Abstract

Objective. This study aims to identify and analyze consumer considerations factors in online purchasing decisions with trust as a moderating variable. Research Methods.This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Study Program of Master of Management, Postgraduate, Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan who had made online purchases. The number of samples was 80 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection used questionnaires and secondary data collection used literature study. Testing the hypothesis in this study used linear regression analysis and interaction test with a significance value of = 5% (0.05). Results.The results showed that the variables of consumer consideration factors and consumer confidence had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of Postgraduate Management Master Program. Consumer trust was able to strengthen the influence of consumer considerations factors on consumer purchasing decisions online. Conclusion.All aspects contained in these variables consisting of price, product, ease of transaction and transaction security have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions to shop online. The better and clearer the practice of prices, products, convenience and security of transactions provided by companies or individual online sellers, the easier it is for consumers to make purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of career development and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The sampling technique is carried out using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling techniques. The sample of this study was taken as many as 76 respondents. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing direct questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative. Based on research that has been conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 2.190 + 0.393X1 + 0.469X2 +e which shows that career development and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The results of the partial test (t-test) were obtained from the results of the assessment of career development variables that had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The results of the F test of career development and motivation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province.And the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test of career development and motivation variables can explain employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province by 0.802 or 80.2%, the remaining 19.8% is explained by other variables that are not studied in this study

Abstract

The performance of Civil Servants is often a complaint of various parties, especially the public as recipients of services, slow service, improper attendance of employees at work, disobedience to commuting hours are some of these problems resulting in the general public always assuming that Civil Servants have low performance. Problem formulation: (1) How does the Physical Work Environment affect Employee Performance at the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office? (2) How does Work Discipline affect Employee Performance at the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office? (3) How does the Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline affect Employee Performance at the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office? The purpose of this study is: To determine and analyze the Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis was carried out using the Multiple Liner Regression method using SPSS software version 23. The number of samples in the study was 111 respondents of civil servants at the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office. The results of the Physical Work Environment have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

Public demands to continue to improve the performance of civil servants in the general section of the South Nias Regency Regional Secretariat are increasing which has an impact on the Employee Work Ethic. This study aims to describe and analyze the work ethic in improving the performance of civil servants in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Nias Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. In this case all the elements in this study are directed to provide information on questions through interviews. Based on the results of the study, the analysis of work ethic in improving the performance of civil servants in the general section of the South Nias Regency Regional Secretariat which was studied from several dimensions such as tenacity, obedience, quality of work, and responsiveness was still not optimal or low, and was supported by the results of interviews with research informants. affect performance levels. The policy recommendation given is that the heads of the work units of the South Nias Regency Regional Secretariat should improve the performance of civil servants by giving awards or rewards, namely by giving employees the opportunity to attend training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Program Policy for the Empowerment and Family Welfare Program (PKK) in Asahan District and the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing the policy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observation, documentation and data analysis and makes interpretations leading to conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the PKK program policy in Asahan Regency in empowering the community and improving the welfare of the family as a whole has been carried out well and provides benefits for the community but is not yet maximized, this can be shown from the lack of Human Resources from PKK administrators, especially in villages and villages, the dasawisma group in the use of technology, the lack of socialization in providing information about the programs organized by the Family Welfare and Empowerment Team for the community, the change in village heads also has an impact on the activities of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilizing Team in the village because there are generally temporary vacancies in management and the lack of skills so that people do not understand the things explained by PKK members, in order to maximize the activities of this program, it is hoped that there will be a policy from the Government so that programs can be implemented. the PKK program continues to run continuously at every change of village head so that the PKK management is not replaced, there is a policy in increasing PKK human resources, especially in inputting dasawisma data into the SIM-PKK application, as well as policies from the village government to professionally educate extension workers who specifically help administrative tasks carried out by the PKK in the villages

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the work discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Secretariat Office of the Regional Representatives Council of South Nias Regency. The research method uses multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression research that attitudes, leadership roles, and emotional intelligence on work discipline in the State Civil Apparatus of the DPRD Secretariat of South Nias Regency, test the hypothesis for the F test that the role of leadership and emotional intelligence has a significant effect on work discipline in the State Civil Apparatus of the Secretariat of the Regency DPRD South Nias, for the t test, attitude was found to have a significant effect on work discipline, the role of leadership had a significant effect on work discipline, and emotional intelligence had a significant effect on work discipline. Suggestions that employees should conduct personal development training, and leaders should pay more attention to cooperative relationships with other organizations

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in disruption of the community's economy which affected the increase in the Regional Original Income of Kabupaten Nias Selatan, of course the Regional Government of Kabupaten Nias Selatan has a strategy in increasing PAD. This study aims to determine the strategy Regional Government Kabupaten Nias Selatan in increasing Regional Original Income during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques by means of in-depth interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is inductive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, data verification (make conclusions). The results of the study found that the Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact on the realization of Regional Original Income, and the Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency, especially the Regional Revenue Planning and Evaluation Sector, did not have a new strategy to increase local revenue. In fact, the Regional Government of South Nias Regency lowered its target of Original Regional Revenue in 2020 due to the unstable economy of the community.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Pengembangan Karir, Kompetensi, Kompensasi, Kepuasan dan Kinerja pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini juga menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut, baik pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Indonesia yang berjumlah 55 pegawai dan seluruh populasi dimasukkan dalam sampel dalam penelitian ini atau disebut juga dengan sampel jenuh. Daftar pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, data diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja ASN pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sumatera Utara  The type of research is quantitative descriptive, where this research describes Career Development, Competence, Compensation, Satisfaction and Performance in the National Unity and Political Agency of North Sumatra Province. This study also examines the relationship between these variables, both direct and indirect effects. The population in this study were all employees at the National Unity and Political Agency of the Province of Indonesia, amounting to 55 employees and the entire population was included in the sample in this study or also called the saturated sample. The list of questions in this study was first tested for validity and reliability, the data was processed with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on performance. Competence has no significant effect on performance. Compensation has no positive and significant effect on performance. Satisfaction has no positive and significant effect on performance. Career development has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Competence has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Compensation significantly affects performance through job satisfaction of ASN at the National Unity and Political Agency of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyse the level of efficiency and elasticity of the large and medium manufacturing industry sector during 2012 - 2020 in the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC) 2-digit level (major groups 10 to 33), consisting of 24 types of manufacturing sub-industries. In this study, the Cobb-Douglas production function model with linear logarithmic was used to analyse the manufacturing efficiency index. The results showed that: (1) during the period 2012-2020, the production efficiency of the 2-digit ISIC sub-sector (24 sub-sectors) increased on average by 445% or 4. 45 times, (2) all the output elasticity values of the 2-digit ISIC subsector (24 subsectors) were less than one (EL < 1), which showed that the marginal value added of labour was lower than the average value added of labour, so that the additional allocation of labour in large and medium-sized industries tended to reduce the average value added of labour, (3) the highest efficiency index in order were ISIC 26 (computer, electronic and optical products), ISIC 17 (paper and paperboard), ISIC 18 (electrical machinery and equipment), ISIC 19 (machinery and equipment) and ISIC 20 (machinery and equipment); ISIC 17 (paper and paper products); ISIC 31 (furniture) and ISIC 29 (motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers).

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Medan City regional secretariat environment, where this research is quantitative descriptive research, which explains training, discipline, facilities, satisfaction, and performance. This research also tests the relationship between these variables directly and indirectly. The population in this study were all employees at the Medan City Regional Secretariat, totaling 205 people spread across 12 work units. The total research sample was 68 people, determined using the Slovin (2001) formula with an error rate in sampling of 10%. The list of questions in this research was first tested for validity and reliability, the data was processed with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research show that Training, discipline, and satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on performance, while Facilities do not have a significant influence on the performance of the City Regional Secretariat ASN Medan. Training, discipline, and facilities partially do not have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of ASN of the Medan City Regional Secretariat. For testing the path analysis, it shows that the training, discipline, and facilities variables both have no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of ASN of the Medan City Regional Secretariat.
