Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly rapid, encouraging the people of Indonesia, especially Bandung city, to start shifting from cash to the era of a cashless society, especially when it is currently in the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to design the concept of electronic services for transportation in Bandung. The method used was descriptive to 25 respondents. These results indicated that the Bandung communities need the latest innovations to simplify the payment system. The use of the EBAP Card is only by using a card that is attached to a sensor machine provided by public transportation. EBAP Card is made as a substitute for cash for public transportation payment transactions. This EBAP Card payment transaction is faster than using cash. The direct impact of this program's benefits for the community is that the public can pay public transport fares with an EBAP Card that is safe, comfortable, accurate, and efficient. This payment system will reduce direct contact during this Covid-19 period. With the implementation of electronic-based payments, payment transaction services on public transportation are faster, so it is hoped that the travel convenience of public transport users in Bandung will increase.

Abstract

Peran Komunikasi Pelayanan Publik adalah mendorong serta menanamkan rasa percaya masyarakat terhadap pemerintah. Pelayanan yang optimal didukung oleh pegawai yang mampu bekerja secara profesional, memiliki kapabilitas dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Menjadi pegawai yang berdedikasi tinggi, penuh tanggungjawab dalam profesional kerja perlu ada faktor pendukung dalam hal ini perlu perangkat seperti sarana dan prasarana agar pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan dengan baik dan tepat waktu dengan demikian akan tercipta suasana yang kondusif di lingkungan kerja. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis komunikasi pelayanan publik yang dilaksanakan di Dinas Sosial Kota Medan, apa saja program pelayanan publik yang telah dilaksanakan di Dinas Sosial Kota Medan dan hambatan yang terjadi pada pelayanan publik. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara dan observasi informan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian terlihat dari kepuasan masyarakat miskin di kota Medan terhadap pelayanan publik dapat dilihat berdasarkan kriteria: mudah, murah, cepat, akurat dan nyaman. Program pelayanan publik pada Dinas Sosial Kota Medan telah dirancang dan dilaksanakan dengan berbagai program di antaranya mengurus surat miskin dan meningkatkan kesejateraan lansia dan masyarakat terlantar di kota Medan. Faktor-faktor penghambat pada Pelayanan Publik di Dinas Sosial Kota Medan adalah pada alur dan bagan pelayanan publik yang kurang dipahami masyarakat miskin, pengukuran kinerja Pelayanan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang belum memadai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of literacy and risk management on a person's leadership skill in relation to entrepreneurship. This research approach employs quantitative analysis through deduction by statistically calculating a questionnaire that was distributed to 280 prospective entrepreneur and recent graduates. According to the findings, literacy and risk management variables have a major influence on leadership of an entrepreneur in a comprehensive manner, either partially or impartially. As a result, in entrepreneurship, it is vital to equalize these qualities in order to promote individual leadership, which will benefit a good corporate culture. In conclusion, entrepreneurial skill must focus on the development of the hard skill and soft skill including literacy and risk management that will give long-term benefits in order to maintain a healthy and friendly work culture.

Abstract

Garut Regency’s agriculture sector has the most impact on the region’s GDP compared to other sectors. The Central Statistics Agency reports that the agricultural sector’s contribution was 39.11% in 2014 and will be 37.97% in 2020. The farmer’s inability to manage their crop goods is the primary cause of the contribution decline. The study aims to build a prototype of a mobile application information system for planting and harvesting. commodities based on a geospatial information system. The research method used was field surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) with farmers, farmer group leaders, agricultural extension workers, and officials at Garut Regency Agriculture Office. The designed application is Sitampan which stands for Sistem Informasi Tanam dan Panen (Planting and Harvesting Information System). The users of this application are farmers, farmer group leaders, agricultural extension workers, and Garut Regency Agriculture Office. Each user will have a specific role and access based on their roles. The public can only see the data contained in this application. In conclusion, this app can serve as a platform for information and communication for farmers. Farmers can use this app as a decision-making tool to manage their crops, including when to sell, plant, and harvest. Hopefully, this application will enhance the welfare of farmers, particularly those in Garut district, one of the industries that have the most impact on the Indonesian agricultural sector.
