Abstrak 1Jenis penelitian ini digolongkan kepada penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiatif kausal.1Populasi penelitian ini adalah tamu individu yang menginap di Hotel Daima Padangsebanyak 10471 orang tamu dan sampel sebanyak 94 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan rumus Riduwan (2004). 1Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner (angket) dengan menggunakan metode skala likert yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Selanjutnya data dianalisis melalui analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20.00. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut : (1) Electronic word of mouth berada pada kategori baik (84,04%) (2) keputusan menginap berada pada kategori baik (67,02%) (3) Pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan menginap di Hotel Daima Padang 19,4 % sedangkan 80,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh nilai F 22,173 dengan sig 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwasanya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara electronic word of mouth dengan keputusan menginap di Hotel Daima Padang. Kata kunci: Electronic Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Menginap, Hotel Daima Padang Abstract This type of research is classified into quantitative descriptive research with causal's associative approach. 1The Research Population is an individual guest staying at Hotel Daima Padang for 10471 guests and samples of 94 people with The sampling technique using the Riduwan formula (2004). 1The data collection Technique is performed by spreading questionnaires using a method of Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Further data is analyzed through simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 20.00. Based on the research done, the following results are obtained: (1) The Electronic word of mouth is in good category (84.04%) (2) The decision of stay is in good category (67.02%) (3) The effect of electronic word of mouth on the decision of staying at Hotel Daima Padang is 19.4% while 80.6% is influenced by other factors. The result of simple linear regression test obtained F 22.173 with sig 0.000 < 0.05 so that it can be concluded that Ha received and H0 rejected and there is a positive and significant influence between electronic word of mouth with decision to stay At Hotel Daima Padang. The challenge of tourism destination in industrial revolution 4.0 is the existence of its information system. Website becomes one of the potential media to promote positive image of a tourism destination. Nagari Harau is one of potential tourist destinations at Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatera. However it’s an existence as well as potencies was not sufficiently published on the internet. The main obstacle of this problem is the capability of the management, in this case called a pokdarwis, in promoting it at the internet through its official website. Thus in order to overcome the problem, a public service program was design to empower the member of pokdarwis in Nagari Harau. The method used in public service program is action learning. The result of the program after having a post test toward the participants is 95% for cognitive aspect, 95% for affective aspect and 85% for conative aspect. Researchers in this study will make it back first mover cross flow turbines with larger dimensions and construction of different power system compared with the first year of study. Sedative tub built with brick-concrete construction also functions as a pipe or penstok so rapidly or loses pressure loss is relatively smaller. Thus this generation systems dinamakam micro hydro Power Wagon Model (PTMMB) are used as flour grinding machine mover. PTMMB relatively cheaper investment and implementation in the field relatively quickly, all these advantages into solution in accelerating the spread and development of micro-hydro power plant to the next. By utilizing a head of 1.5 m and a discharge of 100 l / s, projected another plant can generate power of 1,272 kW. From the test results show that the data are encouraging real turbine efficiency is 86.5% greater than the efficiency of plan / assumption is 85%, and thus the quality of early mover Cross Flow turbines are built quite satisfactory and can be proud of. The research on the influence of incentives on the work professionalism of Truntum Padang Hotel employees was motivated by the implementation of observations and interviews during industrial field experience at the Truntum Padang Hotel, where several problems were found related to the incentives and work professionalism of Truntum Padang Hotel employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives on employee professionalism at Truntum Hotel in Padang City A quantitative research type with a causal associative approach was chosen in this study. The population is employees at Trumtum Hotel with a sample size of 70 respondents. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 29 statements, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data is described through the level of achievement of respondents and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on hypothesis testing, it is known that the Adjusted R value is 0.168, indicating the influence of incentives on professionalism of 16.8% and 83.2% is determined by other factors. Furthermore, it is known that the F value is 13,709 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that incentives (X) have a significant effect on professionalism (Y). The background of this research is the perception of the people of Bagot Village towards Bagot Tourism Village in Samosir Regency which started from the problem that Bagot Village has not been optimized to become a tourism village. And the purpose of this study was to find out how the people of Bagot Village perceive Bagot Tourism Village in Samosir Regency. There are 3 (three) indicators that are seen, namely cognitive, affective, and conative. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data by determining the sample using purposive sampling. The informants of this study were 8 (eight) people. Data collection techniques in research using observation, interviews and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques using three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research results show that 1). community knowledge of the tourist village, where the community can understand and know the conditions around the tourist village and the problems that occur in the tourist village. 2). From an affective perspective, the people who have been interviewed have responses that show a good attitude towards tourist villages, and 3). From a conative perspective, the community has shown concern for the tourist village, but according to the observations of researchers, the actions taken by the community are only for their own or personal interests.

Website promotion is a process of increasing visibility, traffic, and online presence which is a way to find and attract potential visitors by listing the website on popular internet directions using Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Submission. With a more in-depth analysis of the quality of service on the website through the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, Banyan Tree Bintan can take more targeted corrective actions to improve interactions with guests, increase guest satisfaction levels, and optimize the communication and interaction goals to be achieved through the website. This research is a descriptive research with Content Analysis approach. This study used a sampling total technique. Data collection was carried out in July 2023. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Banyan Tree Bintan promotional website using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method from the aspects of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The results of this study indicate that the Banyan Tree Bintan website is quite good and does not experience any problems. This research aims to determine the satisfaction of MICE participants at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center. This research focuses on MICE activities in the form meeting and conference. This research is entitled The Influence of Services and Facilities on the Satisfaction of Participants in MICE at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center. The data collection technique for this research is indirect communication by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to meeting and conference participants then the data processed using the SPSS program. This research is a quantitative descriptive with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were people who had participated in meeting and conference activities at the UNP Hotel & ConventionCenter in the period July-December 2022 with a sample of 98 people, and the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a minimum age of 18 years. There are 2 types of data used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that service is in the very good category (80,61%), facilities are in the very good category (74,50%), and participant satisfaction is in the very satisfied category (87,75%). It was found that the R square value was 0.464 with an F count of 41,072 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05 and the t value was 11,529 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05 meaning that variable X influenced variable Y significantly by 46.4%. It was found that the regression coefficient value of the service variable was 0.346 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means that every increase of 1 unit of service will increase participant satisfaction by 0.346 units of satisfaction, and the coefficient value of the facility variable was 0.530 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means every increase of 1 facility units will increase participant satisfaction by 0.530 satisfaction units.

Ekor Lubuk Subdistrict where Kubu Gadang is located is the Subdistrict with the lowest population density in Padang Panjang City. Based on that substratum, it’s need to be researching how was the involved of the people to developing the tourism attractions with community based tourism in Kubu Gadang. Therefore, this study aims to see how tourist attractions are focused on community base cultural tourism attractions or community based tourism in Kubu Gadang Village through 5 principles of CBT. This research is descriptive research with qualitative data. as for the data collection techniques used, using the method of observation, interviews dan documentation. This study used a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling method involving several informants. The data obtained is reduced by summarizing, selecting and focusing on the things that are important and analyzing the data obtained on the problems studied. The result of this study indicate that there are several field applications related to tourist attractions in Kubu Gadang carried out by the Kubu Gadang village community through 5 CBT principles that sorted from the strongest namely cultural, economic, social, political and environmental principles. which show that tips are carried out by the village community Kubu Gadang tourism in developing their community based tourism attractions (CBT)

Management of traditional villages by local communities (community based tourism) is the most important element because the community can become a driving force if it is managed and developed through the concept of tourism. The lack of variety in tourist activities in traditional villages and the activities that can be done are relatively the same, causing tourists who visit to feel bored and bored. Qualitative research was used in this study to describe factually, systematically and in detail regarding the management of community-based traditional villages in Sijunjung Regency (CBT). Data was collected using observation techniques, interviews, using 5 informants and documentation. Data was obtained from primary data in the form of the number of tourist visits to traditional villages, secondary data in the form of the organizational structure of traditional village management, and other documents. Based on the research results, it is stated that the management of traditional villages uses 4 basic management functions, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling.
