Abstract

One of the key elements that might raise customer happiness is the digitalization of gas stations and the quality of their services.  The goal of this study is to ascertain how customer happiness is affected by the digitization of gas stations and service quality.  The data for this study come from 34 petrol stations in Sukabumi City and Regency, which has a population of 100,000. A sample of 383 respondents was obtained using a sampling technique in this study that used a sample size of web.raosoft.com and an error rate of 5%.   Questionnaires are distributed as part of the data collection process. In this work, multiple linear regression analysis was the method of analysis. According to the findings, customer satisfaction increased by 27% as a result of the digitalization of gas stations and the quality of the service, with other factors affecting the remaining 73%. The quality of service, which has a dominant influence of 35.5%, is variable. The study's contribution is to increase the body of knowledge in the field of marketing management about the digitalization of gas stations and service quality in the context of businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital on economic profitability at PT BPR Semesta Megadana Cisaat Sukabumi. The research method used in this research is the explanative method, namely research that explains the causal relationship between the variables that affect the hypothesis. The results show that the working capital at PT BPR Semesta Megadana is basically sufficient, it can be seen that the working capital for four years is an average of Rp. 6,257,370,442 this is due to the demands of the company that have been announced by the company. Economic Profitability at PT BPR Semesta Megadana is basically influenced by working capital and the average economic profitability for four years is Rp.0.0555. The effect of working capital on economic profitability at PT BPR Semesta Megadana Cisaat Sukabumi based on calculations we can know is 24.6%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to find out how the work performance of PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi employees in relation to job training. The study population was 50 employees of PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi. The sample used in this study is the census method, which is both primary and secondary data. Linear regression is the data analysis approach used. The results showed that job training positively influences employee job performance. Job training has an influence of 73.4% on employee job performance, while other factors have an influence of 26.6%. It was concluded that job training at PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi has been good in influencing employee work performance.

Abstract

This kind of research uses a quantitative method and is descriptive. This study's goal is to learn more about how offering incentives to workers at the PT Publisher Erlangga Mahameru Sukabumi branch affects their performance. This study collected data from all 50 employees of PT Publisher Erlangga Mahameru Sukabumi branch. The procedures used in sampling are population census study techniques and questionnaire methods used to collect data to use the full population as a sample. It uses a simple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the incentive provision of PT Publisher Erlangga Mahameru Sukabumi branch was good enough. It can be seen in the answers from questionnaires distributed by researchers, where many PT Publisher Erlangga Mahameru Sukabumi branch employees have expressed satisfaction. Employee performance is quite good from the influence generated by providing incentives and other rewards. The effect of providing incentives on employee performance at PT Publisher Erlangga Mahameru Sukabumi branch by 50% and 50% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions in the online store Ghaisan Boutique Sukabumi. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The descriptive method is a research method that seeks to describe and interpret an existing condition or relationship, a developing opinion, an ongoing process, an effect or effect that occurs, or an ongoing trend. The results of the study show that the influence of Product Quality has a significant impact on the Purchase Decision, where from the results of the partial test the value of the product quality calculation is greater when compared to the table, namely the tcount (5.881) > the table (2.0141) and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05, (below 0.05). Thus the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted and H0 is rejected. Brand Image does not have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision, where based on the t-test or partially, the value of the brand image on the purchase decision is calculated (1.528) < ttable (2.0141) and or the significance of t (0.133) > 0.05, indicating that the tcalculated value is below the ttable which means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The influence of Product Quality and Brand Image has a significant impact on Purchase Decisions. This is shown by the value of Fcal (17.349) > Ftabel (3.19) and the significance value is 0.000 which is below 0.05, meaning that H0 = rejected and H1 = accepted. This can be interpreted if together the quality of the product and the brand image will significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of Organizational Performance in Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) of crafts by highlighting the role of Digital Knowledge Management (DKM) as the main mediator in the digital era. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach referring to Kitchenham (2004) and PRISMA guidelines, 35 relevant articles were analyzed to identify key factors such as innovation, human resources, digitalization, and operational management that contribute to organizational performance. The findings show that DKM functions as a bridge connecting internal and external factors, strengthening organizational processes and driving long-term sustainability. This study also emphasizes the importance of digital knowledge management in supporting organizational adaptation to rapid changes in the business environment and increasingly fierce global competition. The practical implications of this study provide direction for SMEs to integrate DKM strategies into daily operations to improve effectiveness and competitiveness. These findings enrich the literature on knowledge management and Organizational Performance, especially in the context of developing countries. This study contributes to an in-depth understanding of the relationship between digital technology and business sustainability, opening up opportunities for the development of more adaptive and innovative policies and managerial practices.
