Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan usahatani jagung di UPT Bulupountu Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi dan mengetahui hubungan antara perananan kelompok tani terhadap tingkat pendapatan usahatani jagung di UPT Bulupountu Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling, sehingga sampel yang diperoleh yaitu 32 responden dari keseluruahan populasi sebanyak 115 responden petani jagung yang tergabung dalam 5 kelompok tani di UPT Bulupountu. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis pendapatan dan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan petani responden dalam satu kali musim tanam sebesar Rp. 3.651.777/0,56 ha, atau setara dengan nilai konversi sebesar Rp. 6.521.031/ha. Berdasarkan pengujian Chi Square peranan kelompok tani terhadap peranan kelompok tani dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani diperoleh nilai Chi Square hitung sebesar (10,97). Nilai Chi Square hitung lebih kecil daripada nilai Chi Square tabel yaitu (13,36). Menurut kriteria Chi Square, jika Chi Square hitung ≤ Chi Square tabel pada taraf nyata (db ; α) dan dk = k-1 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara peranan kelompok tani dalam meningkatan pendapatan usahatani jagung di UPT Bulupountu Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi dengan 3 kategori yaitu sebagai kelas belajar, sebagai wahana kerjasama dan sebagai unit produksi.

Abstract

After experiencing natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic, several MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Palu, particularly fried shallot MSMEs, have experienced a decline in production. Various measures have been taken to redevelop the fried shallot business, including the implementation of the Penta Helix collaboration. This study aims to observe the involvement and interrelation of stakeholders within the Penta Helix model in the development of MSMEs in Palu. All involved parties include the government, academics, media, the community, and the business actors themselves.The results of the study indicate that all parties have specific activities in fulfilling their respective roles. The government undertakes activities such as mentoring, issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB), organizing exhibitions/expos/farmers' markets, conducting training, and providing e-catalog applications. Academics assist in the application of appropriate technology and enhance MSME actors' knowledge related to digital marketing. The media helps market MSME products through social media platforms like Instagram. The farming community plays a role in preparing the raw materials for fried shallots, from planting to harvesting. The fried shallot business actors, as the core participants of the Penta Helix, collaborate, synergize, and support each other in the development of fried shallot MSMEs in Palu.
