Abstract

The development of information technology and science in the field of automation has recently had a great influence in almost all fields. An automated system makes all work easier with very accurate results and reduces processing time. In this scientific writing, the author discusses the difficulties in the data collection process, calculating the total price and checking data in a restaurant that still uses the manual method, which is why the author creates this application that aims to simplify and facilitate entrepreneurs help build their business from mistakes or even losses that can be detrimental to both the customer and the restaurant manager. The design of this POS application uses UML, navigation structures and flowcharts. For the software, the author uses NetBeans and MySQL applications to process the database.

Abstract

Mother Ghina's kitchen is located in Teluk Low Pasar Village, Tebo Ilir District, Jambi Province. When transacting, store sellers still use simple media for information delivery, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and word of mouth. The purpose of creating this application is to expand promotional media and make it easier for consumers from inside and outside the city to place orders online. In the process of creating the website using PHP programming language and Mysql as database. The final stage is to conduct a trial over the Internet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansi dan prosedur penerimaan kas dari penjualan tiket bus PO Luragung Jaya dan Untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi akuntansi dan prosedur yang diterapkan pada perusahaan PO. Luragung Jaya sudah sesuai atau belum berdasarkan aspek bisnis. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini mencakup survei pendahuluan, studi lapangan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi akuntansi dan prosedur dalam penerimaan kas sudah sesuai aspek bisnis, namun belum cukup baik. Ada beberapa pendokumentasian yang belum sesuai dan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan tanpa adanya aturan khusus yang berkesinambungan. Sistem penerimaan kas menggunakan sistem komputerisasi namun belum semua, ada beberapa yang masih manual menyebabkan ketidakseragaman dalam pencatatan yang bisa berakibat menimbulkan ketidakefektifan dalam pengecekan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

E-Voting is the use of computer technology for the implementation of voting. One choice of computer technology used for the implementation of e-voting is to use a client-server architecture. So the use of an all-computer-based-system is expected to replace the manual voting process. The goal to be achieved from making this e-voting application is to be able to assist committee officers in calculating the number of voters and calculating election results quickly and accurately. This application is made using the PHP programming language which is expected to overcome problems related to selection. In making this website, the stages carried out are, preparing the required data, designing the website, designing input and output, followed by the implementation stage of making program coding, the last stage is the trial stage on localhost. Planned trials that set up the application to run properly.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government implemented measures to ensure that the people remained in their homes and did not leave without cause. This leads to dissatisfaction among the community. More and more of them spend their time using technology like games, TV, and the internet. Internet technology has significantly changed daily life, particularly in terms of information access. Online video streaming, such Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar, is becoming the primary choice for consumers. The purpose of this study is to compare user experience (user satisfaction) between the Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar apps using the User Experience Questionnaire method (UEQ). Data collection is carried out using Google Forms as a medium to get user feedback through provided questions. Data analysis is done using Data Analysis Tools (DAT). The research results show that 5 out of 6 scales (Attractiveness, Clarity, Efficiency, Accuracy, and Novelty) for the Netflix application received an assessment of ‘Above average,’ while the Stimulation and Efficiency scales received a rating of ‘Good.’ On the other hand, for the Disney+ Hotstar application, 4 out of 6 scales (Attractiveness, Clarity, Efficiency, Accuracy, and Novelty) received a rating of '.

Abstract

This online shop is a business that sells watches. This online shop previously implemented a transaction system, namely that buyers came directly to the location and paid for the products they purchased and could not make transactions outside of the shop. In promotions, the shop only offers new goods to buyers who come to the shop. This means that product promotion and marketing is not optimal. Other obstacles often faced by watch sellers include inaccurate recording of incoming turnover, as well as the number of watches in stock in the shop not being properly recorded. Seeing the condition of the problem, creating a website http://jamtanganonline.my.id/ was deemed appropriate as a solution. The aim of creating this Online Watch website is to make it easier for buyers to shop online and make it easier for sellers to promote and manage the number of watches in stock. Application creation is carried out using the Waterfall method. In the design stage, the author designed the Navigation Structure, UML Design and Database Structure Design. At the program creation stage, use the Sublime Text text editor using the CodeIgniter Framework, the PHP programming language and the use of MySQL and PhpMyAdmin databases. This application has been tested using the Black Box Testing method, proving that this application meets needs and is suitable for use.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Penggunaan Kemampuan Listening berdasarkan Ilmu Language Skill dalam Bidang Pendidikan Bersama Asosiasi Dosen Muda Indonesia (ADMI). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan bentuk kerjasama Universitas Gunadarma dengan Asosiasi Dosen Muda Indonesia (ADMI). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan selama tahun ajaran ATA 2023-2024 dan sebagian besar dilakukan melalui pertemuan online dan offline. Target luaran pengabdian masyarakat semester ini difokuskan pada Kemampuan Listening berdasarkan Ilmu Language Skill. Hasil yang kami harapkan adalah agar dapat membantu antar sesama manusia dan bisa meringankan beban kehidupan bagi masyarakat dalam bidang keilmuan mengenai Kemampuan Listening berdasarkan Ilmu Language Skill yang digunakan untuk pekerjaan maupun kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai daerah tujuan yang terdapat di kota Bekasi. Teknis pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas) di lapangan merupakan terapan dari bidang unggulan dan isu strategis penelitian Universitas yaitu Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) seperti Training, Education and Research Center pada kedua bagian kegiatan tersebut diatas secara bersamaan, dengan cara melibatkan 4 Fakultas dengan 10 bidang ilmu terkait yaitu sistem informasi, sistem komputer, akuntansi, manajemen, teknik elektro, teknik industri, teknik mesin, teknik sipil, ilmu komunikasi, dan Sastra Inggris.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important stage in job evaluation in a company that can significantly improve the quality of work and ensure the continuity of company activities. This assessment process is based on a number of predetermined criteria, such as responsibility, cooperation, honesty, discipline, and communication. Each employee is assessed based on their ability to meet and exceed the quality standards set by the company. In this context, the use of the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method emerges as an effective approach. This method helps in identifying employees who are closest to the ideal solution and the extent to which they meet the predefined criteria. For example, TOPSIS can be used to determine the most responsible, most collaborative, or the most honest employee. Through systematic and objective employee performance appraisals, companies can measure and monitor employee progress, as well as provide constructive feedback for further development. This not only helps increase employee motivation and productivity, but also supports the achievement of overall company goals. By combining established quality standards with appropriate evaluation methods such as TOPSIS, companies can optimize the employee performance assessment process to support long-term growth and success. The calculation results show that Rere (A4) ranks first with the highest score of 0.764, indicating that she is the best alternative among the five candidates.
