This study aims to configure by identifying opportunities, risks and strategies to minimize the risk ofthe existence of fintech lending as a financial intermediary institution using a meta-synthesis methodological approach. The number of articles sampled as much as 29 articles. The results show that business and investment opportunities in this sector are indicated by a large market share, the number of repeat borrowers, an element of trust between borrowers and lenders, a technology-based and uncomplicated loan system and without business guarantees. While the risk indicated by weaknesses in credit management or credit management is a risk that really needs to be considered, including in determining interest rates, and determining borrowers to be funded without credit analysis considerations. The strategy needed is to use a low interest rate strategy, a better management management strategy, a strategy to capture opportunities as well as a collaboration and growth strategy, as well as the need for the Government to make clear and centralized regulations and P2P platforms. The development of services is showing a significant increase. This is of course influenced by the complex and diverse needs of the community in an effort to meet their needs. The part of funeral services that cannot be ruled out is make-up services. Mortuary MUA may be a profession that is rarely heard of. This research aim was to determine whether customer experience influence on customer satisfaction in using the mortuary MUA services in Surabaya and also how the five dimensions of customer experience affect customer satisfaction. This study explains the causal relationship or influence between variables through hypothesis testing on certain samples. Population used is all consumers who use mortuary MUA services and the sample totally 60 respondents using Purposive Sampling method. The results shown that: there is a positive effect on the customer experience variable on customer satisfaction for mortuary MUA services in Surabaya. From the dimension of customer experience, it partially affects customer satisfaction and what is influential is the act dimension.

The program is implemented in the Dasuk County in Sumenep Regency with two goals major producer of cashew Beringin village and Jilbudan village. The program IBW has a purpose: 1) to increase welfare better society through the utilization of local resources that have economic value, 2) increasing the skills and professionalism of people, 3) increase the capacity of cashew farming communities to diversifying the product, 4) the formation of economic business community and institutions that are structured to cashew farmers. The project used two approaches, Training and mentoring approach. Training approach include: 1) entrepreneurial training; 2) skills training for women and youth based on local resources; 3) training appearance and diversifying the cultivation of cashew products professionally and 4) marketing training through the web and on-line. While this method of assistance include: 1) facilitation of technology transfer for the production of cashew cultivation; 2) facilitation of technology transfer diversifying cashew products in a professional manner; 3) mentoring network strengthening marketing activities and 4) institutional strengthening assistance. Expected outcomes of this program for the second year of this is establishing erpreneurship on society, increasing the skills of women and youth with the waste cashew shell, processed products jam and candied cashews, waste cashew to feed the livestock through several processes of ensiling, the manufacture of the product label and cashew packaging technology products, the establishment of farmer networks

Program ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Dasuk Kabupaten Sumenep dengan sasaran Desa Jilbudan dan Desa Beringin sebagai penghasil utama Jambu Mete. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih baik melalui pemanfaatan sumberdaya lokal yang memiliki nilai ekonomi, peningkatan ketrampilan dan profesionalisme masyarakat, peningkatan kemampuan petani jambu mete untuk melakukan difersifikasi produk dan terbentuknya kelembagaan usaha ekonomi petani jambu mete yang terstruktur. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan yang meliputi pelatihan ketrampilan dan kewirausahaan bagi para ibu dan karang Taruna, pelatihan ketampilan budidaya dan difersifikasi produk jambu mete secara profesional dan pelatihan pemasaran melalui internet; dan pendekatan pendampingan yang meliputi pendampingan alih teknologi difersifikasi produk jambu mete, pendampingan penguatan jaringan pemasaran dan pendampingan penguatan kelembagaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari program ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan dan jiwa wirausaha ibu-ibu dan karang taruna terhadap pengolahan limbah jambu mete menjadi produk olahan selai, manisan mete, pakan ternak, pembuatan label produk dan teknologi pengemasan produk mete serta terbentuknya Gapoktan dan jaringan kerja kelompok tani

Dalam program sepuluh pokok PKK terdapat Program Pengembangan Kehidupan Berkoperasi. Dalam kelompok terkecil PKK di tingkat RT diwujudkan dalam kegiatan unit usaha simpan pinjam. Istilah-istilah yang dipakai sering menggunakan istilah dalam koperasi simpan pinjam, tetapi implementasinya seringkali tidak sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip koperasi, diantaranya prinsip keadilan bagi anggotanya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar budaya koperasi bisa diterapkan melalui penerapan model koperasi simpan pinjam pada Kelompok PKK RT di Perum Pondok Benowo Indah Kelurahan Babat Jerawat. Metode yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan simulasi, studi banding dan monitoring. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta tentang konsep koperasi meningkat lebih dari 50%, mereka juga percaya bahwa unit simpan pinjam bisa membantu mengatasi masalah ekonomi keluarga. Karena itu 81,25% dari peserta mengharapkan adanya perhitungan model koperasi di simpan pinjam PKK. Implementasi dari hasil kegiatan ini adalah mulai tumbuhnya budaya koperasi di lingkungan kelompok PKK. Adanya kesepakatan untuk menerapkan system koperasi dalam aktifitas simpan pinjam mereka secara bertahap. Perlu keberlanjutan kegiatan pendampingan agar anggota simpan pinjam benar-benar bisa menerapkan model koperasi pada unit simpan pinjam. Ini sebagai salah satu upaya menumbuhkan budaya koperasi dilingkungan ibu-ibu kelompok PKK.

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dalam semester ini adalah mengembangkan Usaha Kecil Mandiri (UKM) produksi minuman Saridele di Kecamatan Sawahan Surabaya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah pemasaran yang terbatas pada segmen pasar tertentu dalam lingkup yang kecil. Untuk mengatasi masalah pemasaran yang terbatas maka kami menawarkan pemasaran produk sari dele pada segmen pasar yang lebih luas agar hasil produksi saridele dapat terjual lebih banyak. Penjualan yang lebih luas wilayahnya akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan usaha mitra UKM. Dalam rangka untuk mempertahankan kontinuitas operasional usaha dimasa yang akan datang juga diperlukan tata kelola manajemen usaha yang lebih baik dan dimungkinkan juga memberdayakan usaha kerjasama dengan mitra lain non wirausahawan. Implementasi program pengabdian ini antara lain meliputi: 1) Memberikan pelatihan produksi minuman Saridele. 2) Melakukan pendampingan dalam memilih pasar potensial, promosi dan lokasi penjualan. 3) Memberikan pendampingan pembuatan merk/logo kemasan. 4) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menentukan varian cita rasa minuman saridele. 5) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menentukan biaya produksi. 6) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan penjualan bisa meningkat sehingga meningkat pula pendapatan yang diperoleh. Tetapi dengan adanya penerapan PPKM, hasil penjualan tidak sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan.

Changes in social culture on digital transformation in Indonesia have both positive and negative implications. This article presents a new anti-thesis in digital economy thinking, namely changes in people's behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the socio-cultural changes of society in the digital transformation of eocnomy, the externalities of the digital economy, and the adverse impact of the slow legality of legislation. This research is a qualitative descriptive that uses indepth interviews from several key informants, so as to obtain valid data saturation based on the interviews that have been conducted. The analysis of this study used data triangulation, namely documents, interviews, and observations. The results show that the digital transformation of the economy will always be influenced by externalities, and these externalities can be negative or positive. The stigma of society in this case becomes important to be able to avoid the negative impact of transformation. Often transformation is not accompanied by clear legality of legislation, so legality in Indonesia seems slow to adapt to social and economic changes. Legality is based on events, but when an event has grown and harmed many societies, then the legality is formed. There will always be a fee to be paid to exchange the slow legality of the legislation.Keywords: Social Culture, Externalities, Digital Economy

The implementation of digital payment policies can be consistently applied and improve the security of digital transactions so as to avoid cyber-crime in the context of digital payments. The urgency of this study is that researchers observe that digital payment transactions on mass bus transportation in Surabaya City eliminate currency exchange. The problem-solving approach of this research uses a regional economic resilience perspective as the main paradigm in observing the phenomenon of digital payments in mass bus transportation in the city of Surabaya. The formulation of this research problem includes: 1) What is the dynamics of mass bus transportation payment transactions in the city of Surabaya? 2) What is the regional economic review on the digital payment for mass bus transportation in Surabaya? 3) What is the strategy to maximize digital payments on mass bus transportation in Surabaya? The stage of research methods to answer problems and achieve research objectives is the use of qualitative methods that are strengthened through the use of primary data and secondary data. The results of the study suggest that initiating payments should be less painful and more enjoyable than cash payments that put a higher mental price on goods. Empirical facts based on interviews show that payment using plastic waste makes it difficult for consumers who will use mass transportation. The economic acceleration has an impact on data collection that is facilitated through applications, the aspect of supervision increases in this context. The implementation of digital payment policies can be consistently applied and improve the security of digital transactions so as to avoid cyber-crime in the context of digital payments.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, Free Cash Flow dan likuiditas terhadap kebijakan dividen. Populasi penelitian adalah Perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2022-2023, Total sampel data 40 dari 20 Perusahaan, yang diambil menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik dengan alat bantu SPSS 27. Berdasarkan hasil uji dan analisis data diketahui bahwa Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada Perusahaan LQ45, Free Cash Flow secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada Perusahaan LQ45, Likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada Perusahaan LQ45, Profitabilitas, Free Cash Flow dan Likuiditas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan LQ45 sebesar 22,6%.
