Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic virus in Indonesia on inflation, interest rates, as well as the composite stock price index in PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange. The COVID-19 pandemic virus is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2. The COVID-19 Pandemic virus has a huge impact on Indonesia, including in the economic, socio-cultural, and rupiah exchange rates. The results of this study can be concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic virus in Indonesia has lowered the Indonesian economy due to the decline in the Jakarta Composite Index. Indonesian Stock Exchange and rising interest rates and inflation rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Honda Raden Intan Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 50 responden dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil Uji Parsial (Uji t) yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas dan mendukung hipotesa. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Honda Raden Intan Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The population in this study is the Company of Subsector Retailing Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2019-2022 period, which includes about 28 companies. The purposive sampling technique is the sampling method used in this study, and 10 companies were obtained. Path analysis is the data analysis method used in this study with the SPSS 23 version. The result showed that company value does not have a significant effect on capital structure, company value has a negative effect on dividend policy, company value has an effect on investment decisions, company value has an effect on the composite stock price index, capital structure has an effect on the composite stock price index, dividend policy has no effect on the composite stock price index, investment decisions have an effect on the composite stock price index, and capital structure, dividend policy, and investment decisions as mediating variables are not able to mediate the effect of company value on the composite stock price index

Abstract

Using profitability as a mediator, this research seeks to assess the impact of dividend policy and investment decisions on firm value in manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the automotive sub-sector from 2021 to 2023. Eleven firms were chosen for the study sample via a purposive selection strategy. Analysis of the data is carried out using SPSS 21's multiple linear regression and path analysis. The findings disprove the hypothesis that dividend policy and investment decisions or profitability. The value and profitability of a company are greatly impacted by investment decisions. A company's worth is positively impacted by its profitability. Nevertheless, there is little evidence that profitability acts as a mediator between dividend policy and investment decisions and business value. Investment choices in the automobile sector directly affect business value, according to these studies. without necessarily going through increased profitability. This research provides insights for managers in optimizing corporate financial strategies and for investors in evaluating key factors in the automotive sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen dan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja manajerial PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk Cabang Bandar Lampung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk Cabang Bandar Lampung sebanyak 38 karyawan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Dalam teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak (SPSS).
