Abstract

Graph representation is a very interesting study and it is important to look for a meaningful discussion in various fields. This paper is agreed upon in reviewing the educational message in the graph representation of the sign of juz number and number of the surah of the Koran. In determining these considerations, the results obtained are made of 5 types of graphs, namely P2, P3, S4, S7, and S13. These results are supported by the revised coefficient r statistical value. Correlations wrote in the Koran for example in the QS. Yusuf/12: 111, Q.S. Saba/34: 6, and Q.S. Shad/38: 29. One of the messages of education needed in this study is that it discusses education as a completely structured process, by making faith a foundation for every science that makes up godliness in thinking, speaking, and discussing in private as well as socially.

Abstract

The coffee shop is a culinary business that is growing rapidly in Palopo City. Each coffee shop has its own characteristics and advantages which are used as an attraction to consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine the priority order of consumers in choosing a coffee shop in Palopo City. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 3 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. In the data collection process, this study used a questionnaire to collect information in the form of respondents' preferences for the alternatives and criteria being compared. The research method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is an analytical method that uses a series of matrix operations to determine the priority order of alternatives based on several criteria with a series of matrix operations to obtain a decision. The results showed that the priority order of the respondents in choosing a coffee shop was based on the factors of variance and taste, location convenience, price affordability, and quality of service, while the priority order of the selected coffee shops was: (1) Kopikoma (38.63% ), (2) Etika (29.79%), (3) Epilog (10.52%), (4) Janji Jiwa (10.44%), and (5) Figura (9.62%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research population is all customers at the Immune Cafe in Palopo City. With the incidental sampling technique, a sample of 30 people was selected. This study uses a quantitative approach and inferential statistical analysis. The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by providing instruments in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis with two independent variables, namely price and product quality, and one dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. The results showed that price and product quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. As for partially, price has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows that the product quality variable is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction than the price variable

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of linear function concept in economics and business. A linear function is the simplest function because it only has one independent variable and has a power of one. This research is qualitative research that uses a literature study method with an exploratory approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting valid secondary data sources from books, scientific journals and the internet. The research results show several linear function models, namely the demand function Qdx = -a.Pdx +b , the supply function Qsx = a.Psx +b , the market balance point from the linear equation Pdx = Psx , the consumption function C = C0 + cY , the savings function S = C0 + (1 - c ) Y, and the production cost function TC = TFC + TVC.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of rewards and punishment on employee performance at PT PLN ULP Palopo City. The type of research carried out is quantitative. The type of data used comes from primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that simultaneously Reward and Punishment have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, partially rewards and punishments do not have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In organizational success, one of the factors that influences employee performance is human resources. Human resources are the actors in the entire management process in an organization starting from the level of planning, organizing, directing to evaluating all organizational management activities. Human resources include motivation and job satisfaction. In this research, the data collection techniques used were observation, administering questionnaires and interviews. This research raises the issue of the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Palopo City Education Office. The population in this study was employees at the Palopo City Education Office, totaling 115 people. Using random sampling technique, 54 people were taken as samples. The research results show that the variables of motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Palopo City Education Office. Partially, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Palopo City Education Office, while job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Palopo City Education Office.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan dasar matematika mahasiswa baru fakultas ekonomi ditinjau dari asal daerah, asal sekolah, dan asal jurusan menggunakan analisis korespondensi. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa baru fakultas ekonomi di Universitas Andi Djemma Palopo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asal daerah dan asal jurusan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kemampuan dasar matematika, sedangkan asal sekolah tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kemampuan dasar matematika mahasiswa baru fakultas ekonomi. Selain itu, hasil analisis korespondensi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dasar matematika kategori tinggi cenderung dimiliki oleh mahasiswa baru yang berasal dari Kota Palopo dan Kabupaten Luwu dengan latar belakang pendidikan dari SMK dan jurusan Akuntansi, sedangkan kemampuan dasar matematika kategori rendah cenderung dimiliki oleh mahasiswa baru yang berasal dari Luwu Timur dan daerah di luar Luwu Raya dengan latar belakang pendidikan dari SMA dan jurusan IPS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Young and Health Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Young and Health Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Young and Health Indonesia. Adapun secara parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Young and Health Indonesia, sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan keselamatan kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 44 pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesehatan keselamatan kerja dan semangat kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo. The results of the study showed that the variables of occupational health and safety and work spirit simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Palopo City Fire and Rescue Service.
