Abstract

This research looks at the types and diversity of fish, dominance index, evenness index, and richness index of fish species found in the Batang Bungo River, Jambi Province, Indonesia. This research was conducted from March to May 2022 at III stations. Station I Dusun Buat, station II Dusun Rantau Pandan, and station III Dusun Rantau Duku. The fishing equipment used are gillnets, nets, traps, shooting, longline fishing, and fixed fishing using local fishermen. The types of fish caught were 18 species in 5 orders, 14 genera from the Cypriniformes order, one genus from the Labyrinthici order, one genus from the Perciformes order, one genus from the Siluriformes order, and one genus from the tetraodontiformes order, the total number caught was 505 fish. The fish species diversity index (Hˈ) is in the medium category with a value of 2,576, the species evenness index (E) 0.891, the dominance index (C') 0.095, and the species richness (R) 2.731.

Abstract

CPUE (Catch per Unit Effort) of fishing gear needs to be studied and analyzed for the sustainability of capture fisheries along the Batang Bungo River in the future. The research was conducted from April to May 2022. The purpose of the study was to see the dynamics and calculate the CPUE value of fishing gear along the Batang Bungo River, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. The research method used is the survey method, determining the research location using purposive sampling method. Research results Fishing gear in the Batang Bungo River Conservation Area consists of seven types of fishing gear, namely: gill nets, traps, Tekalak, Sukam, stocking net, Tajur fishing rods, fishing rods, pulleys and shoots. Identification of fishing gear shows that fishing gear in the Batang Bungo River conservation area has five groups, namely fishing gear, gill nets, traps, fishing gear and fishing gear, and fall fishing gear. The fishing gear that dominates more than 50% is from the fishing line group by 55%, followed by gillnet (17%), traps (15%), falling fishing gear (9%) and grappling and injury (4%).

Abstract

Lubuk larangan Tepian Lamo is located in Rantau Pandan Hamlet, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. Formed in 2015 the formation was carried out in deliberation by the community, traditional leaders and the Livestock and Fishery Service of Bungo Regency, the management of Lubuk larangan was carried out based on the customary law of the local Hamlet. Monitoring of community participation is still relatively low, namely for thoughts 18.6%, property 15.5%, expertise 13.5% and personnel 20.3%. The high energy score is evidenced by the high participation of the community in carrying out mutual cooperation for opening, closing and mutual cooperation for repairing facilities and infrastructure in the Lubuk larangan area.

Abstract

Uji protein merupakan cara untuk menentukan berapa banyaknya kandungan protein yang terdapat pada ikan. Ikan kembung disukai karena bergizi tinggi, dagingnya lembut, mudah di peroleh, harga terjangkau dan tidak menimbulkan alergi (Santoso dkk. 1997). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan  kadar protein Ikan kembung segar dan ikan kembung asin (Rastrelliger spp) di Pasar Bungur Muara Bungo Provinsi Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  metode Purposive Sampling yaitu, penentuan sampel di lakukan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Pengambilan sampel di lakukan 1 kali untuk ikan kembung segar dan ikan kembung asin dari 3 pedagang ikan segar dan 3 pedagang ikan asin di ambil  secara acak untuk mengetahui kandungan protein. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji kandungan protein pada ikan kembung segar dan ikan kembung asin (Rastrelliger  spp) yang ada di Pasar Bungur Muara Bungo yaitu protein pada ikan kembung segar 25,32%  % sedangkan protein pada ikan kembung asin 28,73%. Terjadinya perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh  suhu , kadar garam,  penangan penyimpanan dan bakteri atau mikroorganisme. Kata kunci : Ikan Kembung, Asin, Segar, Uji Protein,

Abstract

ABSTRAKBeranekaragam aktivitas manusia di sekitar Danau Babeko secara langsung maupun tidak langsung membuat perairan tercemar sehingga dapat menyebabkan kualitas lingkungan perairan Danau Babeko mengalami perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas perairan Danau Babeko Kecamatan Bathin II Kabupten Bungo Propinsi Jambi untuk usaha budidaya Keramba Jaring Apung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan stasiun penelitian dan pengamatan parameter perairan yang dilakukan sebanyak dua kali ulangan  diantaranya. Faktor  Fisika, Kimia, biologi, Ph, Suhu, Zat padat terlarut  TDS, TSS, DO, BOD5, COD,  Besi (Fe), Fospat, Amonia (NH3-N). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini digunakan Metode STORET  atau metode Indek Pencemaran  (Dalam Keputusan Menteri Negara Lingkungan hidup Nomor 115 Tahun 2003). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran : PH: 5,8-6. Suhu: 25 – 27 ⁰ C  Kecerahan: 68cm – 71cm. TDS:  34.89 – 103.42mg/l  TSS: 4.65 – 26.81mg/l  DO: 4.21-6.44mg/l  BOD5: 2.5-2.96 mg/l  COD: 14.20-46.70 mg/l  Fe: 0.126- 0.34mg/l  PO4-P: 0.107-0.258mg/l  NH3-N: 0.116-0.605mg/l  NO₃: 2.646-2.440mg/l  NO₂: 0.0078- 0.0097mg/l   Deterjen: 6.5- 12.8mg/l.  Hasil uji STORET  Danau Babeko  sudah tercemar  Sedang  karena  parameter Amonia  sudah melewati ambang batas Baku Mutu Air KelasTiga dengan skor -20 pada setiap Stasiun. Dari Hasil uji  STORET  Danau Babeko di golongkan masih layak untuk usaha budidaya perikanan. Kata kunci  : Kualitas Air, Danau Babeko, Budidaya, Keramba Jaring Apung
