Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the relationship between the supervising principal with teacher performance; (2) the relationship between work culture with the performance of teachers; (3) the relationship between work motivation with teacher performance; and (4) the relationship between the supervision of the principal, work culture and work motivation with teacher performance. Subjects were private elementary school teachers in the district Medan Petisah, Medan City with a total sample of 122 people. Sampling was done by random sampling proportional. A descriptive research method that aims to obtain information about the symptoms in the study. Prior to this research, prior research instruments tested, followed by testing the validity and reliability testing. Questionnaire instrument valid teacher's performance earned 25 points out of 30 questionnaire items were tested, and has a reliability of 0.85. Questionnaire instrument supervision valid principals earned 26 points out of 30 questionnaire items were tested, and a reliability coefficient of 0.91. Questionnaire instrument valid work culture obtained 26 points out of 30 questionnaire items were tested, and a reliability coefficient of 0.88. Motivation questionnaire instrument obtained a valid work item 25 of the 30 items tested questionnaire, and a reliability coefficient of 0.89. Based on hypothesis testing can be concluded: (1) there is a significant relationship between the principal supervision of teacher performance ry1.23 = 0.36 > rtable = 0.17 and tcount = 6.12 > ttable = 1.65; (2) there is a significant relationship between teachers' work culture with the performance of ry2.13 = 0.21 > rtable = 0.17 and tcount = 2.88 > ttable = 1.65’; (3) there is a significant relationship between work motivation with teacher performance by ry3.12 = 0.30 > rtable = 0.17 and tcount = 4.59 > ttable = 1.65; and             (4) there is a significant relationship between the principal supervision, cultural work, and motivation to work with teacher performance by Ry(123) = 0.50 > rtable= 0.17 and Fcount = 13.50 > Ftable = 2.65. The results obtained by the principal supervision, work culture, and motivation to work together to contribute 25% of the performance of teachers, and the rest are other circumstances determined

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of: (1) organizational culture on work motivation; (2) church management on work motivation; (3) organizational culture on the performance of elders; (4) church management on the performance of elders and (5) work motivation on the performance of elders. The research subjects were GPIB elders in North Sumatra Province with a sample of 128 people. Sampling with proportionate simple random sampling. The research method is path analysis which aims to test the theory and obtain information about the research. Based on hypothesis testing, it is concluded that there is a direct effect: (1) organizational culture on work motivation is expressed by p31 > r-table (0.492 > 0.159) and t-count > t-table (6.623 > 1.645); (2) church management on work motivation is expressed by p32 > r-table (0.279 > 0.159) and t-count > t-table (3.754 > 1.645); (3) organizational culture on the performance of elders is expressed by p41 > r-table (0.336 > 0.159) and t-count > t-table (4.231 > 1.645); (4) church management on the performance of elders is expressed by p42 > r-table (0.165 > 0.159) and t-count > t-table (2.085 > 1.645) and (5) work motivation on the performance of elders is expressed by p43 > r-table (0.252 > 0.159) and t-count > t-table (2.792 > 1.645). Simultaneously, the results of the study show that organizational culture, church management, and work motivation affect the performance of GPIB elders in North Sumatra Province by 43.2% and the rest is determined by other conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominant factors affecting the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients. The study population was 1732 BPJS patients who were hospitalized in June-July 2019. The research sample consisted of 70 patients. The data collection techniques used were documentation and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by factor analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the most dominant factors affecting the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bina Kasih General Hospital in Medan were performance factors, additional features, endurance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, infrastructure, situation description, social environment, controlling emotions. , price levels, payment terms, service fees. Of the fourteen indicators, it can be seen that the service cost factor must be considered by the hospital because this factor is the complaint of patients at the Bina Kasih General Hospital in Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain the empirical evidence about the impact of institutional ownership on stock market liquidity in manufacturing companies that have gone public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To achieve this goal, research was carried out on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using a research sample of 100 companies included in the manufacturing industry group. In explaining the effect of institutional ownership on stock market liquidity, 2 (two) models are used. The first model only uses institutional ownership as an independent variable, and the second model includes control variables, namely the standard deviation of price and volume of stock trading using the t test and the F test with α (alpha) of 10 percent. Based on the results of research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: First, institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on stock market liquidity and institutional ownership capacity in explaining stock market liquidity of 4.7 percent. Second, institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on stock market liquidity, standard deviation of stock prices has a negative and significant effect on stock market liquidity, stock trading volume has a moderate and negative effect on stock market liquidity. The ability of these three variables in explaining stock market liquidity is 13.1 percent.Third, institutional ownership can increase stock market liquidity as indicated by the value of the direction coefficient and the level of significance of the variable of institutional ownership and the coefficient of direction and significance level of the standard deviation variable of stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility study of establishing a business for animal feed division from the production aspect, market aspect, organizational management aspect, and financial aspect. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from Dairi Regency in terms of numbers and results of previous studies, while primary data is collected through questionnaires collected from the community and related OPD officials. The results of the analysis show that: (1) from the organizational management aspect, the production aspect, the technical and technological aspects and the market and marketing aspects and the socio-economic and financial aspects indicate that the establishment of an animal feed business division in Dairi Regency is feasible to be established and (2) the results of the analysis sensitivity with an increase in total production costs by 10% resulting in an NPV value >0, Net B/C >1, IRR> prevailing interest rates, and a payback period below 10 years and with a decrease in total income by producing an NPV value > 0, Net B/C >1, IRR>applicable interest rate and payback period below 10 years.
