Abstract

Dalam mencari alternatif untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi listik, kemungkinan besar menggunakan cahaya matahari. Cahaya matahari ini digunakan di ruangan tempat ingin menghemat listrik dan menikmati manfaat cahaya matahari. Penelitian ini mengusulkan analisis desain pemandu cahaya dalam tabung dengan penggabungan panel surya sebagai sumber penghasil energi listrik yang akan digunakan pada saat gelap. Tabung menggunakan PVC yang dilapisi cermin reflektif pada bagian dalam dan dome tabung yang diberi lensa cembung sebagai pemfokus cahaya matahari masuk ke dalam tabung, menawarkan dengan biaya rendah. Dievaluasi untuk pengujian dapat memverifikasi output yang dihasilkan panel surya dengan solar tube tanpa beban lampu mendapatkan nilai rata-rata tegangan dan arus sebesar 4,81V dan 0,0013A sehingga didapat nilai maksimal pencahayaan sebesar 296 lux. Pada kondisi beban lampu hidup nilai rata-rata tegangan dan arus sebesar 4,69V dan 0,099A sehingga nilai maksimal pencahayaan yang didapat sebesar 324 lux. Sedangkan pada malam hari nilai maksimal pencahayaan ruangan sebesar 35 lux. Hasilnya membuktikan kelayakan teknis dari solar tube yang diusulkan untuk direalisasi sesuai penggunaan selama 2 jam per hari pada pukul 09:00 dan 15:00 WIB dengan kedua kondisi memenuhi standar penerangan dengan menawarkan penghematan listrik sebesar 0,79kWh/bulan. Abstract

In this modern era, frozen food is increasingly popular for consumption by the public. Not only for personal consumption, but also for the needs of food businesses such as restaurants, cafes or catering. The need for frozen food is growing, especially as more people choose to store food for longer periods of time. However, when frozen food is stored improperly, it can cause the quality of the food to decrease and even affect the health of consumers. Therefore, food businesses need to consider the right way to store frozen food. UMKM Neng Nana is engaged in Frozen Food with several products of instant baso aci, aroma roll sticks, mini spring rolls, baso aci seblak, melted bananas etc. UMKM Neng Nana is located in Housing Ardimulyo Kav. H no 4 Singosari Kab. Poor. In the packaging process for products, partners are still packaging using ordinary plastic, and have not been packaged using airtight packaging. As a food that is classified as semi-moist food, Mitra's products are foods that deteriorate quickly. The packaging at UMKM Neng Nana is still relatively conventional because they only use ordinary sealers, while their processed products come from semi-wet ingredients which require more effort to keep the products fresh. Vacuum sealers are a very important tool for frozen food businesses. In the frozen food business, food hygiene and quality must always be maintained.

Abstract

Sunlight is an alternative energy source that can be used as a substitute for fossil fuels. Renewable energy potential has not been widely utilized, especially in Indonesia. Utilization of sunlight, one of which is done indoors to save electricity and the source is not limited. This study aims to predict solar irradiance to determine the value of sunlight intensity in an area as the main source of the utilization of renewable electrical energy through the solar tube system with the LSTM method. This low-cost system offers a renewable way and considers the potential for solar radiation as an energy-efficient alternative based on the intensity of light captured by the solar tube. This research uses two methods. The LSTM method is a recurrent neural network forecasting technique that can study deeply and extract temporal relationships in data because of its large architecture. The exponential smoothing method is part of the time series forecasting technique and is used when the dataset has no cyclic variance and trend. Data collection was carried out in sunny conditions because it represents a stable condition in sunlight. The results obtained from the two methods are evaluated with RMSE and MAE values to choose the optimal approach. Due to lower RMSE and MAE values in this comparison, LSTM performs better than Multiple Repeat and Exponential Smoothing in terms of performance.

Abstract

Meningkatnya permintaan global terhadap praktik pertanian berkelanjutan telah mendorong eksplorasi teknik inovatif seperti pertanian cerdas dan hidroponik. kegiatan ini berfokus pada penerapan smart farming terintegrasi panel surya pada tanaman hidroponik di pedesaan daerah Blitar. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai kelayakan dan dampak penggabungan pemanfaatan energi matahari dengan praktik pertanian tingkat lanjut untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman dan efisiensi sumber daya. Melalui kegiatan di lokasi tersebut, tim pengabdian menerapkan sistem smart farming yang menggabungkan panel surya untuk menggerakkan sistem hidroponik. Metrik kinerja mencakup hasil panen, konsumsi energi, penggunaan air, dan parameter lingkungan. Alat ini dilengkapi dengan sensor DS18B20, Sensor DHT11, untuk memonitoring suhu kelembapan humidity dan pH serta Pompa air DC untuk menjaga sirkulasi air. Energi dalam perangkat ini dibantu dengan adanya Panel surya atau solar cell. Energy yang dihasilkan panel surya mampu menanggulangi kebutuhan sistem ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan hasil positif yang signifikan dimana dilakukan pemantauan kondisi pertumbuhan secara real-time. Selain itu, integrasi panel surya tidak hanya menjadikan sistem ini mandiri dalam hal pasokan energi namun juga berkontribusi terhadap pengurangan biaya operasional dan jejak karbon. Keterlibatan masyarakat Desa Blitar dalam kegiatan ini terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang praktik pertanian berkelanjutan dan sistem energi terbarukan. Sesi pelatihan yang dilakukan selama tahap implementasi memberdayakan petani lokal dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penting untuk memelihara sistem pertanian cerdas berbasis panel surya.

Abstract

Komunitas Penyandang Disabilitas Kabupaten Probolinggo (PDK-PRO) adalah sebuah komunitas yang terdiri dari individu-individu yang mengalami keterbatasan fisik, intelektual, mental, dan atau sensorik dalam jangka waktu lama serta dalam berinteraksi diatur berdasarkan kesamaan hak di wilayah Probolinggo. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan komunitas PDK - PRO, disampaikan bahwa anggota yang dibinanya terdapat beberapa program pelatihan dan pengembangan pengetahuan. Namun, Selama ini pelatihan tersebut lebih kepada sharing antar anggota, karena terkendala dengan upaya peningkatan kompetensi individu tentang pengetahuan dasar-dasar tersebut mereka memerlukan pengembangan terkait kemajuan teknologi komputer desain poster, teknik foto dan video serta pengetahuan marketing media sosial. Karena saat ini pengetahuan tersebut sangat penting dimana pengetahuan tersebut dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja bahkan bagi yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus atau disabilitas. Melalui penilaian lapangan yang komprehensif dan metode partisipatif, kegiatan pengabdian ini menerapkan pendekatan pemberdayaan multi-segi. Strateginya mencakup pelatihan berbasis keterampilan, peningkatan aksesibilitas. Hasilnya menunjukkan dampak positif yang besar. Lokakarya sosialisasi dan pendampingan pengembangan keterampilan terkait kemajuan teknologi komputer desain poster, teknik foto dan video serta pengetahuan marketing media sosial menyebabkan peningkatan dalam hal kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri peserta. Peningkatan aksesibilitas teknologi adaptif, secara signifikan meningkatkan kemandirian fisik dan mobilitas mereka.

Abstract

Seboro Village, which is located in Probolinggo Regency, has a BUMDES whose business unit is the “Sumber Abadi” Drinking Water Supply Facility Management Group (KP.SPAM). The group is engaged in the field of consumption water which will be used by the people of Seboro Village who subscribe. In its implementation, the manager will monitor the use of conventional consumer water discharge by coming to each house that subscribes as a step to calculate the cost of billing water usage per month. This community service activity program aims to make it easier for water managers to monitor the use of consumer water discharge in the "Sumber Abadi" Drinking Water Procurement Facility Management Group (KP.SPAM) by creating an IoT-based smart water system using Photovoltaic. With the smart water system, it is hoped that the manager's work in monitoring the use of water discharge for consumers will be more effective and efficient because the manager does not need to record directly to the location of the consumer's home and can do this by monitoring the use of water discharge using apps/websites remotely. Another advantage of this tool is that data storage management for water discharge usage is more regular because the data will be stored on a cloud server. The source of electricity from an IoT-based smart water system device using photovoltaic as a renewable energy from solar irradiation is converted to electrical energy as a step from environmentally friendly energy. Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) saat ini kurangnya kualitas produk, sarana dan prasarana yang belum menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dan kerja sama antar Perusahaan, instantasi pemerintah maupun universitas. Akan tetapi beberapa permasalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan melakukan berkoordinasi dan bersinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah vokasi melalui program kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang salah satunya dengan mengenalkan trainer robot line follower untuk siswa jurusan TKJ. Kontribusi dalam program ini yaitu Universitas Negeri Malang melalui program pengabdian mahasiswa bekerjasama dengan SMK NU 1 Karanggeneng dengan melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan trainer robot line follower untuk siswa jurusan TKJ guna meningkatkan mutu belajar.  Metode pengabdian yang digunakan untuk penyelesaian trainer ini adalah ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) dengan model pembelajaran implementasi teori dan praktek. Pada tahap terakhir akan dilakukan evaluasi pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan yang dibagi menjadi beberapa kegiatan diantaranya sosialisasi program pelatihan trainer robot line follower, implementasi robot line follower dalam dunia industri dan evaluasi pelatihan. Kesimpuan dari kegiatan ini menyatakan bahwa siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang robot line follower.

Abstract

Gondosuli Village is located in Pakuniran, Probolinggo, East Java, and has an area of 11.66 km² (4.50 sq mi), consisting of agricultural land, settlements, public facilities, and mountain forests beneath Mount Rengganis. crops in Gondosuli village are dominated by rice and corn during the rainy season, and tobacco during the dry season. Corn has an important role as a commercial commodity in this village because it is used as animal feed, industrial raw materials, and also as a food ingredient. The process of planting seeds in Gondosuli village itself is still classified as using the traditional method where only using wood as a seed hole maker, and the seeds are inputted by human labor, and the distance between the seeds is only estimated by the farmer, in this way the seed planting process requires a lot of effort and time. big. A push corn planting tool or Smart corn planter is a tool used to grow corn efficiently and effectively on agricultural land. By using the Smart corn planter, farmers can grow corn quickly and more easily, and save effort and time. In addition, this tool can also help produce regular and even corn crops. Abstract

Public road lighting (PJU) in the Pakuniran area, Probolinggo, East Java, more precisely in Gondosuli Village, is not sufficient. An environment without street lighting will be like a dead zone and can occur in many cases of crime, and traffic accidents and will hurt social life at night. Therefore, the community service team at the State University of Malang (UM) through student service provided a solution to reaching the road by utilizing new, renewable energy from polycrystalline solar panels to turn on the lights at night. The results of observations and site surveys show that several points require PJU installation with polycrystalline technology. The implementation carried out in Gondosuli Village was carried out in several stages, namely: observation, preparation of PJU designs, training and maintenance, performance testing, and evaluation tools. This activity, which was completed within 2 months, resulted in 5 PJUs being placed at several points with minimal lighting conditions and received a positive response from the community. Abstract

Measuring the quality of river water used as industrial wastewater disposal is needed to maintain water quality from pollution. The chemical industry produces hazardous waste containing toxic materials and heavy metals. At specific concentrations, industrial waste can result in bacteriological contamination and excessive nutrient load (eutrophication). Using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), the method for measuring water quality processes remote sensing images taken via an RGB camera on an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). The parameter measured is the change in the color of the river water image caused by the chemical reaction of the heavy metal content of industrial waste disposal. The test results of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method in 2.01s/step obtained the value of training loss mode 17.86%, training accuracy 90.62%, validation loss 23.43%, validation accuracy 83.33%.
