Abstract

This research on movement patterns of agonistic behavior in crayfish Cherax quadricarinatus was conducted at laboratory and used an aquarium size 25 cm x 10 cm x 15 cm. The patterns of agonistic behavior were recorded by using a CCD and digital camera. The recorded data were analyzed using The Adobe Premier computer program and using Jaccard similarity to solve the reciprocal movement patterns. Clustering based on the UPGMA (Unweighted Pair Group Method Average) indicated that the dissimilarity value was about 0,98 and the moving pattern of the agonistic behaviors were grouped into five groups, namely: 1) threatening; 2) arranging the strategy; 3) testing the enemies capability; 4) fighting; 5) avoiding and defending.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Motivasi belajar peserta didik Tema 4Kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungkan Kelas 2 melalui media PPT bagi siswa kelas IISD Negeri 2 Kemawi yang berjumlah 14 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 4 laki-laki dan10 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah tes tertulis. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa melalui media PPT, hasil belajar Tema 4 Kebersihan dankesehatan lingkungkan Sekolah SD Negeri 2 Kemawi dapat ditingkatkan. Dari rata-ratanilai pada kondisi awal yang hanya 64 di akhir siklus I menjadi 72, di akhir siklus IImenjadi 78 dan di akhir siklus III menjadi 85. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapeningkatan hasil belajar Tema 4 Kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungkan Kelas 2dapat berhasil dengan menggunakan media PPT di kelas II SD Negeri 2 Kemawi.Bertolak dari penelitian ini, maka disarankan : 1) Guru Sekolah Dasar dalammengajarkan menggunakan Media PPT perlu ditingkatkan efektifitas dan kreatifitasnya,2) Guru yang merasa pesimis dalam pembelajaran Tema 4 Kebersihan dan kesehatanlingkungkan Kelas 2 sebaiknya mengikuti pelatihan pada forum pertemuan PKG,KKGdan Wrokshop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how service quality affects loyalty through ULaMM Regular customer satisfaction at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Sukabumi Branch. The data collection method used involved distributing questionnaires through an online platform from a sample of 112 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is path analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on SmartPLS. The results showed that there is an effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. The better the service quality, the higher the customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through employee work motivation at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) implemented through the SmartPLS program. The population of interest comprises all employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch, with a sample consisting of 102 respondents. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaire distribution, ensuring wide and efficient coverage.The analysis results demonstrate that work motivation plays a significant role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. This finding underscores the importance of work motivation as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.The Direct Effect Analysis yielded several important findings. First, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Work Motivation (WM) shows positive and significant results, with an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.693, t-Statistics of 10.788, and P-Values of 0.000. This indicates that organizational culture has a strong and direct influence on employee work motivation.Second, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Performance (EP) also shows positive results, albeit with a lower level of significance. The Original Sample (Path) value of 0.068, t-Statistics of 1.949, and P-Values of 0.052 indicate a positive influence, though at the threshold of statistical significance.Lastly, the relationship between Work Motivation (WM) and Employee Performance (EP) demonstrates highly positive and significant results. With an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.760, t-Statistics of 13.294, and P-Values of 0.000, this finding affirms the crucial role of work motivation in enhancing employee performance.In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of organizational culture and work motivation in the context of employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. These findings provide valuable insights for management in designing strategies to improve employee performance through strengthening organizational culture and enhancing work motivation.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to find out how the work performance of PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi employees in relation to job training. The study population was 50 employees of PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi. The sample used in this study is the census method, which is both primary and secondary data. Linear regression is the data analysis approach used. The results showed that job training positively influences employee job performance. Job training has an influence of 73.4% on employee job performance, while other factors have an influence of 26.6%. It was concluded that job training at PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi has been good in influencing employee work performance.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from various credible sources and have been used in every existing study. The primary data obtained by the study came from 300 employees of PT Sampurna spread throughout Indonesia. The researcher distributed an online questionnaire containing 10 questions from four statements. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Financial Literacy variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on the Investment Interest variable, namely 0.016 which is smaller than 0.05. This is because good Financial Literacy can make employees' thinking good and ultimately interested in investing. The next hypothesis also shows the same results that the Financial Behavior variable can moderate the influence of the Financial Literacy variable on the Investment Interest variable. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000 which is smaller than the direct test of 0.016. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.  Keywords: Investment Interest, Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior

Abstract

This study explores the influence of digital marketing, consumer trust, and brand loyalty on purchase intention in the context of green product consumers. Utilizing a sample of 248 respondents and employing SmartPLS for data analysis, the research reveals significant positive relationships between the constructs. Digital marketing significantly impacts purchase intention, consumer trust, and brand loyalty, highlighting the importance of effective digital strategies in promoting green products. Consumer trust and brand loyalty are also found to be critical in driving purchase intentions. The findings underscore the need for companies to invest in transparent, ethical, and engaging digital marketing efforts to build long-term consumer relationships and promote sustainable consumption. This study contributes to the literature on green marketing and provides actionable insights for practitioners aiming to increase the adoption of green products.

Abstract

Untuk dapat bertahan dan bersaing, pelaku usaha harus mampu mengikuti tuntutan zaman khususnya dalam pemasaran. Zaman menuntut pelaku usaha harus mampu beradaptasi. Era teknologi yang tidak terpisahkan dari manusia juga telah membawa perubahan dalam berkomunikasi, bertukar informasi bahkan berbelanja secara online. Media sosial, sebagai salah satu produk dari kemajuan teknologi, telah menjadi platform yang sangat efektif dalam menjangkau konsumen secara luas dan cepat. Pelaku usaha dituntut untuk menguasai strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial guna bertahan dan bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di PKBM Sumber Kaweruh bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dapat diterapkan secara efektif. Melalui metode Presentasi Teoritis dan Simulasi Praktikal mampu menambah wawasan peserta dan membekali peserta dengan keterampilan praktis yang relevan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan anggota serta dapat memberikan panduan praktis peserta dalam memanfaatkan media sosial secara optimal untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis di era digital

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) berperan penting dalam mendukung ekonomi lokal, namun kinerjanya dipengaruhi oleh kualitas aset dan efisiensi manajemen. Return on Assets (ROA) mencerminkan tingkat profitabilitas dan pengelolaan aset perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) dan Non-Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap ROA pada BPR anggota Perbarindo wilayah Cirebon, meliputi Kota/Kabupaten Cirebon, Kuningan, Majalengka, dan Indramayu, selama 2023–2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal asosiatif. Sampel ditentukan secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria kelengkapan dan konsistensi laporan keuangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa CAR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan NPL berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Secara simultan, CAR dan NPL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai determinasi 66,9%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan permodalan dan pengendalian risiko kredit untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas BPR. Implikasi praktisnya, manajemen BPR disarankan fokus pada strategi peningkatan efisiensi dan kualitas pembiayaan untuk mendorong kinerja keuangan yang berkelanjutan.
