Abstract

Gondosuli Village is located in Pakuniran, Probolinggo, East Java, and has an area of 11.66 km² (4.50 sq mi), consisting of agricultural land, settlements, public facilities, and mountain forests beneath Mount Rengganis. crops in Gondosuli village are dominated by rice and corn during the rainy season, and tobacco during the dry season. Corn has an important role as a commercial commodity in this village because it is used as animal feed, industrial raw materials, and also as a food ingredient. The process of planting seeds in Gondosuli village itself is still classified as using the traditional method where only using wood as a seed hole maker, and the seeds are inputted by human labor, and the distance between the seeds is only estimated by the farmer, in this way the seed planting process requires a lot of effort and time. big. A push corn planting tool or Smart corn planter is a tool used to grow corn efficiently and effectively on agricultural land. By using the Smart corn planter, farmers can grow corn quickly and more easily, and save effort and time. In addition, this tool can also help produce regular and even corn crops. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis infografis terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, yang berdasarkan kriteria subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa pada satu kelas di mata pelajaran IPS. Dokumentasi dan tes penilaian berupa pre-test dan post-test merupakan teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui uji Paired Sample t-tes. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji pre-test dan post-test disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis infografis berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Salah satu desa kepulauan di Kecamatan Dampal Utara, Kabupaten Tolitoli, adalah Simatang Tanjung. Banyak peluang investasi di daerah ini, salah satunya adalah tanaman kelapa. Banyak warga desa bergantung pada hasil tanaman kelapa, tetapi sebagian besar orang tidak tahu manfaat batok atau tempurung kelapa, jadi mereka hanya menggunakannya untuk membuat arang untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pengabdian Universitas Madako Tolitoli mengajarkan masyarakat bagaimana memanfaatkan batok kelapa atau tempurung kelapa untuk menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis dan pastinya menjadi produk unggulan desa. Tim Pengabdian dari Universitas Madako Tolitoli langsung menyampaikan materi penyuluhan di balai Desa Simatang Tanjung, Kecamatan Dampal Utara, Kabupaten Tolitoli, pada tanggal 05 September 2023. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan tersebut, yang terdiri dari masyarakat dan pemerintah desa. Dinilai bahwa pengabdian ini membuka mata orang-orang tentang peluang bisnis melalui penggunaan bahan lokal, seperti batok kelapa, menjadi bahan bernilai ekonomis tinggi.Kata Kunci: arang, batok kelapa, ekonomi

Abstract

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are widely deployed in applications that require high aerodynamic efficiency, extended endurance, and precise control. The aerodynamic performance of UAVs is strongly influenced by wing design, particularly at the wingtips, where intense vortices can generate significant induced drag and promote early stall. This study employs a full-factorial design of experiments (DoE) combined with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations using the k–ω SST turbulence model to investigate the effect of wing tip modifications on various angle of attack (AoA). The results indicate that the maximum lift coefficient occurs at an AoA of 10° for all wingtip configurations, with the rounded-edge wingtip achieving the highest value (Cl = 0.125). The drag coefficient increases gradually from AoA 0° to 10°, followed by a sharp rise up to 15°, indicating early stall. The highest lift-to-drag ratio is obtained at AoA = 5°, where the rounded-edge wingtip demonstrates superior aerodynamic efficiency (Cl/Cd = 20.4). Analysis of the pitching moment coefficient reveals a nose-down tendency at low to moderate AoA, transitioning to an aggressive nose-up behavior at higher angles of attack. Overall, the rounded-edge wingtip provides the most favorable aerodynamic performance for fixed-wing UAVs, offering improved efficiency and stable longitudinal characteristics within low to moderate AoA operating regimes.
