Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN Mattoanging Customer Service Unit, located at Jalan Monginsidi No. 2, Makassar City, over a period of two months. The research data was obtained from two sources, primary data and secondary data. Primary data was gathered through questionnaires, observations, and interviews with customers, while secondary data was collected from report documents, relevant regulations, and interview results. The data collection method involved observation techniques to obtain preliminary information, questionnaires to capture respondents' written responses, and literature studies to support the investigation related to customer loyalty. The sample size for this study consisted of 100 respondents. The data analysis method involved descriptive analysis to describe the data obtained from the questionnaires, as well as simple linear regression analysis to estimate the relationship between the independent variable (service quality) and the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The results of the linear regression data analysis showed that y = 2.928 + 0.200x, with a correlation coefficient of 0.765 and a coefficient of determination (r²) of 0.5863 or 58.63%. From the t-test hypothesis testing, it was found that t-count = 12.0221 > t-table = 1.65993. Based on these results, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction is significantly and positively influenced by the service quality of PT. PLN Mattoanging Customer Service Unit in Makassar. Thus, the findings of this research are acceptable.

Abstract

The problem taken in the Service Program for the Penatahan village community through the 2022 Real Work Lecture is to increase public awareness about the importance of keeping the environment clean. The Service Program for the Penatahan Village community that we carried out starting from January 10 to February 9 2022 with the offline method. The benefits of this Service Program for us are gaining experience in applying the knowledge gained in higher education and collaborating with the community or certain communities. This Service Program aims to help the Penatahan Village community to reduce scattered waste by carrying out waste collection activities to create a clean environment. The waste problem that occurs in Penatahan Village is caused by the government not having built a garbage disposal site so that there is no place to accommodate garbage originating from households which causes a buildup of garbage. If the accumulated waste is not treated properly, it will cause environmental pollution, which will have an impact on health. After discussing, the work program carried out was that we gave garbage sacks to the people of Penatahan Village as a substitute for trash bins and then sorted the collected waste, which would later be processed into crafts as a form of implementation and solution to the waste problems in Penatahan Village.

Abstract

Dandruff (Pityriasis versicolor) is a superficial cutaneous fungal infection characterizes byhypopigmented or hyperpigmented macules and patches, caused by Malassezia furfur, which has highprevalence in tropical region. Nutmeg oil is one of the natural ingredients rich in chemicals that haveanti-fungal. While ketoconazole is an antifungal drug which effective in the treatment of dandruff(Pityriasis versicolor) most often caused by Malassezia furfur. This study aims to determine theeffectiveness of the gel formulation nutmeg oil in inhibiting the growth of Malassezia fur fur. Gelpreparation were made using carbomer, with the formula F1, F2, F3, F4, dan F5, each using0,5%,1%,2%,3%, dan 4% of nutmeg oil. Furthermore, Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) is used as amedium for bacteria to breed, and riddled it with cork baurer then instilled 20ul nutmeg oil gelformulation with a concentration of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4% and 2% ketoconazole in each hole.Incubated in an incubator at a temperature of 37 o C for 24-48 hours. Then observing the M.furfur, andmeasured its resistance zone using a caliper. Obtained zone of inhibition on Sabouraud dextrose agarwith nutmeg oil gel formulation of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 2% ketoconazole. 3% ketoconazoleinhibition zone equal to 2% ketoconazole inhibition zone. Nutmeg oil gel formulation at a concentration of 3% has the same effectiveness with 2% ketoconazole in inhibiting the growth ofMalassezia furfur as the etiology of dandruff.
