Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganlisis pengaruh EVA, ROA, ROE, dan EPS terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2012. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi dan diolah menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Economic Value Added (EVA), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning per Share (EPS) secara simultan dan parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational support, workload and work conflict on employee performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital. In this research, the type of data used is primary data, primary data was collected through distributing questionnaires, the research population was 53 medical employees. The techniques used in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test) and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the equation is Y = 11.135 + 0,421X1 - 0,421X2 - 0,500X3 The variables of organizational support, workload, and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital. While partially it shows that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital with a multiple linear regression coefficient value of 0.421 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 (smaller than the error tolerance value), workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital with a multiple linear regression coefficient value of -0.421 and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 (smaller than the error tolerance), work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital with a multiple linear regression coefficient value of -0.500 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 (smaller than the error tolerance value)

Abstract

Research related to brand loyalty is important, especially in the period following the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, many tourism destinations and businesses were destroyed and tended to go bankrupt, so a strategy was needed to revive brand loyalty in tourist destinations in Indonesia which were famous as world tourist destinations. This research aims to provide a tourism marketing perspective with a destination brand experience. The brand experience felt by tourists is a series of efforts, activities or products received by tourists starting when tourists have a desire to travel. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection by questionnaire with a sample of tourists, the range of this research was conducted from January to May 2023 and by using a questionnaire on google form. The number of samples included in this study was 200 respondents, the sample determination was carried out by purposive sampling. Respondent data was analyzed by Structure Equation Model with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this research found that destination brand experience has a positive effect on destination brand authenticity, destination brand satisfaction, and destination brand loyalty. Meanwhile, destination brand authenticity and destination brand satisfaction have a positive effect on destination brand loyalty. The results of the indirect influence show that destination brand authenticity and destination brand satisfaction mediate the influence of destination brand experience on destination brand loyalty.

Abstract

Service quality is something that is desired by customers in receiving products or services provided by service providers so that they are in accordance with customer expectations. While trust is the consumer's expectation that providers of goods and services can be trusted or relied on to fulfill their promises. This study provides empirical evidence of the influence of service quality and trust on member satisfaction at CU. Bahagia Kabanjahe. The population in this study was 13,441 people where the number of samples was 100 people. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression and conducted t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study showed that service quality and trust together (simultaneously) had a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction at CU. Bahagia Kabanjahe. Likewise, partially it shows that service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominant factors affecting the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients. The study population was 1732 BPJS patients who were hospitalized in June-July 2019. The research sample consisted of 70 patients. The data collection techniques used were documentation and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by factor analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the most dominant factors affecting the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bina Kasih General Hospital in Medan were performance factors, additional features, endurance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, infrastructure, situation description, social environment, controlling emotions. , price levels, payment terms, service fees. Of the fourteen indicators, it can be seen that the service cost factor must be considered by the hospital because this factor is the complaint of patients at the Bina Kasih General Hospital in Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain the empirical evidence about the impact of: (a) the average conversion period on company performance. (b) the inventory conversion period on company performance. (c) the average payment period on company performance and (d) the cash conversion cycle on company performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To achieve this goal, research was carried out on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample size is 48 companies. Thus, the sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling. The data used in this study is secondary data. All data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Furthermore, the regression coefficient of each independent variable was tested using the t test and the F test with α 10 percent. Referring to the results of research, the following conclusions can be made: First, the average conversion period has a positive and significant effect on company performance. The ability of the average conversion period in explaining the company's performance is 13.4 percent. Second, the inventory conversion period has a positive and significant effect on company performance. The ability of the inventory conversion period to explain the company's performance by 19.4 percent. Third, the average payment period has a positive and insignificant effect on company performance. The ability of average payment period in explaining the company's performance is 0.9 percent. Fourth, the cash conversion cycle has a positive and significant effect on company performance. The ability of the cash conversion cycle to explain the company's performance by 14.7 percent. Fifth, the cash conversion cycle and the quadratic cash conversion cycle can explain the variation in company performance by 23 percent. Sixth, there is no optimal working capital in the companies under study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on member satisfaction. With this aim, it is expected to identify the problem of how the quality of service of physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiviness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (emphasis) on member satisfaction is expected. The research method used a sample of 154 members, with questionnaire data collection and documentation and data analysis tools with multiple regression. The results showed : Y = 2,096 + 0,285X1 + 0,210X2 + 0,098X3 + 0,046X4 + 0,196X5 . This means that tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive effect on member satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on member satisfaction with the provisions of Fcount = 3.157 > Ftable = 2.31 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the t-test, indicate that the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables have a positive and partially significant effect on member satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount of all variables > ttable 1.661 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.745 means that the relationship between tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for member satisfaction is very strong. The coefficient of determination (R Square) = 0.555 means that the tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are able to explain the member satisfaction variable of 55.5% while 44.5% is explained by other factors. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze what are the dominant factors that influence student interest in entrepreneurship. The population of this research is all students of the management study program of the Faculty of Economics, Santo Thomas Catholic University who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The sample is 100 students, the method of collecting data is through questionnaires and documentation, the variables studied are about the factors that influence student interest in entrepreneurship, analysis techniques with factor analysis. The results show that, of the 20 factors that influence student interest in entrepreneurship, the most dominant are: The first factor consists of: Leadership, Friends support which is considered important, Friends support, Realistic thinking, Family support and high commitment, Second factor consists of : Have a confident attitude, Foresight, Support business partners, Creative Innovative, Cooperate with business partners and Have experience. The third factor consists of: being disciplined, encouraging parents and being interested in business opportunities. The fourth factor consists of: Courage to face risks. The fifth factor consists of: reliable expertise, perceived ease and careful planning. The sixth factor consists of: Independence. It is better for students during the lecture process to innovate to do a simple type of business as an entrepreneurship learning material. Parents support and motivate their children to become entrepreneurs, because parents have a very strong role in forming entrepreneurial interests. There needs to be an improvement for the campus in providing understanding and training to students so that their entrepreneurial interest is increasingly formed so that after completing their studies their entrepreneurial spirit will be awakened.

Abstract

Keputusan investasi dalam surat berharga bagi seorang investor menyangkut masa depan yang mengandung ketidakpastian, hal ini mengandung unsur resiko bagi investor. Pengetahuan tentang resiko merupakan suatu hal yang penting yang dimiliki oleh setiap investor maupun calon investor dalam mengambil keputusan di pasar modal. Pasar modal saat ini dipandang sebagai sarana bagi pendanaan usaha atau sebagai sarana bagi perusahaan untuk mendapatkan dana dari masyarakat pemodal atau investor. Investor sebelum melakukan investasi di pasar modal, akan mengumpulkan sebanyak mungkin informasi yang berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental perusahaan meliputi pertumbuhan aktiva, leverage keuangan ,likuiditas, price earning ratio terhadap resiko investasi pada perusahaan yang go publik di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang go publik di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2009-2012. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan tehnik purposive sampling dengan mengambil sampel berdasarkan kriteria, maksud dan tujuan penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tehnik Dokumentasi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan mentabulasikan data yaitu berupa data laporan keuangan, tingkat yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan regresi linear Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengujian secara parsial bahwa faktor fundamental perusahaan meliputi : Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap risiko investasi; Leverage keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko investasi ; Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap risiko investasi ; Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko investasi. Pengujian secara simultan faktor fundamental perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko investasi.
