Abstract

To support quality education with a purpose to educate the generation of the nation, the thing to note is the quality of a teacher where it serves as a channel for delivering education / the teaching. Therefore, to know the quality, it needs to be held a selection of outstanding teachers with the aim of encouraging and motivating teachers for integrity, ready to compete and high quality. Based on these problems then this study aims to design a system decision support for the selection of outstanding teachers at Global Prima National Plus School Medan. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). There are five criteria that the author uses namely Discipline, Achievements, Responsibilities, Initiatives and Presence. The research was conducted with looking for weight values for each criterion, then ranking process which determines the outstanding teacher in the case study.

Abstract

Palm oil is used as a raw material for producing cooking oil, industrial oil, and fuel. Indonesia is the largest producer of palm oil in Indonesia. One of a company engaged in the production of palm oil is PT Permata Hijau Group. The company produces a wide range of palm oil products from from Palm Oil, Lauric Oil, Biodiesel, and Fatty Acid Oleo. Look at the variety of products palm oil marketed by PT Permata Hijau Group, it is necessary to do so decision making on palm oil product data. Data mining is applied using the Association Rules method to get support and confidence values, where export data processed using this method can determine which particular refined palm oil products are best-selling in the international market. With the Association Rules method, it is hoped that it can help provide an overview for a company in determining the amount of production of certain types of refined palm oil, so crises or excesses of certain processed palm products can be avoided. In this study, the results of data visualization using the Python Library (Matplotlib & Seaborn), products with the item set Glycerine→Stearic Acid and Glycerine-RBDPO→Stearic Acid are the combination of Association Rules that appear most frequently, with 100%. Whereas the combination HPKO→Stearic Acid meets the Association Rules with a value of 94%, RBDPO-HPKO→Stearic Acid and Fatty Acid- HPKO→Stearic Acid with 90%, Glycerine→RBDPO, Glycerine→RBDPO-Stearic Acid, and Glycerine Stearic Acid→RBDPO with 88%, HPKS→Stearic Acid and RBDPO-Fatty Acid→Stearic Acid with 83%. Therefore, processed coconut Palm Glycerine, RBDPO, Stearic Acid, Fatty Acid, HPKO, and HPKS is a product that satisfies the rules of the association so this result can assist the company in determining the amount of product production given the demand for a combination of various processed coconut products of the palm oil, is higher than the variety of refined palm oil other products.

Abstract

Dalam mendiagnosa penyakit tanaman bawang merah seorang pakar memerlukan data berupagejala-gejala yang sedang dialami oleh petani.Gejala-gejala ini dapat dilakuakan dengan melihat kondisi tanaman bawang merah tersebut.Sebagai seorang manusia yang memiliki keterbatasan, begitu juga dengan seorang pakar tanaman bawang merah tentunya memiliki kelemahan. Apabila terdapat penyakit bawang merah baru atau lupa tentang jenis penyakit dan pengobatan nya, maka seorang ahli pakar akan mencari kembali buku-buku atau dokumen-dokumen yang membahas tentang penyakit bawang merah tersebut. Cara ini tentu saja akan memakan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit bawang merah. Perancangan ini di mulai dari pembuatan basis pengetahuan dilanjutkan dengan identifikasi rule dan perancangan inputoutput dengan metode forward chaining .Hasil rancangan pada penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membantu pekerjaan pakar menjadi lebih mudah sehingga memberikan hasil diagnosa penyakit bawang merah menggunakan sistem pakar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze user sentiment towards two leading digital wallets in Indonesia, OVO and GoPay, using the Multivariate Bernoulli algorithm, a member of the Naive Bayes family effective in text classification. Data was collected from 1,070 user reviews through questionnaires distributed on social media and discussion forums, resulting in 915 sentiment data points after data cleaning. The preprocessing process included cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, normalization, filtering, and stemming to prepare the data for sentiment analysis. The study employed the K-Fold Cross Validation technique with 5 folds to test the model and obtain average accuracy, precision, and recall. The results showed that the Multivariate Bernoulli model performed well with an average accuracy of 86.20% for OVO and 83.15% for GoPay, with very high recall values indicating the model's ability to detect positive sentiment. The confusion matrix from each fold demonstrated consistent ability to identify positive cases. This study's findings are expected to provide recommendations for the development of OVO and GoPay digital wallet services based on user sentiment analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to solve problems in inventory management of cholesterol-lowering herbal medicines at PT. Canaya Sirna Sentosa. Currently, the company is facing difficulties in procuring production materials due to irregular sales of herbal cholesterol medicines, causing inappropriate stock and resulting in losses. This research proposes a prediction system using the trend moment method to help companies manage inventory. This application allows input of product and sales data, as well as providing predicted results for the amount of herbal medicine inventory for a certain period. From the results of data processing obtained from 2018 to January 2023, the total data for sales forecasting/prediction is 42 bottles. The research results show that the trend moment method is effectively used as a prediction tool to reduce the error rate in determining the amount of herbal medicine inventory. This application system provides convenience and speed in data collection and can be a solution to overcome the problem of forecasting the amount of herbal medicine supplies in the future. The use of the trend moment method in this research can increase efficiency and accuracy in herbal medicine inventory management at PT. Canaya Sirna Sentosa, and can minimize losses due to inappropriate stock.

Abstract: Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators in a learning environment that takes place in an educational manner, so that students can develop their attitudes, knowledge and skills to achieve the goals that have been set. The development of technology every year makes it difficult for teachers to keep up with developments so that almost every teacher still does not understand how to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Teachers only use the application as a tool. Therefore, there is a need for training for teachers to make learning plans, recap student learning outcomes, or create interesting teaching materials for students that are technologically and scientifically based so that they can improve professional competence, especially in the appropriate use of technology in the learning process.Keywords: teachers; technology; scienceAbstrak: Pembelajaran adalah proses interaksi antara peserta didik dan pendidik pada suatu lingkungan belajar yang berlangsung secara edukatif, agar peserta didik dapat membangun sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilannya untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Abstract

In this era of globalization, computerized systems have been used by many parties, both agencies, organizations and educational institutions. A computerized system is an information system that will design transaction data into useful information and aims to help make efficient decisions. However, at this time, PT. Surya Mandiri Motor does not yet use a computerized system, so errors often occur in recording, calculating transaction data, there are difficulties in searching for data and difficulties in making reports. This sales information system can be a solution that can simplify data processing so that the sales transaction process will be faster, more precise and accurate. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Permasalahan keagamaan yang dialami oleh umat Buddha di Indonesia sering kali tidak tersampaikan secara efektif dan tepat sasaran kepada otoritas yang berwenang. Kondisi ini menimbulkan urgensi akan adanya media komunikasi yang mampu menjembatani interaksi secara langsung, terstruktur, dan real-time antara umat Buddha dan Direktorat Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat (Ditjen Bimas) Buddha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Jaman Dharma, sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX) yang difungsikan sebagai platform pelaporan serta ruang komunitas digital bagi umat Buddha. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses perancangan adalah User Centered Design (UCD), yang menekankan orientasi terhadap kebutuhan serta pengalaman pengguna dari tahap awal identifikasi kebutuhan hingga perancangan prototipe. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan prototipe antarmuka yang dikembangkan menggunakan Figma, dengan fokus pada kemudahan akses, kejelasan informasi, dan alur pelaporan yang efisien. Dengan adanya rancangan aplikasi Jaman Dharma ini, diharapkan tercipta komunikasi dua arah yang lebih efektif antara umat Buddha dan Kementerian Agama, khususnya Ditjen Bimas Buddha.

Abstract

Abstract: The advancement of information technology compels companies to continuously adapt by adopting web-based information systems that improve data accuracy and operational performance. PT. Perintis Perkasa continues to encounter several obstacles in managing spare parts, particularly inconsistencies between actual inventory and recorded data, along with delays in generating reports. This study aims to design and implement a web-based spare parts inventory system using the DevOps approach, which unifies software development and operational processes into a single, continuous workflow. The study employs a descriptive qualitative design with a Software Development Research approach. The development lifecycle is carried out iteratively through continuous stages, including planning, coding, building, testing, releasing, deploying, operating, and monitoring. The system was implemented using PHP with the Laravel framework and supported by a MySQL database. Findings reveal that the developed system streamlines stock management, accelerates report preparation, and enhances both efficiency and data accuracy in spare part control at PT. Perintis Perkasa. By utilizing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD), the system enables ongoing updates and maintenance without interrupting business operations, ensuring consistent performance and adaptability to organizational needs. Keywords: Information System, Spare Part Inventory, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment Abstrak: Kemajuan pesat dalam bidang teknologi informasi menuntut perusahaan untuk menyesuaikan diri melalui implementasi sistem informasi berbasis web yang berperan dalam meningkatkan akurasi data dan efektivitas kegiatan operasional. PT. Perintis Perkasa masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala dalam pengelolaan data sparepart, di antaranya ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah stok nyata dengan data pada sistem serta keterlambatan dalam proses pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta mengimplementasikan sistem informasi inventori sparepart berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode DevOps sebagai pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang mengintegrasikan proses pengembangan dan operasional dalam satu kesatuan alur kerja. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Software Development Research. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara berkelanjutan melalui tahapan perencanaan, penulisan kode, pembangunan, pengujian, rilis, implementasi, operasional, hingga pemantauan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan dukungan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengotomatiskan pencatatan stok, mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan, serta meningkatkan ketepatan dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan sparepart di PT. Perintis Perkasa. Penerapan Continuous Integration (CI) dan Continuous Deployment (CD) memungkinkan pembaruan sistem dilakukan secara berkelanjutan tanpa mengganggu aktivitas operasional, sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang stabil serta mudah menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Inventory Sparepart, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment

Abstract

Abstract: EEG-based Brain Computer Interface offers the potential for integration with Internet of Autonomous group control such as drones, robots, wheelchairs, AUVs, smart-home and smart-city devices, etc. This literature review aims to determine the potential for integration (BCI) in controlling smart devices and swarm intelligence within the IoAT ecosystem that collaborates in a corporate and decentralized manner. As well as compiling an initial abstract framework towards this development direction, based on a review of journals related to brain-computer interfaces, intent translator frameworks for IoT, LLM, mesh topology, federated learning, swarm-rules models, and human-swarm cybernetic/feedback loop integration. The results of the review show that BCI-IoAT integration through a swarm intelligence approach has the potential to create a robust, independent, and autonomous system. Keywords: Brain Computer Interface; EEG; Swarm intelligence; IoT; LLM; human-swarm; Autonomous Things Abstrak: Brain Computer Interface berbasis EEG menawarkan potensi integrasi dengan kendali kelompok Internet Of Autonomous seperti drone, robot, kursi roda, AUV, perangkat smart-home dan smart-city, dsb. literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi integrasi (BCI) dalam mengendalikan perangkat pintar dan swarm intelligence di dalam ekosistem IoAT yang bekerja sama secara korporatif dan desentraliasi. Serta menyusun kerangka abstrak awal menuju arah pengembangan tersebut, berdasarkan review jurnal-jurnal yang berhubungan dengan brain-computer interface, framework intent translator for IoT, LLM, topologi mesh, federated learning, model swarm-rules, dan integrasi human-swarm cybernetic/feedback loop.
