Abstract

Studi ini mengevaluasi penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam pengarsipan informasi, menyoroti aspek keamanan, efisiensi, dan keandalannya. Sebanyak 30 artikel jurnal dari berbagai bidang relevan dikaji, dan quality assessment dilakukan untuk memastikan validitas data. Dari hasil quality assessment, 28 jurnal dinyatakan valid dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi blockchain dapat meningkatkan keamanan, keandalan, dan efisiensi dalam pengarsipan informasi. Namun, kompleksitas dan biaya implementasi masih menjadi tantangan. Pengelompokan jurnal berdasarkan jenis menunjukkan penerapan teknologi ini di sektor keuangan, kesehatan, pendidikan, teknologi informasi, hukum, administrasi pemerintahan, perpustakaan, dan logistik. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi kekurangan serta area untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai aplikasi blockchain dalam pengarsipan informasi.

Abstract

Penajam Paser Utara Regency, as a strategic area in East Kalimantan, has experienced significant development in the tourism sector in line with the plan to relocate the national capital (IKN). However, the utilization of tourist visitation data in hotels in this region is still not optimal. This study aims to analyze tourist visit patterns at Penajam Paser Utara Regency hotels using data mining techniques with the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Penajam Paser Utara Regency Culture and Tourism Office, covering 34 hotels with variables including domestic and foreign visitors from 2019 to 2024. The clustering results show two main clusters: a high-visitation cluster comprising large hotels and a low-visitation cluster consisting of hotels with fewer visitors. The analysis reveals the dominance of domestic tourists, accounting for 99% of total visits, and the tourism sector's recovery pattern, reflecting a V-shaped recovery post-pandemic. This research contributes to hotel managers in designing market segment-based marketing strategies and local governments in designing data-driven tourism policies to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of destinations.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged the use of electronic media in education, giving rise to a new paradigm in learning through e-learning. E-learning provides benefits such as access to various learning resources and improving the quality of student-centered learning. This research analyzes the factors that influence student satisfaction in using e-learning by adopting the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model and evaluates their intention to continue using this technology. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 10 Penajam Paser Utara using a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS). Data was collected through an online survey with Google Forms from a sample of active students using e-learning in 2023. The results of the analysis show that the research model has good validity and reliability. Research findings indicate that habitual factors have a significant influence on usage intentions, which in turn influence usage behavior. Performance expectations also influence the intention to use e-learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz terhadap motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan basic mechanic di PT. XYZ. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum terdapat penelitian yang secara khusus menyelidiki pengaruh penggunaan Quizizz pada pelatihan mekanik Perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain eksperimental sungguhan (true-experimental design) pada kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket motivasi belajar yang disusun berdasarkan model ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) oleh John Keller.Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 22 peserta yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok: 11 peserta dalam kelompok kontrol dan 11 peserta dalam kelompok eksperimen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada motivasi awal, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen, dengan signifikansi > 0.05 yaitu 0.554 dan 0.552. Namun, pada motivasi akhir, terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok tersebut dengan signifikansi < 0.05 yaitu 0.000 dan 0.000, dengan kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan aplikasi Quizizz menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan bagi PT. XYZ untuk mengintegrasikan aplikasi Quizizz dalam program pelatihan mereka guna meningkatkan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar peserta.

Abstract

Tas fashion merupakan sebuah kebutuhan tambahan yang melekat pada generasi muda saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dalam pemilihan tas fashion wanita menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP digunakan untuk membantu konsumen dalam memilih tas berdasarkan kriteria harga, kualitas, desain, kapasitas, dan kenyamanan. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh mahasiswi STIEPAN Balikpapan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model tas slingbag memiliki nilai prioritas tertinggi (0.547) sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai pilihan utama. Sistem SPK yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk fashion secara objektif dan terukur

Abstract

E-learning in higher education is a technique to improve learning and teaching experience, and as a tool to educate students through digital media, with or without the guidance of their instructors. STMIK BI Balikpapan has been using it since 2015, but its implementation has not been as optimal as expected. The research aims to identify the factors that influence the success of the application of e-learning in STMIK BI Balikpapan by referring to the model adopted from TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and TOE (technological, organizational and environment). The research respondents were 94 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the Smart PLS program. The results showed that of the four hypotheses tested, one hypotheses had significant influence (habits) and the other three hypotheses were not significant (connections, motivation and facility).
