Abstract

Disiplin dalam proses pendidikan amat berarti karena tidak hanya menjaga kelancaran suasana belajar, namun menciptakan karakter yang kuat pada tiap anak didik. Salah satu kegiatan sekolah guna membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak didik ialah dengan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengungkap pengaruh kegiatan pramuka terhadap sikap disiplin pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost-facto. Sampel yang digunakan ialah siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi dengan jumlah 54 siswa yang, diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran kualitas kegiatan pramuka (X) berada pada kategori sedang (52%), dan kualitas sikap disiplin (Y) pada kategori sedang (50%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kegiatan pramuka terhadap  sikap disiplin siswa SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi dikategorikan cukup kuat dalam rentang nilai determinasi (0,17-0,49). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pramuka berpengaruh kuat terhadap sikap disiplin siswa SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi.

Abstract

This research examines the form of signs found in PT. Graha Cakra Mulia and the meaning or idea that the sign represents. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach such the writers analyze the visual signifier and concept of meanings as signified the data with analyzed based on Saussure model of sign which consist of signifier and signified. The writers use 30 data taken from PT. Graha Cakra Mulia. The result of this research is the writers find there are some visual image and text in each sign that represented the signifier and signified.

Abstract

Village fund management training is important because it can provide village stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage village funds effectively and efficiently. This research will explore how this training can increase community empowerment capacity in Laksanamekar Village. The theoretical basis used in this research is training theory, village fund management theory and community empowerment theory. The research method uses qualitative methods with data collection including observation, interviews and documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the training and its impact on the local community. There were 6 respondents,the results of this research in Laksanamekar village show the importance of fund management training to increase community empowerment capacity. The implementation of village fund management training which was attended by village officials had an impact on village institutions and RW heads because with good village fund management the community empowerment capacity in Laksanamekar village could be further increased. Then the conclusion of this research is that the implementation of village fund management training is expected to provide benefits for the Laksanamekar village government and the Laksanamekar village community both regarding the effectiveness of village fund management training in increasing community empowerment capacity, as well as providing recommendations for the government and related organizations to improve the implementation of training in the future.
