Abstract

Seeing the condition of the fishing community, some of which are still less prosperous, especially fishermen who go to sea once a week, of course many new ideas are needed so that the welfare of fishermen can increase. The presence of the blue economy concept, which is a design for optimizing water resources to increase economic growth in marine areas through creative and innovative activities, namely creating new programs while maintaining environmental sustainability, is expected to be able to improve the economy of fishing communities. This article is intended to find out the extent to which the implementation of the blue economy has improved the welfare of the fishing community at TPI Brondong, especially from a maqashid sharia perspective. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method which tends to use more inductive analysis and a theoretical basis so that the focus of the research is in accordance with the facts in the field. The results of the research show that there are 2 programs in the implementation of the blue economy at TPI Brondong: 1. Good Fish Handling Methods (CPIB), namely maintaining the quality of fish, namely by paying attention to storage and handling fish properly when landed. 2. Measurable Fish Catching (PIT), namely changing fishing gear from cantrang to JALATONG so that the marine ecosystem is maintained. Because the quality is maintained and the fish caught are dominated by large fish, the selling value of the fish becomes expensive and automatically increases fishermen's income, especially from the perspective of maqashid sharia which shows that fishermen work in accordance with the basic elements or values contained in maqashid sharia which refers more to maintaining or maintaining wealth (Hifdzu Al-Maal).

Abstract

Pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk masyarakat tidak hanya dari sisi keagamaan, tetapi juga dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi sumber daya dan merumuskan perencanaan ekonomi di Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswi Al-Husna (NU) Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa pesantren memiliki tiga modal utama, yaitu modal finansial dari SPP dan bantuan pemerintah, modal fisik berupa ruko dan ruang kelas kosong yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, serta modal intelektual berupa dukungan pengasuh dan peran aktif santri. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan peluang besar bagi pesantren untuk mengembangkan unit usaha berbasis syariah yang berkelanjutan. Dengan perencanaan yang matang dan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi santri, pesantren ini berpotensi menjadi lembaga yang mandiri secara ekonomi serta mampu memberdayakan lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

This study addresses the limited fiqh understanding among students at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Mangli Jember due to time constraints. The Nihayatuz Zain book is used for its relevant content, while the syawir method is applied to enhance comprehension. The research aims to describe the implementation of kitab learning, the use of the syawir method, and the improvement of students’ fiqh knowledge. The focus of this research includes: (1) How is the Nihayatuz Zain book taught at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Mangli Jember? (2) How is the syawir method implemented in the learning process? (3) How is students’ fiqh knowledge strengthened at the pesantren. The research objectives are: (1) To describe the process of book learning at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Mangli Jember, (2) To explain how the syawir method is applied in the learning activities, and (3) To describe how students’ understanding of fiqh is reinforced through the learning process.. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that: (1) Nihayatuz Zain learning is well-planned, covering time, place, objectives, and relevant material. (2) The syawir method runs in three stages: opening, discussion, and closing. (3) Students' fiqh understanding improves through better comprehension, argumentation with Islamic sources, and real-life application of Islamic rulings

Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding of macapat songs by applying the Jigsaw cooperative learning approach. Although macapat songs have high moral and intellectual values, students often dislike them because they are considered complex and irrelevant. This study used the McTaggart model consisting of two cycles, combined with the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. Data were collected through various techniques, including observation, tests, interviews, and note-taking, and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that students' understanding of the meaning of macapat songs increased significantly when the Jigsaw model was applied. The learning completion rate increased from 56% to 100%, while the average student score also increased from 72.33 in the pre-cycle to 86.6 in the first cycle. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the Jigsaw approach in improving student understanding. In addition, this method also succeeded in encouraging active student participation, increasing their confidence in class discussions, and fostering respect for the rich local culture. Thus, teaching local Javanese language through the Jigsaw cooperative learning paradigm can be considered an interesting and effective alternative approach. This approach not only helps students understand the material better but also strengthens their social and cultural skills. This research provides an important contribution to the development of more innovative and relevant teaching methods in the context of regional language learning, and encourages teachers to implement strategies that can increase students' interest and understanding of the valuable and diverse local culture. Through the application of this method, it is hoped that students will gain a greater appreciation for their cultural heritage.

Abstract

The development and quality improvement of Madin and TPQ in Pasuruan, through the WAKMUQIDIN program (wayahe gather to build TPQ lan Madin). Madin and TPQ not only continue to support learning Islamic religious education in formal schools. However, being at the forefront in the formation of morals and character for students. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, the researcher will describe the state of the field with the aim of finding a strategy regarding the management of infaq funds, starting from the planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling processes. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that “the financial staff lacks insight regarding the administration of the institution, especially in terms of bookkeeping so that financial data is not organized and makes it difficult to evaluate monthly or annual financial reports”. The management system for managing infaq or financial funds is like an engine romm at an educational management institution and can affect every teaching and learning activity if it is not responded to properly and the steps that need to be taken are to provide guidance to financial on managerial and structured infaq funds.
