FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN YANG DAPAT MENINGKATKAN RISIKO KEJADIAN Lupus Erithematosus DI RSUP PROF. DR. R. D. KANDOU MANADO Nur Salma1), Billy J. Kepel1), Sulaemana Engkeng1) 1)Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado ABSTRACT The incidence of Lupus Erithematosus in Indonesia were continuing increase based on data of Indonesia’s Lupus Foundation, total numbers of odapus in 2012 were 12.700 on April 2013 increased to 13.300 people, as well as going on Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital in 2012 there were 2 patients then in 2013 until 2014 increased to 34 patients. This research aims to know Environment factors that may increase risk of Lupus Erithematosus incident at Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado.This research was a qualitative research and used indepth interview as a research instrument. Informants in this research were patients with lupus erithematosus who came to Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital to get treat on November to January 2016, with the number of informants as many as 5 persons.The results of this research show that sunlight exposure can affect the risk of increased lupus erithematosus, prolonged stress, and often consume drugs like paracetamol, ampicillin, amoxicillin, and CTM can also increase the risk of incidence of lupus. Meanwhile, the knowledge of lupus is still lacking with the results obtained from five informants didn’t know about Lupus before diagnosed. The exposure of sunlight, stress and drugs consume like antibiotics, and analgesic can increase the risk of Lupus Incidence. Health workers should improve the quality of care by health promotion and epidemiological surveillance about lupus erithematosus. ABSTRAK Kasus Lupus Erithematosus Indonesia terus meningkat hal ini didasarkan pada data Yayasan Lupus Indonesia, jumlah odapus pada tahun 2012 sebanyak 12.700 pada April 2013 meningkat menjadi 13.300 jiwa, begitu juga yang terjadi di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D Kandou pada tahun 2012 terdapat 2 penderita, kemudian pada tahun 2013 sampai pada tahun 2014 meningkat menjadi 34 penderita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor lingkungan yang dapat meningkatkan risiko kejadian lupus erithematosus di RSUP Prof Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan indepth interview sebagai instrumen penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita lupus erithematosus yang datang berobat ke RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou pada periode November–Januari 2016 dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa paparan sinar matahari, stres yang berkepanjangan serta penggunaan obat-obatan berupa paracetamol, ampicilin, amoxicillin, serta CTM, dapat berpengaruh terhadap risiko peningkatan kejadian Lupus erithematosus. Sedangkan pengetahuan tentang lupus masih sangat kurang dengan hasil yang didapat dari 5 orang informan tidak ada yang mengetahui lupus sebelum didiagnosis. Paparan sinar matahari, stres serta penggunaan obat berupa anti-biotik, dan analgesik dapat meningkatkan risiko kejadian lupus. Petugas kesehatan harus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan dan surveillance epidemiologi tentang lupus erithematosus.   Kata Kunci: Paparan Sinar Matahari, Stres, Penggunaan Obat-obatan, Lupus Erithematosus

Abstract

Transformasi teknologi informasi yang menciptakan keuangan digital telah banyak memberikan kebermanfaatan bagi pengembangan ekonomi rakyat, sehingga bisa lebih produktif. Hal itu dikarenakan kerugian dan kejahatan sangat mungkin menimpa para konsumen terutama bagi pegiat Usaha yang belum memahami mekanisme dan risiko layanan keuangan digital. Latar belakang pendidikan yang rendah seringkali diiringi dengan tingkat literasi keuangan digital yang rendah. Padahal literasi keuangan digital sangat erat kaitannya dengan tingkat kesejahteraan. Kesulitan keuangan muncul jika terjadi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, seperti yang dihadapi ibu-ibu PKK Desa Wisata Pulau Pahawang di Kecamatan Marga Punduh, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung. Mereka belum mampu mengelola keuangan rumah tangga yang baik sehingga menghadapi permasalahan keuangan diantaranya terjebak gaya hidup boros. Dengan pemahaman literasi keuangan yang baik, mereka akan semakin mampu membelanjakan uangnya secara tepat. Berdasarkan keadaan umum, hasil survey dan permasalahan yang ada maka tim kami akan mengusung program atau kegiatan mengenai edukasi masyarakat tentang Pelatihan Literasi Keuangan Digital Pada Ibu PKK Desa Wisata Pulau Pahawang Provinsi Lampung.

Abstract

Produk makanan olahan mangrove telah banyak dikelola oleh masyarakat pesisir. Akan tetapi Beberapa permasalahan yang dikemukan oleh ibu-ibu PKK Desa Pahawang, promosi yang mereka lakukan masih sangat terbatas dan cenderung dipasarkan hanya pada kenalan tertentu karena belum pahamnya dalam memasarkan produk melalui pemasaran online, belum paham cara promosi yang efektif dan belum memahami peluang promosi digital yang telah berkembang saat ini, selain itu juga ibu-ibu PKK Desa Pahawang belum mampu mengambil foto produk dengan baik dan menarik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan tanyajawab. Diharapkan dengan pemahaman marketing digital dan Foto Produk yang baik, Kelompok PKK Desa Pahawang akan semakin mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan menambah pendapatan bagi Kelompok PKK Desa Pahawang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROE,NPM, dan DER terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor textile dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 35 sampel. Teknik pengambilannya menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2), UJI F, dan uji T. berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen ROE,NPM,dan DER berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap harga saham, Sedangkan secara parsial ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, NPM tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, DER tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor textile dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital variables and operational costs on net income. The independent variable used in this study is working capital and operational costs while the dependent variable used in this study is net income. The population in this study are automotive sector and component companies listed on the IDX. The number of samples is 30 financial report data. The method of determining the sample used is purpose sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is the multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test and determination coefficient (R2). The results showed that the partial test results (t test) of the study stated the significance of working capital (0,006), and operational costs (0,000). And simultaneous results (f test) of the study state significance (0.001), which means simultaneously working capital and operational costs for net income. For R2 test 0.407, it means that 40.7% of net profit is influenced by working capital, and operational costs. While the rest is influenced by other variables outside of the variables used in this study

Abstract

Policy Funding decisions can be interpreted as decisions concerning the company's financial structure (financial structure). Dividend policy is the distribution of operating results or profits given to shareholders. This study aims to determine whether funding decisions and dividend policy have a simultaneous effect on firm value in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data source used in this study is secondary data. librarians. The sampling procedure in this study was non-probability with purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Determinant Coefficient test. Based on the results of the analysis of funding decisions and dividend policy simultaneously and significantly affect the value of the company, partially funding decisions and dividend policy each affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikanpengetahuan kepada pelaku UMKM dalam mengatasi masalah terkait digital marketing dan pencatatan laporan keuangan. Kegiatan ini dilaksakan dengan metode survey, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil yang didapat peserta dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain dapat membantu tercapainya kesadaran bagi pelaku usaha wajan amih akan pentingnya pencatatan laporan keuangan sederhana melalui aplikasi akuntansiku dan pemasaran produk melalui branding sosial media Instagram, Tik tok, dan pembuatan konten produk agar menarik daya beli masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat terwujud karena peran serta dan partisipasi aktif dari tim dan peserta. Dan diharapkan pemilik usaha wajan amih dapat senantiasa konsisten dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan dan melakukan pemasaran digital secara aktif.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of employee training, job satisfaction, and career advancement on employee performance in higher education institutions (HEIs). Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 300 employees across various HEIs. The findings indicate that all three factors significantly enhance employee performance, with job satisfaction emerging as the most influential predictor. Effective training programs positively correlate with increased job satisfaction, while perceived opportunities for career advancement further motivate employees to perform at their best. The results suggest that HEIs should prioritize comprehensive employee development strategies that integrate training, satisfaction, and career growth opportunities to foster a supportive work environment. This research contributes to the understanding of how these factors interrelate to enhance employee performance and provides actionable recommendations for HEI administrators and policymakers

Abstract

Economic growth and poverty are important processes that determine the success of a country. Each country continues to try to achieve good economic growth and reduce poverty. Of the many countries in the world, the first requirement for reducing poverty is economic growth. However, the state of developing countries including Indonesia, successful economic growth must be accompanied by the emergence of difficulties in increasing the population living below the poverty line. Development is a must for a country if it wants to improve the standard of living and welfare of its people. Development is carried out through various efforts, both sectoral and regional. Development is not the goal of a country, but development is one way to increase the economic growth of a country. High economic growth if not followed by equitable development in all groups of society, then the country's goals will not be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Contribution of the Tourism Sector to Economic Growth in Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research with field research type. Field research is one way to collect data directly from the location or object of research. This type of research is generally conducted by observing, interviewing, or measuring and sampling. The location of this research is in Banyuwangi Regency, specifically in the tourist attractions of Pulau Merah Beach and Teluk Hijau. As for the interviewees, they are employees of the Tourism Office and residents around the tourist attractions. The results of this study indicate that the tourism sector is an economic sector that has great potential in contributing to the economic growth of a country and region. Tourism can create jobs, increase foreign exchange earnings, and strengthen local economic growth. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the development of tourism in Banyuwangi Regency contributes to the local economy and community directly.
