<![CDATA[Remaja merupakan masa transisi dari kanak-kanak menuju dewasa. Remaja berusaha membangun identitas diri. Salah satu aspek psikologis yang mempengaruhi pembentukan identitas diri diri remaja adalah self esteem. Kendati berada dalam masa transisi, remaja selalu mengupayakan adanya kesejahteraan psikologis (well being) dalam dirinya melalui kehidupan dan pendidikan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan membuktikan pertanyaan hipotesis apakah terdapat pengaruh self esteem dan pola pendidikan terhadap well being remaja SMA. Penelitian melibatkan 299 orang responden (163 laki-laki dan 136 perempuan) SMA di tiga sekolah SMA di kota Palembang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan model Skala Likert. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan teknik Alpha Cronbach, yang menghasilkan nilai 0.0876? untuk well being dan 0.942? untuk self esteem. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan statistik Analisis Variat dua jalur (Two way ANOVA). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa self esteem memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap well being dengan F hitung sebesar 53.946? dan nilai signifikasinya 0.000? (< 0.05?). Pendidikan juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap well being dengan F hitung sebesar 3.239? dan nilai signifikasinya 0.041? (< 0.05?). Self esteem dan pola pendidikan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap well being namun tidak signifikan dengan F hitung sebesar 2.080? dan nilai signifikasinya 0.103? (> 0.05?).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service is to increase publicawareness about the dangers of drug abuse for mentalhealth. The method used in this community service is a zoommeeting as an educational medium for the webinar "War OnDrugs, Smart Students Take Care of Mental Health, Preventand Stay Away from Drugs." Based on the results of the pretest followed by the participants, in the first question, asmany as 49.5% of respondents know substances that causestimulant effects. As many as 50.5% of respondents still donot know drugs that cause stimulant effects. In the secondquestion, 59.7% of webinar participants already know whatsubstances or drugs from plants or non-plants can cause adecrease and change in consciousness, loss of pain, and causedependence. Moreover, as many as 40.3% still do not knowsubstances or drugs from plants or not from plants that cancause decreased and altered consciousness, loss of pain, andalso cause dependence. The post-test results showed thatmore participants knew the impact of drug abuse on mentalhealth. This means that there is a significant differencebetween public knowledge before and after being giveneducation about the impact of drug abuse on mental health.]]>

<![CDATA[The Indonesian Republic Army have several jobs that require them to work on the front line which is full of risks, dangers, and pressure from work stress and the environment. This activity aims to improve the spirituality of Indonesian Army during 4 days retreat with them of the Jesus Christ spirituality. The spirituality Jesus Christ retreat was carried out during 9-12 August 2022 at the Wismalat Podomoro, Banyuasin with a total of 45 participants. The material given includes the principle of spirituality, the spirituality of love, being a person full of love and TNI full of love and love. During the activity, the participants participated in the activity until the end, showing enthusiasm for their activities by asking questions and being open to their daily experiences.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan kegiatan abdimas ini diadakan adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada anak-anak asrama Theresia Saelmaker agar dapat mempraktekkan penggunaan media sosial (medsos) secara bijak. Kegiatan dibuat dalam bentuk pemberian materi, diskusi dan permainan. Anak-anak asrama yang terlibatdalam kegiatan ini adalah 30 anak yang sedang menempuh penedidikan SD (3% anak di kelas 1 SD) dan SMP (97% anak duduk di bangku SMP). Selain itu, kegiatan juga diikuti oleh dua orang pengelola asrama. Pre and Post test dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada peserta kegiatan untuk mengetahuiperubahan cara berpikir dan pemahaman mereka mengenai penggunaan medsos secara bijak. Tingkat respon atas kuisioner adalah sebesar 96%. Ada satu anak yang tidak merespon poin pernyataan di kuisioner secara penuh kendati pada saat pengisian sudah dituntun oleh salah satu anggota tim pelaksana kegiatan. Hasil pengukuran pemahaman dan praktek medsos anak asrama adalah terkait perilaku medsos, mereka semua memiliki sikap bahasa, pola pikir menjadi sedikit tidak biasa sejak mengenal media sosial. Semua peserta kegiatan menyadari bahwa medsos mempermudah komunikasi dan sebagian besar memahami dampak positif dan negatif dari medsos. Semua peserta menyadari untuk memikirkan kembali mengenai perilaku negatif sebagai dampak dari medsos yang perlu mereka perbaiki. 97% peserta setuju bahwa materi kegiatan menarik, mudah dipahami dan bermanfaat. Semua peserta menyatakan bahwa mereka memiliki niat untuk mengubah perilaku bermedsos dan kegiatan ini membuka pikiran mereka akan dampak positif dan negatif dari penggunaan medsos.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan kegiatan abdimas ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pengalaman praktik memanfaatkan google sites untuk proses pembelajaran di kelas. Peserta yang terlibat adalah guru-guru SD dan SMP Charitas 03 Buay Madang Timur. Kegiatan praktik atau pelatihan penggunaan fasilitas pembelajaran di google dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan paparan materi (mimbar), diskusi (tanya jawab) dan praktik. Fasilitas pembelajaran yang diberikan dan dipraktikkan adalah pembuatan gmail, pemanfaatan google classroom, google drive, google form, dan google meet. Laptop dan handphone menjadi sarana yang digunakan oleh para guru dalam mempraktikkan materi digital learning yang diberikan. Pemaparan materi menggunakan bantuan laptop, whiteboard, projector, dan powerpoint untuk memberikan materi dan pelatihan. Kuisioner pre dan post test digunakan untuk menilai perubahan pemahaman peserta kegiatan. Pemahaman guru SD dan SMP mengenai berbagai fasilitas pembelajaran online di google mengalami peningkatan berdasarkan hasil pre & post test. Guru masa kini dituntut untuk melek teknologi dan memperdalam pembelajaran yang berbasis e-learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi terhadap kemampuan manajemen konflik pada perawat di masa pandemi Covid 19. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah 62 perawat yang bekerja di Charitas Hospital Belitang menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana melalui aplikasi SPSS. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi terhadap kemampuan manajemen konflik pada perawat dengan nilai regresi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Simpulan: Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi terhadap kemampuan manajemen konflik pada perawat. Semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin tinggi kemampuan manajamen konflik pada perawat. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan emosi, Kemampuan manajemen konflik, perawat]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The present pandemic has changed the global economic life. In the family level it results the decreasing family income. This situation weakens the resilience. Therefore. it is urgent to create new opportunities within the context of family. Family has played major role where the mother’s involvement is significant to respond the change and to creatively look for entrepreneurship opportunity. This community service aims at improving the family resilience through economic empowerment of mother’s role. The activity is divided into two sessions, namely: (1) Practical skills of child independence development; and (2) Practical entrepreneurship skills “how to make peach gum herbal drink”. Survey was conducted at the end of the activity. One-Sample Test was employed to measure means value of perceived-benefit, involvement and loyalty which is accounted for 4 (= Agree) (Sig. > 0.05). Procedures for Bivariate Correlation to measure the participation level was applied. The result shows significant correlation between Session Attractiveness (KTM) and Perceived-benefit (PMM) (0.548/Sig. 0.01), and between Future Intention (KKG) and Recommendation (KR) (0.447/Sig. 0.05). <![CDATA[The current trend of the digital era gives an indication of opportunities for community economic empowerment. Through data on the increase in the percentage of internet and social media users in Indonesia, justification is made for the formation of an interactive-transactional activity system. In this system, individuals are socially bound to share information and knowledge. This is the basis of a community-based economic empowerment approach where the interactive-transactional activity system in the collective formation is “intervened” through various activities of economic value to form the socio-economic capital of the community. This approach was used by the Community Service Team of the Musi Charitas Catholic University in Palembang through the “Training for Making Coffee-Scented Bath Soap” with 50 (fifty) community partners affiliated with a Catholic Church socio-religious organization in Banyu Urip Village, Tanjung Laga District. , Banyu Asin Regency, South Sumatra. The results of the activity are in the form of increasing: (1) Awareness of individual participatory and contributing in organizational membership (social aspect); (2) the capacity of creativity to find new objects of economic value (creative economic aspects), and ; (3) Commitment to share knowledge that is directed to the formation of social capital for creative communities (socio-economic aspects).]]>

<![CDATA[The coming of the digital era opens up new opportunities for social media as an interactive means ofaccumulating knowledge. Individuals who interact with each other in social media space operate thecapacity of information-seeking and information-sharing. At a certain level, the accumulation ofknowledge formed by the information-seeking and information-sharing activities of social media opensup views for solving practical problems, including one of which is environmental problems. By usingthe global normal argument of green practices and the potential of the millennial generation inIndonesia, the Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) of Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas -Palembang held an activity entitled "Green Communities Development Through 'Green ProductAwareness Program Using Social Media' for Millennials in Lampung". The program employs twostages of green awareness development method, namely: (1) Conceptualization ; and (2) Practicalimplementation. <![CDATA[Digital service products require careful attention to the service delivery process and the establishment of trust value. The Community Service Team of Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang conducted a workshop titled "Building Trust Value Towards Service Products for Generation Z in Metro - Lampung," involving 50 participants from Generation Z. The outcomes revealed that workshop participants were adept at illustrating trust value through three approaches: understanding the benefits of service products, recognizing the value that attracts purchasing interest, and perceiving the appealing benefits of products. The workshop received positive responses, with participants expressing a high level of understanding of the presented material and motivation to participate. Statistical analysis further confirmed the success of the activity in cultivating trust value perception among the participants. ]]>
