Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti berfokus pada pembahasan tentang penghayatan iman sebagai kekuatan hidup bersama umat kristiani dalam lingkung Santo Agustinus Paroki Ratu Rosari Kesatrian Malang. Peneliti berpendapat bahwa umat lingkungan Santo Agustinus telah mengerti dengan baik tentang penghayatan iman sesungguhnya yang dapat membawa semua orang pada suatu keselamatan. Setiap orang yang mempunyai relasi yang dekat dengan Tuhan tentu bisa menghayati imannya dengan baik. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian subjek dalam melihat respons dari para subjek yang benar-benar membawa setiap orang untuk semakin mendalam dalam menghayati imannya. Melalui iman yang teguh seseorang bisa sampai pada puncak kebahagiaan. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis menyetujui apa yang disampaikan subjek bahwa untuk sampai pada penghayatan iman yang teguh, seseorang harus berani berkorban dan mengalami berbagai macam tantangan dan rintangan. Di dalam diri setiap orang tentu saja sudah ditanamkan suatu penghayatan iman yang teguh oleh sang pemberi kehidupan itu, yakni Yesus Kristus. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa tanpa adanya penghayatan iman yang teguh seseorang tidak bisa sampai pada penghayatan iman yang lebih mendalam akan kebenaran yang sesungguhnya.

Abstract

In this search, our focus is on Middle-Eastern radicalism and its impact on the Indonesian nation. It seems that radicalism in the Middle East arises from its own historical, political and cultural context. Therefore, it is very peculiar to apply it in this country, since Indonesia has its own particular historical, political and cultural context. However, it is inevitable that the notion of radicalism has entered Indonesia through certain groups, individuals, social media, or networks affiliated with radicalist networks in the Middle East. This fact needs to be addressed by establishing a deradicalization institution and by preserving the treasures of the arts, culture and ethics of the country, Nusantara.

Abstract

This paper is entitled the philosophy of mangalap tondi in Toba Batak culture in relation to Stephen Bevan's anthropological model.  Mangalap tondi is a form of ceremony to pick up the spirit of someone who has left due to an accident or illness. Bevans' anthropological model has a connection with mangalap tondi which talks about the spirit that gives salvation and strength. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how and the symbols needed in the mangalap tondi ritual. The method used in this paper is a qualitative description method with a literature review approach, which is a study conducted to analyze literature from various sources so that it becomes a conclusion and a new idea. The author also uses the interview method to strengthen the basis of previous journal writings.

Abstract

This paper focuses on an elaboration of the implications of SEMA No. 2 of 2023 for interfaith marriages/ Disparitas Cultus in Indonesia. The implications are raised from a discussion with the Republic of Indonesia Law on Marriage and the perspective of Catholic Church Law as seen in the Code of Canon Law. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative and critical reading of the text, namely: The Code of Canon Law that regulates Disparitas Cultus (especially Canon 1086, Canon 1125, Canon 1126, and other related canons) and Law Number 1 of 1974 article 2 paragraph (1) juncto article 66; and other related laws. The author finds that SEMA No. 2 Year 2023 raises quite complex issues. The complexity lies in the consequences. First, the state more explicitly does not recognize Disparitas Cultus marriages. Second, the state is not present to accommodate the interests of people who enter into Cult Disparity marriages. Third, there is a question of justice for those who continue to enter into these marriages. Fourth, the strong and fair foundation or motive of a legal decision is not raised.
