance value of 0,000 (0,000 <0,05). Abstract

This resеаrch аims to know thе influеncе of work disciplinе (X1), physicаl work еnvironmеnt (X2) аnd non physicаl work еnvironmеnt (X3) on еmployее pеrfomаncе (Y) simultаnеously аnd pаrtiаly. This rеsеаrch typе is еxplаnаtory rеsеаrch with quаntitаtivе аpproаch. Thе populаtion in this rеsеаrch totаllеd 65 structurаl еmployееs of PT. PLN (Pеrsеro) Аrеа Mаlаng. Thе numbеr of sаmplеs tаkеn аs mаny аs 65 еmployееs. Thе dаtа аnаlysis tеchniquе usеd is dеscriptivе аnаlysis аnd multiplе linеаr rеgrеssion аnаlysis. Bаsеd on thе rеsults of dаtа аnаlysis аnd hipothеsis tеsting hаs bееn donе, thеn from this rеsеаrch cаn bе drаwn conclusion аs follows. Vаriаblеs of work disciplinе, physicаl work еnvironmеnt аnd non physicаl work еnvironmеnt simultаnеously hаvе significаnt influеncе on еmployее pеrfomаncе. Pаrtiаlly, vаriаblеs of work disciplinе, physicаl work еnvironmеnt, non physicаl work еnvironmеnt hаvе positivе influеncе but physicаl work еnvironmеnt vаriаblе hаs no significаnt influеncе on pеrfomаncе of еmployееs.
