Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of the Indonesian Islamic Bank merger in strengthening the economy in the MSME sector during the pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with the type of library research, searching and recording data from various sources that are still related to the topic of the problem so that it becomes a unified whole to conclude. The results showed that the merger of Indonesian Sharia Banks had an important role in strengthening the economy in the MSME sector during the pandemic, namely BSI collaborated with LAZ Bangun Sejahtera Mitra Ummah to create an ISDP Program for entrepreneurial students in the form of providing UKT scholarships, coaching, mentoring, intensive and programmed training. In addition, BSI also collaborates with the well-known e-commerce platform Shopee in the Go Digital MSME program, which is expected by millennial entrepreneurs not only to make varied products at low prices but also to create the best quality brands and be able to take advantage of the development of digital technology for transformation business to the global market (go digital go international).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi apa yang diberikan keuangan mikro syariah dan ekonomi kreatif yang dimiliki UD. Snack Bu Ernie dalam memulihkan perkonomian pasca pandemi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang berjenis studi kasus pada salah satu lembaga keuangan mikro syariah dan Usaha Ekonomi Kreatif dan mempergunakan tehnik analisis dengan memadukan triangulasi data dari dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara demi mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lembaga keuangan mikro syariah memiliki konstribusi berupa dampingan dalam pemberian pembiayaan kepada ekonomi kreatif demi mewujudkan adanya peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat ditunjukkan adanya lapangan pekerjaan, peningkatan pendapatan serta pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup bagi masyarakat dengan adanya ekonomi kreatif di pedesaan sugihan lamongan. Sedangkan Kontribusi Ekonomi Kreatif yang digerakkan UD.Snack Bu Ernie sendiri adalah dengan memberikan dampingan dan pelatihan serta pekerjaan bagi masyarakat yang mengalami dampak langsung pandemi khsusunya TKI (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia).

Abstract

Assistance in the framework of this community service has the aim of helping the creative industry UD Snack Bu Ernie Sugihan Lamongan Village in increasing production and income. The service method is PAR (Participatory Action Research) with observation stages through preliminary research, inculturation, Action Action and Evaluation. The result of the service is the lack of creative industry players who have a computer or laptop so that it is not optimal in uploading creative industry products in the digital marketpalce. The hope is the availability of adequate electronic media so that it is more optimal in utilizing social media and market places available in this digital era. Increased literacy regarding product packaging and marketing, maximizing social media in promotion and sales, and establishing cooperation with partners engaged in the creative industry or trade.
