Abstract

The implementation of digital payment policies can be consistently applied and improve the security of digital transactions so as to avoid cyber-crime in the context of digital payments. The urgency of this study is that researchers observe that digital payment transactions on mass bus transportation in Surabaya City eliminate currency exchange. The problem-solving approach of this research uses a regional economic resilience perspective as the main paradigm in observing the phenomenon of digital payments in mass bus transportation in the city of Surabaya. The formulation of this research problem includes: 1) What is the dynamics of mass bus transportation payment transactions in the city of Surabaya? 2) What is the regional economic review on the digital payment for mass bus transportation in Surabaya? 3) What is the strategy to maximize digital payments on mass bus transportation in Surabaya? The stage of research methods to answer problems and achieve research objectives is the use of qualitative methods that are strengthened through the use of primary data and secondary data. The results of the study suggest that initiating payments should be less painful and more enjoyable than cash payments that put a higher mental price on goods. Empirical facts based on interviews show that payment using plastic waste makes it difficult for consumers who will use mass transportation. The economic acceleration has an impact on data collection that is facilitated through applications, the aspect of supervision increases in this context. The implementation of digital payment policies can be consistently applied and improve the security of digital transactions so as to avoid cyber-crime in the context of digital payments.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to test and analyze the influence of work ethic, job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Earth Tower Internusa. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study was an employee of PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Surabaya which numbers 62 people. The analysis used in hypothesis testing is statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 20. The results of this study showed that work ethic had no significant effect on employee performance, job training had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work discipline had no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study took the locus of research, namely at Kenjeran Beach Surabaya City, the choice of location was caused by researchers observing that tourism has not been optimal, which is actually potentially very wide tourism area. The formulation of this research problem includes three things, namely: 1) How is the implementation of green human resource management in Kenjeran Beach Surabaya City? 2) What is the role of the government in increasing tourism in the city of Surabaya? 3) What is the strategy to implement tourism optimization of Kenjeran Beach Surabaya City? The method of achieving the objectives of this study uses qualitative with the use of the accuracy of empirical study data and literature studies. The results showed increase Kenjeran Beach tourism are: 1) Massive improvement of soft skills of traders according to the needs of each trader; 2) Continuous evaluation of environmental mainstreaming after a major event was held at Kenjeran Beach in Surabaya City; 3) Establish a special institution for the improvement of soft skills of traders; and 4) Strive to build a PPP system with the private sector in the context of accelerating the increase in tourism of Kenjeran Beach Surabaya City. Keywords: Green HRM; Implementation; Tourism

Abstract

The small footwear industry is a commodity that residents in Sooko, Mojokerto, can rely on. Affected by Covid-19, since May 2020 exports have had a significant effect on business continuity, while the local market was felt at the end of March. Buyers tended to cancel their orders and many craftsmen's businesses were closed. The canvas business model is an instrument in creating new businesses. To deal with new market situations, the blue ocean strategy is chosen then. In producing the BMC formula, several changes are made to: customer relationship in endorsement; stalls on the Channel; Key Activities in online sales and digital marketing as well as patent rights. Revenue Streams on product usage fees and licensing, then focusing on direct selling and indirect selling. Scale-up of efforts carried out in production & digital marketing collaboration. Increasing in brand & design patents and also sales platforms. The highest scale value is branding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikansi lingkungan kerja (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), dan disiplin kerja (X3) terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) pada pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 70 pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasi, uji hipotesis, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan secara simultan ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di SDN Sememi 1 Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan seluruh guru dan karyawan SDN Sememi 1 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan angket. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di SDN Sememi 1 Surabaya, (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di SDN Sememi 1 Surabaya, (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di SDN Sememi 1 Surabaya.
