Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is very prone to disasters. Disasters that have occurred repeatedly in Indonesia have resulted in significant loss of both economy and lives. Thus, adequate preparedness measures are needed to minimize these losses. Students as agents of change need to have good knowledge about disaster preparedness so that they can provide positive changes in society related to disaster preparedness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of knowledge of Binawan University students regarding disaster preparedness. The method used in this research was descriptive analytic. The sample in this study were Binawan University students who met the inclusion criteria set by the researcher. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine the number of participants needed. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis which was carried out on respondents’ characteristics (age and gender) and knowledge variable using percentage and proportion measures. The results show that a number of 207 (65.1%) respondents had low level of knowledge about disaster preparedness. The conclusion obtained from this study is that Binawan University students do not yet have a good level of knowledge which may be due to the unevenness of integrating curriculum regarding disaster preparedness in all majors. The suggestion that researcher can propose is to integrate the disaster preparedness curriculum in all majors so that all students can have the opportunity to increase their knowledge regarding disaster preparedness. The result of this research can also serve as a background for conducting disaster-related training for students

Abstract

Language development is a combination of social interaction, emotional development, intellectual ability, and physical and motor development. However, the development of language in each individual child is different depending on neurological abilities and language development which can affect the stages of language development. Thus, this study aims to determine the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 case study at TKIT Chiara Depok on the development of preschool language and to find out the inhibiting factors for learning during the Covid-19 period at TKIT Chiara Depok. This study uses descriptive analytic by using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all parents who have preschool children at TKIT Chiara Depok, with a total of 56 respondents, by performing total sampling, collecting data for the online learning process and language development of preschool children using questionnaires and data processing with coding and analysis. data using the Chi-Square correlation statistical test. The results obtained as many as 78.6% have a good learning process using online methods, while the language development of preschool children is good about 80.4%. There is a moderate positive relationship with p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) so that there is a relationship between the online learning process and language development. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the online learning process and the development of preschool language. With this research, the learning process in the online method that is good in its implementation and preparation will improve the development of good language in preschool children.

Abstract

Stres kerja adalah rasa tekanan yang dialami pekerja dalam mengatasi pekerjaan mereka. Stres di tempat kerja adalah masalah yang berkembang dalam perekonomian saat ini di mana pekerja menghadapi pekerjaan yang berlebihan, ketidaknyamanan pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja yang rendah, dan kurangnya otonomi. Salah satu penyebab stres kerja adalah lingkungan kerja dan peraturan jam kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara pengaturan kerja shift perawat dan stres kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 responden, partisipan pada penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan total sampling. hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa perawat merasa nyaman dengan sistem kerja shift sebanyak 51,3% orang dan yang merasa tidak nyaman dengan sistem kerja shift sebanyak 48,7% orang. kemudian sebanyak 6 perawat memiliki stres kerja ringan 15,4%, dan sebanyak 64,1% perawat memiliki stres kerja sedang, dan 20,5% perawat memiliki stres kerja berat. Hasil uji statistik yang diperoleh nilai p value = 0,023 lebih kecil dari 0,05, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara shift kerja dengan stres kerja di ruangan rawat inap 6B Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional sehingga sangat penting bagi pihak terkait untuk memberikan keleluasaan kepada perawat untuk memilih jadwal sesuai dengan kebutuhannya dengan tetap memenuhi kewajibannya sebagai perawat dan karyawan rumah sakit. Abstract

Based on a preliminary study by conducting interviews with 10 families of thalassemia patients at RSCM Kiara. It was found that only 40 % were obedient in giving iron chelation to thalassemia patients. This study aimed to find the relationship between family knowledge about iron chelation and adherence to consuming iron chelation in children with thalassemia. The method used in this study was a descriptive non-experimental method with a cross-sectional approach. Data analysis techniques in this activity are presented as descriptive and bivariate analysis using Spearman's rho statistical test with = 0.05. It measures the level of adherence to taking medication using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) questionnaire. Based on the results of measuring respondents' knowledge level, 85.5% of respondents have a good level of knowledge 14.5% of respondents have a sufficient level of knowledge. Measuring the level of adherence to medication, 22.9% of respondents have high adherence to drug consumption, 42.2% of respondents have a moderate level of adherence to drug consumption, and 34.9% have a low adherence to drug consumption. There is significant relationship between the knowledge level about iron chelation and adherence to giving iron chelation (p-value 0.006 <0.05 and r-value of 0.30). But the relationship is low, so knowledge about iron chelation alone is not enough to make adherence to giving iron chelation in children with high adherence results.
