Abstract

Taxes are a source of state revenue in increasing development interestsand one of the sources of development financing in the welfare of society. Thepurpose of this study was to determine (1) The effect of taxpayer knowledge onmotor vehicle taxpayer compliance, (2) The effect of tax penalties on motorvehicle taxpayer compliance. The research method uses a survey method using aquestionnaire, the type of data used is quantitative data, the data source used isprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all motorvehicle taxpayers registered at the SAMSAT Office in Sragen Regency until 2019as many as 522,344 people. The sampling technique used convenience sampling,namely a number of 100 respondents, the data collection methods used:questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used isdescriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test,multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.The result of t count 2.962 with a p-value of 0.004 < 0.05, so Ho isaccepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of taxpayer knowledge (X1) onmotor vehicle taxpayer compliance (Y). The result of t count -1.411 with a p-valueof 0.162 > 0.05 means that Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significanteffect of tax sanctions (X2) on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance (Y). Thedetermination test shows an Adjusted R Square value of 0.090. It can beconcluded that the motor vehicle taxpayer's frustration variable can be explainedby the two independent variables, namely taxpayer knowledge and tax penaltiesfor other causes outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of the Sekolah Sungai Boyolali program as an effort to reduce disaster risk, obstacles in the implementation of the Sekolah Sungai Boyolali, knowledge and society awareness about disaster risk reduction. Data collection used test instruments, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive methods to analyze the implementation and obstacles in the Sekolah Sungai Boyolali, descriptive statistical methods to analyze society knowledge and awareness to flood disaster risk reduction. The results of this study indicate that after the implementation of the Sekolah Sungai Boyolali is known society knowledge about flood disaster risk reduction is an average of 74 in the high category. Society awareness about disaster risk reduction is an average of 70,6 in high category. Obstacles in implementation of Sekolah Sungai Boyolali: time of implementation, facilities dan infrastructure in the implementation of socialization and river depuration, final evaluation. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tentang implementasi program Sekolah Sungai Boyolali sebagai upaya pengurangan risiko bencana, hambatan dalam implementasi Sekolah Sungai Boyolali, pengetahuan dan kepedulian masyarakat tentang pengurangan risiko bencana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis tentang implementasi dan hambatan dalam Sekolah Sungai Boyolali, metode statistik deskriptif untuk menganalisi pengetahuan dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap pengurangan risiko bencana banjir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan setelah implementasi Sekolah Sungai Boyolaili diketahui pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengurangan risiko bencana banjir memiliki rata-rata 74 yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Kepedulian masyarakat tentang pengurangan risiko bencana banjir memiliki 70,6 yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Hambatan yang menjadi kendala implementasi Sekolah Sungai Boyolali : waktu pelaksanaan, sarana dan prasarana dalam pelakasanaan sosialisasi dan bersih sungai, evaluasi akhir.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the management of social funds for the people of Jampang, Bogor to determine the achievement of program impact performance with parameters of changes to assets/capital in an effort to increase human resources and then to find out the fundamental changes experienced by the target community. Research methodology-Using a research method, namely the SLIA (Sustainable Livelihood Impact Assessment) method, to measure changes in community assets before and after the program. Change data is the result of acknowledgment from respondents obtained from in-depth interviews, questionnaires and. Practical Implications-The results of this study are used to measure the impact analysis of community social fund management programs

Abstract

This study aims to enhance digital literacy among high school students by conducting a training program on educational content creation using information technology tools. The program focuses on providing hands-on experience in video editing software, digital education platforms, and social media optimization for disseminating educational information effectively. A practical methodology was employed, including interactive workshops and guided project sessions. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' technical and creative abilities, as well as their understanding of how to use digital tools responsibly and effectively. The findings underscore the importance of integrating digital literacy training into high school curriculums to prepare students for the demands of a technology-driven world. This initiative is expected to contribute to the students' overall skill development and readiness for the digital era..Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa SMA melalui program pelatihan pembuatan konten edukasi berbasis teknologi informasi. Program ini berfokus pada pemberian pengalaman langsung dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak video editing, platform edukasi digital, dan optimalisasi media sosial untuk menyebarkan informasi edukasi secara efektif. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi lokakarya interaktif dan sesi proyek terarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan teknis dan kreativitas siswa, serta pemahaman mereka tentang penggunaan alat digital secara bertanggung jawab dan efektif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan literasi digital dalam kurikulum SMA untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tuntutan dunia berbasis teknologi. Inisiatif ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan siswa secara keseluruhan dan kesiapan mereka di era digital..

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi terhadap kemampuan manajemen konflik pada perawat di masa pandemi Covid 19. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah 62 perawat yang bekerja di Charitas Hospital Belitang menggunakan teknik accidental sampling.  Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana melalui aplikasi SPSS. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi terhadap kemampuan manajemen konflik pada perawat dengan nilai regresi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Simpulan: Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi terhadap kemampuan manajemen konflik pada perawat. Semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin tinggi kemampuan manajamen konflik pada perawat. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan emosi, Kemampuan manajemen konflik, perawat

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the cooperative learning model type Jigsaw combined with the use of the Quizizz application as an interactive medium. The research subjects were 26 students of class XI Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing (APHP) at SMKN 2 Sukoharjo. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis & McTaggart model, consisting of two cycles. The research instruments included learning outcome tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed an increase in mastery learning from 38.5% in the initial condition to 57.7% in the first cycle, and further increased to 73.1% in the second cycle. The implementation of the Jigsaw method integrated with Quizizz proved effective in enhancing students' academic achievement and active participation. Abstract

Well-organized village administration is an essential factor in supporting transparency and government effectiveness. However, many villages still face challenges in systematically managing administrative documents. This community service activity aims to provide training to village officials on effective document management. The method used in this activity is practice-based training with a participatory approach. The results of this training show an increase in understanding and skills in village document management. With this assistance, it is expected that village administration will be more structured and accountable.
