Abstract

Introduction: Pregnancy is the golden period to prepare children for the future. Stimulation is neededduring pregnancy, one of which is brain stimulation. This can be done with Al Qur’an Murrotal SurahAr-Rahman stimulation. This study aims to analyze expression of synapsin 1 in the cerebrum of newbornRattus norvegicus when given murrotal Surah Ar-Rahman stimulation by qari, qariah, and not given anystimulation during pregnancy.Methods: Experimental with post-test only control group design. Sampling in this study was consideredhomogeneous because it met the inclusion criteria. The samples obtained were distributed randomly to eachexperimental group and randomized into 3 groups, including control group, group stimulated by qari, andgroup stimulated by qariah. The treatment was given on the 6th day of pregnancy for 1 hour in a soundproofroom with an intensity of 65 dB.Results: The highest mean expression of synapsin 1 in the cerebrum is qari group (6.96 ± 2.59), then qariahgroup (5.84 ± 2.90), and the lowest is control group (5.74 ± 2.32). There is no significant difference inexpression of synapsin 1 in the cerebrum between control and qari groups (p = 0.306), control and qariahgroups (p = 0.932), qari and qariah groups (p = 0.347).Conclusion: The highest expression of Synapsin 1 in the cerebrum of newborn Rattus norvegicus is thegroup stimulated by qari.

Abstract

Introduction: PIK-R is a platform for GENRE program activities that are run by and for teens. It offers resources and counseling services related to teen family planning and other related topics. Objectives: Concurrently, PIK-R is an extension of the activities that take place when high school students enroll in college or university. Methods: Statistical tests suitable for the current scale were used to the data in Namely to determine the connection between the dependent and independent variables. Results: Mann-Whitney was the statistical test that was used. Students who participated in PIK-R and PIK-M activities exhibited reproductive health attitudes and premarital sexual conduct, according to the findings of the Mann-Whitney test, which had a p value less than 0.05 (p=0.03). Conclusions: Findings suggest a connection between PIK R and PIK M initiatives and adolescent students' perspectives on reproductive health practices.

Abstract

Reproductive health is health that focuses on mental, physical and social well-being that relates to everything about the reproductive system, activities and functions. The educational process is carried out to direct the child so that he will have provisions in his life later. One of them is children with special needs who are low intellectual generally experience obstacles in carrying out activities. These limitations are often misused so that sexual violence also occurs to them. The purpose of this service is to prevent sexual violence in Jombang Regency. This activity method is composed of preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation. The activities carried out are the provision of material to teachers and guardians of students using teaching aids. It is proven that the suitability of the activity is based on the increased enthusiasm and understanding of teachers and student guardians regarding reproductive health. The hope is that in the future there will be further progress regarding reproductive health education so that there will be less cases of sexual harassment in Jombang Regency, especially children with special needs.
