Abstract

The business that is currently in our spotlight is the Gula Aren Curup MSME business. These MSME businesses still prepare financial reports in a simple manner so that owners find it difficult to know the profits earned in detail. Therefore, we provide assistance in completing the profit and loss report for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Gula Aren Curup. In this problem, we aim to help prepare financial reports properly, especially in the income statement manually and using the cash book application which in the future will make it easier for owners to calculate the profit earned.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen dan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja manajerial PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk Cabang Bandar Lampung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk Cabang Bandar Lampung sebanyak 38 karyawan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Dalam teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak (SPSS).

Abstract

Kegiatan didikan shubuh merupakan kegiatan ibadah dan pendidikan yang menjadi tradisi di Sumatera Barat, namun kurang dikenal di Padangsidimpuan, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model penerapan kegiatan didikan shubuh di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah (MDTA) Muhammadiyah Batang Ayumi Jae, satu-satunya lembaga yang secara konsisten melaksanakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakegiatan didikan shubuh di MDTA Muhammadiyah Batang Ayumi Jae memiliki model yang terstruktur dengan materi yang beragam, serta memberikan dampak positif dalam pembentukan karakter religius dan akhlakul karimah pada anak. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kegiatan didikan shubuh di wilayah Padangsidimpuan dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Numeracy is a fundamental skill in elementary mathematics education, yet conventional teaching methods often fail to connect abstract concepts with students’ lived experiences. This study was motivated by the need for more contextual and meaningful learning models, particularly through the integration of local cultural heritage. The research aimed to: (1) determine whether there is a significant difference in numeracy skills between fourth-grade students at SD Swasta Muhammadiyah 2 Padangsidimpuan who received geometry instruction based on Rumah Adat Batak (Rumah Bolon) and those who received conventional instruction, and (2) examine the improvement in students’ numeracy skills after participating in the culturally integrated learning. A quasi-experimental method was employed using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 64 students divided into an experimental class and a control class. A multiple-choice numeracy test was used as the research instrument. Data were analyzed using a t-test and N-Gain calculation. The results revealed a significant difference between the two groups (t = 2.138; p = 0.036 < 0.05), with the experimental group achieving higher scores. The average N-Gain score of 0.42 indicated a moderate improvement in numeracy skills. These findings suggest that geometry instruction incorporating Rumah Bolon effectively enhances students’ numeracy in a more meaningful way. The study implies that integrating local cultural contexts into mathematics curricula can strengthen conceptual understanding and support national numeracy goals. This approach offers a promising pathway for culturally responsive pedagogy in Indonesian elementary education.
