Abstract

Stroke adalah hasil penyumbatan secara tiba-tiba disebabkan oleh penggumpalan darah atau penyempitan pada pembuluh darah arteri, sehingga menutup aliran darah ke bagian otak, stroke bisa terjadi pada siapa dan kapan saja. Untuk mengurangi gangguan mobilitas fisik pada pasien stroke dilakukan terapi Range Of Motion (ROM), Range Of Motion (ROM) adalah salah satu metode yang bertujuan untuk merangsang sirkulasi darah, mencegah terjadinya kontraktur pada sendi, mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kekuatan otot, meningkatkan atau memepertahankan fleksibilitas kekuatan otot, mempertahankan fungsi jantung dan pernafasan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Menggunakan 1 responden, implementasi yang dilakukan yaitu terapi range of motion untuk meningkatkan atau memepertahankan fleksibilitas kekuatan otot dan mencegah kekakuan pada sendi. Intervensi dilakukan selama 6 hari berturut-turut dalam waktu 10-20 menit. Peneliti mengamati adanya peningkatan kekuatan otot sesudah di berikan terapi range of motion tetapi kekuatan otot tersebut tidak bertahan lama akibat stroke yang di derita sehingga menyebabkan kelumpuhan di tangan kanan dan kaki kiri. Kesimpulan : Masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik tidak teratasi. Diharapkan asuhan keperawatan dengan terapi range of motion dapat di terapkan dalam kegiatan asuhan keperawatan khususnya pada pasien stroke, lama dan waktu pemberian sehingga benar-benar menjadi efektif dalam mengatasi gangguan mobilitas fisik tersebut

Abstract

The use of DPR oversight instruments such as the right to interrelate, questionnaires and express opinions is not always directly proportional to improving governance. The problem is, first, the monitoring instruments are often used as a means of exchanging political interests. In fact, this nation's energy has been very much depleted, both in terms of time and funds in the proposed monitoring instrument. Second, the implications of the implementation of the DPR's oversight function are no longer within the frame of checks and balances, but have turned into a kind of accountability forum and interfered with the President's prerogative. As a result, the practice of supervision within the frame of Indonesia's presidential system has led to the parliamentary system pendulum. This is indicated by the provision of Article 74 of Law Number 2 of 2018 which regulates that each party (including the President) must implement the DPR's recommendation. If the recommendation is not implemented by the President, then the Parliament can follow it up with the right of interpellation, questionnaire or expressing opinions. If those who do not implement the recommendation are officials within the scope of the Presidential institution, the President must impose sanctions on those concerned. This arrangement is considered to have interfered with the President's prerogative rights and is in conflict with the characteristics of Indonesia's presidential system. Therefore, it is time for DPR oversight to focus on the use of the legislative function and the budget function.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis dan menjelaskan nilai-nilai spiritual kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai di MTs. Muhammadiyah Tolitoli 2) Menganalisis dan menjelaskan implikasi nilai-nilai spiritual kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di MTs. Muhammadiyah Tolitoli dalam tinjauan manajemen pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian kualitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu teknik melalui kegiatan reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Nilai-nilai spiritual kepemimpinan kepala MTs. Muhammadiyah Tolitoli yang diterapkan adalah nilai-nilai yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadist yaitu disiplin, amanah, tanggung jawab, keihklasan, keberanian, kecintaan dan keilmuan. Penerapan Nilai-nilai Spiritual tersebut melalui keteladanan. pembinaan dan pembekalan spiritual, penanaman etika kerja, komunikasi yang terbuka dan transparan, peningkatan kualitas diri, pengakuan dan apresiasi. 2) Implikasi nilai-nilai spiritual Kepala Madrasah yang mencakup nilai-nilai disiplin, amanah dan tanggung jawab yang diterapkan kepala madrasah berimplikasi pada peningkatan dalam pencapaian tujuan madrasah, ketepatan waktu, kualitas kerja yang tinggi, komitmen dan tanggung jawab, dan produktivitas kerja sedangkan Implikasi dari penerapan nilai-nilai keikhlasan, keberanian, kecintaan, dan keilmuan ini adalah terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang inspiratif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan Pendidikan. This study aims to 1) analyze and explain the spiritual values ??of the leadership of madrasa principals in increasing employee motivation at MTs. Muhammadiyah Tolitoli 2) Analyze and explain the implications of the spiritual values ??of the madrasa principal's leadership on employee motivation in MTs. Muhammadiyah Tolitoli in a review of Islamic education management. The method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques in the form of interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation. Processing procedures and data analysis carried out by researchers, namely techniques through data reduction activities and data presentation. The results of this study indicate: 1) The spiritual values ??of the MTs principal's leadership. Muhammadiyah Tolitoli which is applied are values ??originating from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, namely discipline, trust, responsibility, sincerity, courage, love and knowledge. Application of these Spiritual Values ??through example. spiritual development and provision, inculcation of work ethics, open and transparent communication, self-improvement, recognition and appreciation. 2) The implications of the spiritual values ??of the Madrasah Principal which include the values ??of discipline, trust and responsibility applied by the madrasah head have implications for increasing the achievement of madrasah goals, punctuality, high quality work, commitment and responsibility, and work productivity while Implications from the application of these values ??of sincerity, courage, love, and scholarship is the creation of a work environment that is inspiring, collaborative, and oriented towards achieving educational goals.

Abstract

Introduction: Adolescent social anxiety, particularly among females, is reported at 28.2% versus 25.4% among males. Globally, it affects about 7% of the population annually and contributes to higher risks of non-communicable and mental disorders. Social media, especially TikTok, is suspected to play a crucial role in this issue. Aims: This study compared the relationship between TikTok use intensity and social anxiety among female students from two educational settings: SMAN 9 Makassar (public) and SMA IT Ar-Rahmah (Islamic-based private). Methods: A quantitative cross-sectional design was used with 86 respondents selected through multistage and total sampling. Instruments included the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents (SAS-A), four questionnaires on social media use, and Welltory for physiological data. Results: Social anxiety was reported by 55.8% and 46.4% of SMAN 9 Makassar and SMA IT Ar-Rahmah students, respectively. The Mann-Whitney U test showed no significant difference between schools (p=0.163). The Chi-Square test revealed a significant relationship between TikTok use intensity and social anxiety (p=0.000). Duration of use also differed significantly (p=0.019), with SMAN 9 and SMA IT Ar-Rahmah students averaging 112.7 and 73.8 minutes/day. TikTok content type was significantly related to social anxiety at SMAN 9 Makassar (p=0.000) but not at SMA IT Ar-Rahmah (p=0.960). User activity and general social media intensity showed no significant link. Conclusion: Social anxiety levels did not differ significantly between schools, but TikTok use intensity and content type were strongly associated. Multilevel interventions involving screening, digital literacy, and policy collaboration are recommended.
