Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Young and Health Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Young and Health Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Young and Health Indonesia. Adapun secara parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Young and Health Indonesia, sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Young and Health Indonesia.Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease caused by coronavirus. One of the steps that can limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus is wearing a mask. However, there are still some people who do not use masks. The reason is uncomfortable, going to a place that is close to the house, and difficulty breathing. The behavior of people who do not use masks is due to public ignorance of the importance of using masks. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and people's behavior regarding the use of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic in the VIII Environment of Dendang Village, Stabat District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study is correlational with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 135 people. The results showed that the level of public knowledge about masks was still not which was 76 respondents (56.3%) and the majority of people who behaved badly which was 74 respondents (54.8%). This means that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the behavior of respondents regarding the use of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic with a value of p = 0.000 (<0.05). People must take care of their own health by always using the correct and appropriate mask as determined by the Government as a form of self-protection from the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model on the poetry writing ability of eighth grade students of MTsN 1 Medan. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental approach using a two-group posttest only control design. The research sample was determined through a simple random sampling technique, namely class VIII-D as the experimental class and VIII-F as the control class. Data collection techniques were carried out through a poetry writing test. The results showed that the average score of students in the experimental class was 80.05 (good category), while the control class was 64.62 (poor category). Hypothesis testing using a t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), so there was a significant difference between the two classes. Thus, it can be concluded that the CORE learning model has a significant influence on improving students' poetry writing abilitiesKeywords: Implementation of the Deep Dialogue Critical Thinking Learning Model, Fictional Works, Short Story Review Texts.
